There are two entrances of package in the software for each of these applications Manager: the main program and the language packs, which indicates that all the languages in the language packs are installed/removed as a single unit. The online description indicates the language packs are used for 'other languages '. It does not say that the 'standard' language exists or if all languages require some language pack. I use English.   Regarding the update, makes the subject of another post. I have it receive the notice of the update, but the update process does not (the audit online says that my version of 24.4 is the most recent and does not perform an automatic update.) If I click on the update notice, "connecting" message comes on to always without completing the connection to the update server. I understand that there is a way to install it manually, but it involves too many steps I'm not familiar with.

  Install the VPN Client on a Vista 64 bit Machine will cause an error 1721

  Cisco IPSec Client does not support 64-bit. If the user requires a 64-bit support, upgrade path is to use the Cisco AnyConnect VPN Client instead, that supports 64-bit. Note that the AnyConnect Client supports only SSL VPN (CSCsi26069) connections.

  So if you want to go with 64-bit, you need SSL support on the VPN 3000 series and replace all IPSEC with SSL connections.

  Welcome to the HP Forums.

  I see you have a problem with the printer displayed in another language.

  On the front screen of the printer, press the top left button ( Home button).  Once on the home screen, press the arrow UP 2 times, this brings you to the preferences Menu, press OK.  Once in the Preferences menu, the first highlighted area is the enacted area please just press OK again.  The first language highlight is English, please press OK and then Yes to make the changes.

  Thanks for your post.  What operating system are you currently using?  If it's Vista or Windows 7, go to control panel > system and security > Windows updates.  From there, you should be able to find available update, right click and select "Hide update".  This will prevent the update of continually offered.
