Is there a manual for windows 8?

OK, call me "Old School" but I really need a manual for windows 8, is that we can acquire?
I mean it's like back on an o car which has all the latest this and this. and say, "you'll have fun" How is the person to operate the car if he doesn't know what button to 'push' (some cars use pushbuttons to control the train there in) I feel the same way with windows.

I need a manual to properly opperate system.
Sometimes I can not always access the net.

It's my standard guide for those who are new to Windows 8 or 8.1.  Do with it what you want.

Try using Windows 8 as close as possible to Windows 7 using the Desktop application running as a desktop Windows 7 less the button and the Start Menu.  You can even get third-party programs that make it look like Windows 7, but I don't bother with, or recommend such programs.

The best thing to do is to place commonly used program shortcuts on the desktop via the creation of shortcuts to programs.

You can practice with the Apps later as you gain confidence.  Right-click on the tile of the application to see the different options available next to the running application.

I use my Windows 8 in the same way that I used Windows 7 and other earlier operating systems, the Apps are something that I play with when I'm bored.  I install all my own programs I want to run in Windows 8, things like office, Win Zip, games and other joint programmes etc. and launch of shortcuts on the desktop.

It will help you see this .pdf document too.

In the case of any application, the Windows key + i will give you all the options available in the application open.  Close any application by dragging them to the bottom of the screen (at the top of this one), or try Alt + F4.  Windows 8.1 has an X to cliick innovations.
