Is there a way I can recover my photos?

When I was on vacation I used my 5s Iphone to take photos and someday, the screen wouldn't let me slide or anything, but you can still see the lock screen. When I got back to the States I took it to an Apple store and they replaced the screen, but they said that, it does not solve the problem. When I got home, I noticed that I could not see the lock screen or more and these bars also grey bizarre would be present. I transferred my sim card into another phone since then, but I still have the original phone. Is it possible that I can go somewhere to get these images transferred to a computer or something, or even delete the memory of the phone and put in a new? Is there something I can do?

Even if you connected the iPhone to a computer, if you create a backup, there is no way to restore photos from a backup.
