Is there a way to avoid this? The reason is that we have created an application that stores information to scan to use when scanning documents, but it loses connection if the scanner automatically gets renamed.

  Sometimes users are plugging the scanner on a different port while the other times, unexpected events, such as power outages, cause scanners rename themselves to try to restore the functionality but just to break our application. I think at this point, it would be better to disable the naming of autopilot for other USB ports (if there is a way to do it) because we would rather users not being able to scan at all and let us know so that we can resolve the issue that in order to restore the functionality and the user thinks that he is well again , but in fact does not work in our application.

  I don't know if this would require a change to the registry, changes in Device Manager or something else. Thank you for your consideration.

  For starters, stop Lightroom

  On Windows, do the following

  Click the Windows Start button and in the search box type: -.

  This will take you to the folder Lightroom (see image below)

  Select the Preferences folder and click on delete to send it to the Recycle Bin.

  Create animation as a graphic symbol and extend along the timeline for the number of images there.  When you move along the timeline with the cleaning brush, you should see the images to animation.

  Uh, it is probably more suited to a table - effectively turning it into a list of queries. Then you loop the array and each output.

  I use a similar approach in the creation of the system of the user messages. Most of my functions that are called do their part, then at the end call another function, I called 'messages '. This function takes all what my function sends and adds it to a message board.

  Make a backup using Time Machine or a cloning program, to ensure that data files can be recovered. Two backups are better than one.

  Try to set up another admin user account to see if the same problem persists. If back to my Mac is enabled in system preferences, the guest account will not work. The intention is to see if it is specific to an account or a system wide problem. This account can be deleted later.

  Isolate a problem by using a different user account

  If the problem is still there, try to start safe mode using your usual account.  Disconnect all devices except those necessary for the test. Shut down the computer and then put it up after a 10 second wait. Immediately after hearing the startup chime, hold down the SHIFT key and continue to hold it until the gray Apple icon and a progress bar appear. Startup is considerably slower than normal. This will reset some caches, forces a check for directory and disables all start-up and connection, among other things. When you restart normally, the initial restart may be slower than normal. If the system is operating normally, there may be 3rd party applications that pose a problem. Try to delete/disable the third-party applications after a reboot using the UN-Installer. For each disable/remove, you need to restart if you do them all at once.
