  The text has three short paragraphs and a total of about 500 characters.  The first two paragraphs show without any problem.  Type anything beyond paragraph 2 does NOT extend the area of text.  The text seems to disappear and the bottom line to the bottom of the text box does not move.  Yes, there is space in my Viewer to see the text I type if the bottom of the text box was extended downwards.

  By dragging the bottom of the text box changes only the font size of the two paragraphs that are visible.

  Is there a way to extend the area of text beyond two paragraphs or 500 characters?  I'm guessing that there is a mystery being here that I'm missing.

  Thank you, Rick.  Here's what I found which deals with this:

  1. Yes, it seems that it there IS a length limit initial with text boxes created in native mode, and it seems to be about two paragraphs or 500 characters (imagine that).
  2. Good news: it is not an absolute limit.  If you use the text tool (instead of the selection tool, as I did), you can drag the bottom handle on the text block to whatever length you want.  Note that from my experience, it was somewhat difficult to grasp it 'so' to be able to extend it.  However, with a few attempts, I was able to do.
  3. Imported text, as you do, seems to be immune to the original deadline, so it is also a workaround.

  I had not had before this project, a text box to the length I had, so I had never known/had to deal with it before now.

  Hope this helps other people who can hit the same rock to have more text to display their original text box will allow.

  You can try to group the objects and apply then scroll across, if not try to insert the ToolTip inside any other composition and apply then scroll down to this publication.

• In Adobe Flash cc, is there a way to keep the 2 lines (pen tool or the line tool) which cross each other anchor at the intersection?

  I often use the tool/line pen tool and when I have the curve the line with the Selection tool it often crashes on nearby vector lines. Is any way to stop this? In Adobe Illustrator crossed lines drop anchor (at least for me).

  You can use these tools in drawing mode of the object (available just below the color sample of fill/outline in the tools Panel when a drawing tool is selected) where several objects create the intersection points. But please note if draw oneself which intersect the lines then it will create an anchor point.

• Is there a way to create oral assessments?  Allow the student to present audio answers?

  I am trying to create an asynchronous oral assessment.  I would like the student tell the answer and press on submit and not having to open another application, save an audio file, name it correctly and send or attach.  The public is not tech savvy so that the simplest best.

  This solution does not currently exist in Captivate and would require an application tailor-made to get the results you describe and you would need a budget measured in tens of thousands of dollars, if not hundreds of thousands.

  You don't mention having a budget for this project, so I guess it would be out of the question.

  In a single pdf, I try to find places where both words appear near each other. The document is structured with Adobe Framemaker manual. The words are 'context' and 'element' (I'm trying to find out what "context" means in EDD in Framemaker).

  Using the advanced search on Acrobat Professional XI, but the answer is the same in Acrobat Reader of XI, i.e. no results.

  Put a comma between the words unchanged results.

  By clicking on the Options show more adds a nearby area, but I was unable to make the selectable zone (it is grayed out).

  Proximity will become available if you use an index (Tools > Document Processing > full text with catalog index), you can create with Acrobat Pro for only this document if you place it in a folder itself. You can also select "match all words" or whatever the exact wording is in the Advanced Search Panel.

  OK, so I got another problem with the first.  Hopfully I can get an answer to this one.

  When I'm editing, I have several video layers (as I do now) when I adjust the length of an item on a layer, it will draw clips after him on the lower layers in to match the adjustment.  I don't want it to do that, it ruins the edict. I have several visural effects layers using the images captured and other, which are placed at percisely where they do. But when I change the length of an element, it pulls things triggering the placement of my clips.  It does if I change length by selecting the element and pulling in, or if I cut it in the place I want to the end and then delete the useless. It always moves other items.  I disabled the blink of an eye, and she always does.

  Can you give more details? How can you see the side 'inverse' of this image? I don't think that you are talking about 3D in Photoshop? If you mean that you see the text "mirrored", you can use, modify, transform and back horizontally.
