  I had the same problem, external cast (.cct) not recognized as a Director file. In my case the problem was a problem of mime type. We use a third party to the hosting company. This company has defined the simplest type of mime shockwave (dcr), but they had left him everything (see link below). The result was shockwave apps would go only if they have been completely autonomous, if they linked to any external media based Director we got the above error. Fortunately, our ISP had a simple control panel to add custom mime types. We have added everything on the list and the problem disappeared.

  Here's one way that will work in Oracle 9 (or higher):

  Do not refer to m.medium_val in the WHERE clause. Leaving him out, you'll do a cross join of your result set of table1, table2, and table3 with 2 lines in all_medium_vals.
