ISP Vs Microsoft too many emails.

I received this email from my ISP Internet of Bigpond, but I do not have a full mailbox, despite a total cleaning, I still get the same message. I contacted my ISP and they say it's a matter of Microsoft, I rang Microsoft and they say it's an ISP issue.
I use Vista Business with Windows Mail.

The email is:
Your mailbox for your Bigpond/Telstra email account is full reaching the quota limit of box by letters of 1 GB or about 10,000 messages.  So, your email account cannot receive new messages until you reduce the amount of mail stored in your mailbox.  You can continue to send emails via the account, but you will not be able to save a copy in sent items until you reduce the amount of messages stored in your mailbox.

1. go to your Bigpond Internet site > login to your account > remove all old mails it.

2. open Windows Mail > at the top, click on file > click on work offline > delete all the mails you want.

3. same Windows Mail > tools > accounts > highlight your account > properties > Advanced tab > under delivery, uncheck "leave a copy of messages on server" > click OK when finished.

4. same Windows Mail > file > back to work online

  • Email records too many emails as drafts

    Mail 9.3 records too partial and complete email in drafts that I never wanted to save and I can't understand how to stop it. I use my mail from the domain through Google apps as an IMAP and I disabled save drafts on the mail server. I see no such controls in Gmail preferences.

    Everyone would be someone else has this problem and how did they fix it, or may be useful to solve this? He is there so much saved that I never wanted saved.

    Open Mail and account preferences. In the mailbox behaviors, check once again that you not save draft messages on the server. The parameter can contain not for you. The mailbox of the project should appear under the google account in the sidebar.

    Messaging problem

    It is a problem with 'known' contact e-mails end up in the junk mail. This seems to happen randomly, some do to my Inbox, this can happen at any time during the day (not weather dependent).

    It is also problematic that say a months ago who happened here and there.

    I checked that all contacts still exist as a contact in my address book, who they were.

    This also happens on all my devices (Mac), but I normal note the issue on my personal desktop (above spec).

    I wonder if this a wide spread problem (servers etc..)?

    Spam tries to learn from you who are shippers ' junk', and what are the unwanted subject lines.  In addition, many courier companies now use SpamAssassin or other spam software to add spam to the metadata based on "known spammers."  Unfortunately, some people can get marked as spammers because they get usurped by a spammer, and then control spam companies add a list of blackhole listening for them, block them.  If you receive e-mails from massive with multiple email addresses visible, then you are more likely to be infected with a virus of spoofer, someone else.  It is best to use mailing lists and social media to send mass emails, or use the BCC field instead.  If you find some people find themselves in your spam folder, the first thing to do is to establish rules to force the e-mail of the person is not to be marked as spam and force him to go to your Inbox.  If this does not help, then you might want to contact that person to ask them to check if they have been blacklisted by mistake.

    I'm new to Eloqua and am trying to organize a number of campaigns. I was wondering if there is an easy way to prevent different campaigns of sending emails to the contact even too often? If this isn't the case, then I will have to try to build it in the countryside.

    According to your campaigns, there are a number of different solutions:

    1. you can place all sends the email on a canvas. Insert several segments with different tracks to feed to their suite. If this sense with your email series, you can leave the default setting of the campaign in a box unchecked to "allow the contacts to enter the campaign several times. This will prevent a contact to enter several E-mail paths (even if they are included in several segments).

    2. If this solution is not make sense for your business, you can always shift your send and a rule of decision to enter for "Email sent? Then, before the deployment of every e-mail, you can check to see if the contact has been sent to another campaign and remove them from the series of e-mail.

  • Too many emails

    Hi, I just accidentally made a new email to iCloud when I tried to sync my normal mails (a gmail, an outlook) to the Mail app on my new Macbook. I had an iPhone and other products before apple and I never needed a mail account iCloud. What makes one was a complete mistake on my part.
    Tell me, is there, as it is with all other e-mail providers, a way to remove or close my new account of unsolicited e-mail?

    The problem here is that @icloud.com email is so easily confused with the iCloud Apple cloud service. I want to just email again disappeared.

    Delete the account in Mail/preferences/accounts. Select the account, and then click the sign less down.

    Hi, I had 3400 emails saved in my Inbox and I found myself with the box corrupted.  I need to remove the number of emails which try to come my Inbox works agaian... Any help would be appreciated!

    If you have Windows live 2011 essentails, start Windows Live Mail 2011, download all of your Inbox to it, and then delete what is in your main Inbox (in your browser). that should help him.

  • BlackBerry Z10 too many emails

    Despite setting the e-mail on the Z10 acocunts only sync emails for the last 3 days, our accounts for all of the district are drawn on the Z10s.  Any ideas what you can delete is no longer on the handheld only.  Contacts are also dupolicated/quadrupled for no reason.

    My apologies, this feature is not available in 10 of BlackBerry. With ActiveSync BlackBerry Z10 is connected directly to the server, and if you delete an email it will remove the Exchange Inbox.

    We receive notice that the emails have reached 90%.  What are we doing e-mails to stop what is happening and e-mails rejected.

    We have made additional records under "new storage" "drank still happens.

    It is very likely that you leave messages on the server, and is what is short of space, not your mail client.

    After signing several times in & control my mail today, suddenly when signing once again, I get a red message that I tried to sign in too many times using an incorrect id or the password. WHAT? I have NOT changed or the other lately... and have certainly not today! I don't like having my daily work routine interrupted by this measure obviously fake message/security, when I don't do anything different from what I have already done many times today! Please correct this problem immediately... Without that I have to change anything or even interrupt my schedule. Thank you. By the way... I grow increasingly wary of any company of which the customer has as much bad contacting help with their product. And grow more and more suspicious with this incident. What is happening with your safety that I can't just leave my settings as is? Please take the time to look at this before decide me that your company's products just aren't worth the headache.

  • Too many Microsoft 6to4 adapters (740 of them)

    I have this for years, but I never noticed until I tried to install a new network adapter driver.  Is it normal to have Microsoft 6to4 adapters about 740. When I do ipconfig/all, they don't show up.

    Having too many network card drivers stop to make the news because I get the error message when I try to install Tunngle adapter.

    Does this affect my pc?

    How can I get rid of this?
