• Why the adobe color themes connect while I am already connected to requires?

  For some reason Adobe Color Themes add-on for photoshop cc requires me to connect to use, while a few hours ago, it didn't.

  When I look in the Help menu, it says signout ([email protected]), which means that I'm connected.

  In Edition > Preferences > sync settings, it says: connected as [email protected] which also means that I'm connected.

  CC Manager I disconnected and reconnected the hope that he'll fix it. It had no success.

  I am able to scroll with my mouse.  There is no scroll bar UI, but the Panel's drop-down.  Just like modern web browsers.

  For some reason any my palette of color themes stopped working, its just towers on the places of loading (Screen Grab attached). I trashed preferences and reinstalled the software but still no joy. 2 other Macs in the studio work very well. Can anyone help at all please?

  

  Well, today my palette of color themes began to work again. No idea why, but at least its working again.

  I am wanting to save a color theme of Adobe on my Library.Unfortunately color themes, I have some error messages. In the library panel, it says "Sorry, we could not connect to the server." Please contact your COMPUTER administrator. "The 'Save' button is disabled.

  Please note that these conditions on both versions of the CC 2014 and 2015 CC.

  • Adobe Color and libraries are two separate issues.

  Adobe Color is RGB.

  Your Illustrator file seems to CMYK.

  Kuler is the extension. It is now renamed to color an extension and not more. You can access the color themes in the menu of the window or palette swatches (click on the small icon at the bottom of the Panel).

  You're talking about the Adobe color theme Panel (window > colors > Adobe color themes)? If this is the case, just close it.

  Or do you mean the floating palette that appears when you use the color theme tool. If the latter, press ESC to remove and forget what it selected last.

  Ive been trying to use the new adobe color and I am find that once I found a palette I like, I try to download it and when I try to see, the file type is not supported in all applications CC I including photoshop, Illustrator and after effects does anyone know to use once their downloaded or least how to display so that they can be used?

  You don't need to download the ase of color.adobe.com to see in photoshop / Illustrator / After Effects / InDesign / Flash.   These products are "Color Themes" Panel to

  Windows > Extensions > Adobe color themes

  or

  Windows > color themes

  Simply preferred a theme on color.adobe.com and it will show up under this Panel.  From here you can directly use in your creations.

  If you don't want your color to change, use only RGB color Adobe cc. Do not click the CMYK option.

• Color themes does not refresh in Illustrator

  I had this problem for a month now, has very poor adobe twitter help and specific color adobe forum. My color themes will not be updated in illustrator, if I click on refresh I just got the message "Unable to connect on the site of adobe color, you may be offline or the server may be busy".

  I tried CC full reinstall, reinstall Illustrator, signed and out once million and removed the preferences. Nothing will correct this specific issue. Can someone please help me because it makes me crazy.

  I came across the same problem, I noticed after upgrading CC 2015.

  Question: The color themes have not swatches created in my themes of color.adobe.com (who has previously worked with CC 2014.

  My solution was to publish each of my old themes because they were put before private. (Although private themes seem to work fine before, it seems that changes have been made? "I don't know, but it works now.)

  (My themes Tab-Swatch Name-Info-Under actions, publish. On the explore tab, it should show under my published themes.  Update the color themes in the AI Panel).

  Question: Old deleted themes appeared under control panel color themes.

  Yet once, I went to color.adobe.com, under My explores themes published, I deleted my old color chart and updated my color themes in the Panel of the AI.
