Issue with reading the emails blackBerry Smartphones

We have a customer who has problems receiving e-mails on his blackberry since our serves as a list; It seems to be adding "= 20" randomly in all of the e-mail. Can someone help me with what could be the cause, and what we might be able to do to solve this problem?

Any help would greatly be apprecaited, thanks.

OK, this device is OS high enough to email HTML is automatically activated.

Ask your user name if they have your future service to them as text only or HTML emails.

And search for above my other questions.

    I am currently using a BB Curve 8520. I have a problem with the birthday entries sharing with my BBM groups.

    When I add a birthday entry to my contacts from the phonebook, the phone will ask whether or not you will share this date with the BBM groups calendar.

    If I select No., birthday entry will continue to BE SHARED to your BBM groups.

    So I have to go to the calendar of the BBM groups to delete manually created entry.

    Can you help me to solve this problem with my phone?

    Follow the steps; below

    1. take a full backup of your device.

    2 reset the device (Do a security wipe)

    3 register your device with Netowrk.

    4. return the maintenance book.

    5. If more than one e-mail account then delete pulled CICAL service book of reset. (but keep a default for CICAL service)

    6. now, do a restore advance except BBM GROUP and data.

    7. now, create a new entry in the calendar.

    Try to go through the link BIS... I join the link and get your carrier and then go that route.  Return your service books... then

    Go to OPTIONS > ADVANCED OPTIONS > APPLICATIONS > TABLE of ROUTING HOST > then press Menu (BlackBerry) > register NOW.

    You must perform an erasure of security on one of the device and use a new ID of full BlackBerry on this particular device. It will allow you to use these two as different. So, first make a backup of your device in which you will complete these step and then follow this KB and use a new BlackBerryID:

  • Odd email blackBerry Smartphones: what the rim?

    I received email on my torch very well, but sending is weird in the last 24 hours. Some messages go very well, some other you end up with a red X instead of a checkbox in the message list and the status message says "all attempts to return it to failed." Any suggestions?

    The body of the email says, "this message is used to carry data between your BlackBerry handheld and a home server. Please do not delete, move, or reply to this message - it will be processed by the server. "Then, there is a long series of numbers and letters. Each email and I received about 9 or 10 of them this week, has an attachment identified as FTES. DAT, but I have not opened any of the accessories.

    Anyone has any ideas on my outgoing e-mail problem and these emails weird I think. ? Are they really the rim?

    To address your problem of outgoing messages, remove the battery while your phone is on, then replace it a few seconds later.  That will often fix these problems (and otherwise, you might find that your phone will work at least smoother).

    In regard to the messages that you receive, yes they are rim, and they are legitimate.  I can honestly tell you what is their goal, but it has nothing suspicious about them.

    my phone deleted my email and contacts yesterday, and when I tried to re - set up my e-mails (outlook and yahoo) it keeps telling me I need to register my phone.  I did the registry now on the host routing table, and I can't even set up my emails.  can someone please tell me how to configure my e-mail, I got these mail services on my phone and now my phone won't let me put in place all the emails.

    Whenever the mail app won't let you to set up email on your phone, call your carrier and tell them you want to access their site of BIS self-service.  While online, you can add, remove and change of e-mail accounts for your phone.  You do online, and he pushes the information to your phone.

Ask., so require, make them do. They need to "intensify" their problem they have caused RIM to determine if RIM can UN-make their mistake.

    You pay MTS technical support with your monthly contract. Require it. Don't let them push you here where they know we cannot fix their mistake.

    I'm working with a new 8330 and I have two email accounts set up with it, a school account that I used to read with the Entourage and the other a regular g-mail account. No problem with the latter - I get these emails fine. But with the e-mail of the school, I don't get emails on my BB until I have actually go around me and download these messages. As soon as I did that, they pay all at once. I can send emails from the BB with this account very well, but the reception is weird.

    A possible complication is that I have badly configured the account the first time, so I deleted it to repeat and correctly configure a second time. I've implemented that address as "myn[email protected]" and while BlackBerry has this folder with my BIS account e-mail address, it still appears as an option for me to send mails to this address (technically identical toMy.N[email protected] ', which is how I set up the second time).

    Any thoughts?

    Connect to your carriers BIS site and return.

  • Issues of sending from Yahoo blackBerry Smartphones

    I have a Blackberry Curve through Verizon Wireless.  Whenever I send an email from my phone using my Yahoo account, it is located in the 'messages' section, but never sending the e-mail.  I tried a hard reboot, and I made sure that the phone is registered with the network, but I'm no.     On your BlackBerry device, go to:

    1. options > advanced > host Routing Table > Menu > register.

    2 send your service from your carrier's BIS site books:
    Of your handheld: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB15402

    Go to the Personal Email Set Up icon and sign. Then under help!, select Service books and select send service books.

    Your desktop PC: http://www.blackberry.com/btsc/KB02830
    North American carriers - scroll down to select your carrier
    Carriers worldwide - find your operator from the list

    3. with the BlackBerry device powered time, remove battery for a few seconds and then reinsert the battery to restart. This restart, even if you have already done this, is often necessary to install the service books.

    If the issue persits, you may need to go to Options > advanced > Service books... to remove the two books of Yahoo on the accounts of the email service and reboot your phone once again, according to the new guidelines.

    Then, perform again to send Service directories.

  • I created another account but now to read the emails from one account I need to select read messages rather than go straight to my Inbox on each account why?

    I just added a different e-mail account, but to receive my emails that I have to click on my e-mail address high in "BOLD", in the left sidebar in thunderbird and then click on the button "read messages" so I can receive e-mails in my Inbox. It is with my default email account and my new account, I've set up an hour ago.

    You may have the default display settings.

    Turn on the "Folders pane" can help you navigate better. I got used to the look of 'style Outlook' at some point.

    To do this:
    Select ' VIEW > layout > pane of folders "in the menu bar. If the police you always visible menu bar, you can activate it by pressing 'Alt + v' keys, then select ' layout > Folders pane.

    I like the standard view + have the message pane (F8 is the shortcut for this one).
