  I went up to destroy ~/Library/Application Support / address book (after saving an archive on my Mac) and starting with a new "on my Mac' database.» Solved the crash of research, it has not solved the problems of synchronization.

  Finally, I resorted to copy all contacts to iCloud and hanging out in "on my Mac", which is temporarily resolved the question of having a set of contacts stored locally, so I can work in offline mode.
