It is a violation of the EULA to downgrade using IPSW?

I heard people 9.3 iOS downgrade to iOS 9.2.1 before the signature is no longer. And sometimes I wanted to even really downgrade my iPhone 4 IOS 7.1.2 to iOS 4 because it can be much faster, and we get the older UI. Is this a violation using blobs SHSH? I'm a little curious.

If you get the ipsw file from anywhere but Apple, it is a violation of the EULA and could even be, in certain circumstances, flight.

Our competitors save 10s of thousands each year by taking advantage of Microsoft.

Should we all just join our competitors and abuse of MS or can we get this stopped while we have no unfair competition?

    I need to:

1 extract the first name - which is always the first name after the 'r' - I've got that little works very well.

2 extract the name - should be the last word before the number, if e.g. for the last night, I wish only that 'SMITH' and 'KING' for the 3rd line and "GROOT" for the 5th line.

    3. remove the number at the end, regardless of the length - some of the examples above are 8 long numbers so my attempt above does not work.

I can't use any REGEXP or REGEXP_SUBSTR because they are not registered in the EUL I'm using discoverer, I can only use INSTR AND SUBSTR.

I was wondering if someone might be able to help please?

    Any advice much appreciated.

  • Is it possible under the EULA to have several virtual machines on a single physical hard disk while using the same OS license or do I need a separate license for each virtual computer?

I have several programs that are not compatible with my 64 bit Windows 7 operating system.  I would like to run each different software under another virtual machine of VMWare (5 packs of different software programs and 5 different virtual machines of Windows XP).  These would all be installed on your laptop.  I can use the same license of Windows XP for each virtual machine, or do I need a separate XP license for each (different XP in case 5 licenses)?

It is lifted directly from my EULA:

    1. GRANT OF LICENSE.
The manufacturer that you grant the following rights, provided that
comply you with all terms and conditions of this EULA:
1.1 installation and use.  You may install, use, access,
display and run one copy of the SOFTWARE on
THE COMPUTER.  The SOFTWARE may not be used
by more than two 2-processor both on the
COMPUTER, unless a greater number is
indicated on the certificate of authenticity.
    Then...
This means that as long as you are running two or more instances of XP at the same TIME, you agree? Or does this mean that, after you install once, you have reached your limit?
I imagine that most people (including those who are running Microsoft!) will say that the second interpretation is correct.
    However...
If this is the case, anyone their hard drive as a backup to clone strategy would violate the EULA!

    1. in the Windows XP Setup Wizard, click "Next" to continue.
    2. in the EULA, select the radio button "I do not accept this agreement" and then click "next".
-Dialog shows "that will come out Setup. You will have to run again later to install or upgrade...» »
    3. click on 'No' to return to the EULA.
    4. on the same radio button, click "back".
-The result is the same as in step 2 (- dialog box displays "it comes out Setup. You will have to run again later to install or upgrade...") »). Is it good? I think he should go back to the installation wizard the same behavior when the selected radio button is "I accept this agreement".

Repair a Windows XP installation using Recovery Console, press r.

or, to exit without installing Windows XP, press F3

I press ENTER. After a second or two to the top appears the EULA screen. However, there is no way to continue beyond the info of the EULA. You can previous page or next page. Read the EULA contract. However, there is no apparent way to continue beyond that. If I hit ESC, the program (Setup, screen EULA) is exitted, indicating that the computer will reboot in 15 seconds and that Windows XP was not installed. It will reboot, and finally, through the same actions, I'll be back to the EULA screen, where he has just the same.

  • How can I get rid of the EULA of Microsoft Office?

Try to uninstall Spybot and then reinstall the latest version and see if that fixes the problem.

Just in case, it may make sense to run a full virus / malware scan as well.
If you have access to another computer, you can download Windows Defender off line which you will scan in a secure environment and are more likely to remove the intrusive malware.
  • Again - the EULA allows to keep Windows XP after the installation and activation of a retail upgrade to Windows 7

The EULA allows to keep Windows XP after installation and activation of a retail upgrade to Windows 7?
I understand that the EULA (EULA) prohibits the USE of the operating system upgraded - must also be removed from the system?

I intend to upgrade a pre-installed Windows Media Center 2006 on a Gateway computer to a level of detail to Windows 7 Pro 64 - bit.  I am adding a new hard drive, as this case nears end of life... and plan to install the operating system upgraded to the new HD - because I have XP 32 bit to Win7-64 bit... and a "custom" installation is necessary, anyway.

This will result in an operating system XP on the old hard drive and the new OS Win7 Pro 64 - bit on the new drive.  There have been suggestions that the answer to this question is simply to remove the "old" operating system, after activating the 'new' Windows 7.  However - I see that any installation (or REINSTALLATION) of the operating system upgraded to Win 7 requires the previous XP to be "present on the computer.

QUESTION: as long as I don't 'USE' the BONE replaced/implemented to date, I am in compliance with the EULA?  Alternatively, do I install "over" this Windows Media Player OS - on the old, due to lack of hard drive?

The Media Center EULA States: «...» "15 UPDATES. To use upgrade software, you must first be licensed for the software that is eligible for the upgrade. After the upgrade, this agreement takes the place of the agreement for the software that you upgraded. After you upgrade, you can no longer use the software upgrade of. ... ', but is silent (as far as I can find by reading the EULA on the question of if software upgrade HAVE to be 'destroyed'.)

Thanks for your review (a reference to the appropriate Microsoft documentation would be nice too)
    John

You said above, «...» "You will be able to upgrade to Windows XP, it is a qualification license... »

And I assume you are talking about my software Windows XP Media Center Edition (currently installed), as being a "qualification licence".

    That is right.

Are we in agreement that a copy preinstalled OEM of Windows XP Media Center Edition IS extendable with a 'detail' update the license for Windows 7?

His qualification, but you can't make a real room upgrade, you can do a custom installation. See the previous post on how to migrate from Windows XP to Windows 7. An upgrade maintains the personal files, settings and installed applications.

I understand the ban on using the OEM OS software OR the upgrade replacement software on one computer other than the one on which it was originally installed by the OEM.

I also understand that I cannot use the "improved" XP Media Center software, once the upgrade of Windows 7 has occurred.

The rest to determine if it NEEDS to be deleted or replaced... you have no guidance on this issue?

Well, when you perform a custom installation, in essence, it is deleted or replaced. Then, it is part of the upgrade license. It's like it becomes a mind is more tangible, but always there as a base to which the upgrade license may exist on your system.

  • Cannot accept the EULA and tried the solutions proposed

I'm trying to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro 9 because it started to malfunction without reason. I saw several sites similar to the following link: http://www.ehow.com/info_12217860_adobe-acrobat-pro-doesn ' t - remember - eula.html.
