It photo 2000

I am istalling my 2000 picture it on my new vista computer. It installed successfully. Then when I tried to use it I got this: access denied. What can be wrong? I have been using this program on XP without problem. The message is that there are 36 mb and I should delete some programs. This may not be the case because I have enough to cause this download. Please notify. Helen

Hi Helen Brouwer,.

Thank you for using answers Forum.

I have a few things you could try.
My first thought is that you might be running out of room on your hard drive.

You can check by clicking on start, then on computer, your hard drive will probably be 'drive Local (c) '.
You should be able to see how much room is left on your hard drive from this window.
You can also right click on the C: drive and click on 'Properties', and on the 'Général' tab, you will see the "Disk Cleanup" button
You can use this tool to free up space on your hard drive.

Another thing you can try is to right click on the program icon, and then click "Run as Administrator".
Your password can be asked to you.

Please let us know if that helps.

    Hello

can anyone tell why photos of my wife on iPhone 4 (545 pictures and 7videos less than 1 minute each) takes over 1.7 GB of storage so that my iPhone 5s photos (2000 + and 60 videos) occupy only 1.1 GB of storage?

    Thank you

    Hello

If you use iCloud photo library, your iPhone can be automatically manage your photos and videos to optimize storage space on your iPhone (using the bulky versions), and keep your originals in full resolution on iCloud.

  • Lost hundreds of photos

Updated my computers (MacBook Pro and iMac) to Yosemite (10.11.4) earlier.

The iMac iPhotos library resided in an external right here.  Still doesn't work.

Yesterday, I decided to move all my photos of the MacBook Pro on the iMac, so I would have them all in one place.

I chose to put the 2,000 + more photos that were on the MacBook Pro on a Toshiba 32 GB flash drive.   That's happened.

My plan was to import these pictures 2000 + from the flash drive in the iMac Photos.

It is then the part that may have caused a problem, but I'm confused as to what exactly happened.  Photos 2000 + now are photos ONLY in Photos iMac program and the iMac is "saying" that the Toshiba flash drive where my photo library.

I know he has more photos in the photo library of the iMac and the thought that the 2000 + would be simply added to them.   That is not the case.  Other photos disappeared.

Meanwhile, on the external drive where my original iPhotos Library lives, I'm afraid to open it for fear it will migrate to the iMac Photos Toshiba mess.   I think I read somewhere that.  In any case I don't want to dig this deep hole.

Any help would be appreciated.  I know it's confusing.  Have tried to make it as clear as possible.

    Pat

If you have a library of Photos on the flash drive, you must open the original library (hold down the option key while launching Photos and choose the library to open)

I believe that you have at least two libraries and there is no way to merge libraries on the Mac

the two ways with their own disadvantages are to use iCloud photo library and download all the pictures on it or use the merge of PowerPhotos function

  • Photograph of edition-Cant find edits to photos or catalog! Help, please!

    Hello

Before you start, if anyone can answer this question, I would be very grateful. I was crying!

    OK, so I will start.

Recently, I deleted my entire mac and everything is saved on a hard drive. When I reinstalled lightroom on my own mac, I also imported the catalog that I saved.  This worked well, and this post is not about a lost or accidentally deleted photos catalog.

So what is hapenning. When I imported my catalog, I got an error for all the photos and records. this:

    Screen Shot 2014-11-28 at 5.12.51 pm.png

So I found re - find the folder, or to find the "location of the missing file" (which is so annoying because I wanted to just Lightroom backup photos and the catalog). But when I found the folder, only a few pictures that presented themselves and some still display the exclamation point.Screen Shot 2014-11-28 at 5.13.22 pm.png

Now I have all photos with exclamation points in the folders on my backup hard drive, BUT they are all published brutes. I honestly can't go back and change the photos 2000, especially after me having to clean all the pictures when my camera has over 30 points of dust from the sensor on the photos. So these pictures of backup are saved what lightroom, but I want to know how can I recover photos in lightroom with changes APPLIED catalogue.

Can I PLEASEE get help on this. I'm so STUCK and don't want to spoil anything at all!

I would very much for ANY help! PLEASE, I BEG YOU!

    Kind regards

    Josh

You must reconnect the photos in Lightroom. See these instructions: Adobe Lightroom - find folders and files moved or missing

  • change the names of files using AppleScript

I'm working on a website that will have several hundred PDFs. For some reason, all the file names include Plus-signes and hyphens instead of wordspaces. (Presumably, this is how they treated the problem of the %20 appears so when the visible name has a space in the finder).

Of course, I don't want to hand-edit 1 million wordspaces, but when I recorded myself do editing in the Script Editor, I do not have the desired result. So, how are you?

  • Help? Cannot import pictures from my camera to the status plus-import Lightroom seems frozen.

I use the CC LightRoom on a MacBook Air and a Nikon D750 2015.  I connected my camera to the laptop as well as my external hard drive.  I am able to find all the photos on the camera, and I chose about 250 of them to import.  I click Import to start and the main screen looks positive - he says "import...". ».  How is it that I imported the photos 2000 + last in recent weeks.  But today, when I try it just lies in this mode and does not change.  The little green light on my camera flashes like crazy which I believe means it transfers data somewhere, but the status bar in LR doesn't have even a sliver of departure and light on my drive external hard blinking very regularly and I don't think it is doing anything.  I checked the folder of the hard disk through Finder and there began a new temporary folder, but it is empty which seems to confirm that nothing matters.  Any ideas?  I don't have enough disk space to try to reconnect all the photos on my computer first, and I don't have a card reader either (maybe I need to get a?).  Super frustrating - I just rented two lenses and want to see the pictures on my screen to say that that I like better and potentially take some pictures to confirm before I take them back tomorrow morning.  But I can't get the photos to import.

Thanks in advance for your help.

OK, I'll answer my own question.  It works, but incredibly slow.  After 40 minutes, there is now a millimeter of imported pictures that appear.  I search the forum for faster options, I unfortunately do not have USB 3.0.

  • I have microsoft 2000 version of picture it, and it has stopped working. What can I do, as I have 3000 photos downloaded in this format, Ken

I use microsoft picture it, version 2000. This software has been a recurring problem, first of all just slow down my computer when saving a photo, now not even open. I have over 3000 photos saved in this version. What should I do, Ken

FWIW... MS Picture It! 2000 is an obsolete program and will continue to cause problems, even if you manage to find a way to run it. If you have the original install CD... It may be interesting to try to uninstall/reinstall the program, but there may be problems if you are running Internet Explorer 7 or 8. You can also try running them in Compatibility Mode for Windows 2000.

I would certainly create a system restore point before uninstall/install any software.

I can only imagine that you have saved your pictures to .mix format which is not compatible with other image editing software.

IMHO... your best bet for the future would be to convert the .mix in .jpg or .png format files so they would be compatible with current image editing software.

There is always a trial of 60 days of MS, Digital Image Suite 2006 download. This software will be compatible with your .mix files and using the MiniLab you can batch convert them in .jpg format. (the number of files that you can convert at any given time will depend on your system resources I'm guessing 50 might be a place to start)

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    Another option...

If they are single image files created in
MS Picture It! and aren't projects in layers...
(pages album, greeting cards, collages, etc.)
the following information should be helpful to you:

The evaluation version of PolyView may allow
lot to reformat your bigger .mix files
    quantities.

You can download an evaluation copy to the
    following link:

(FWIW... it's always a good idea to create a system)
Restore point before installing software or updates)

    PolyView
    www.Polybytes.com
(Go to...) Downloads / PolyView 4.43 Setup
    Program)

When you open PolyView... go to...
    File / Format Conversions...

Navigate to the folder that your .mix files
recorded in and open the drop window and
    Choose "All Files".

On the left, click on the button "add all".

On the left, click on the button "continue"...

Choose your JPEG Format 'Destination '.

    Choose your JPEG quality... 100

    Choose a 'Destination folder '...

Left click on the button 'start '.

    Good luck...

  • Windows 2000 Picture It Photo worm [V6.0.829.0]

I had this program on a desktop computer. It crashed. I installed the program on my laptop and it won't let me save it.

The program works partially, but not entirely.   How can I register it so it will work?  "Cannot be saved at this time."

Microsoft Picture It! is not compatible with Windows 7.
You can try in compatibility mode, but it may not work properly.
If the program is not compatible, then you try to install and run the program in compatibility mode.
    Use the following steps:
    (1) right click on the program
    2) click Properties
    3) click on the Compatibility tab
    (4) select run this program in compatibility mode and select Windows Vista or other operating system, the program has been run successfully.

Check out the link here: make sure to run older programs in this version of Windows

If you are running Windows 7 Professional or Ultimate version, install Windows Virtual PC and Windows XP mode (http://www.microsoft.com/windows/virtual-pc/default.aspx) and run your software in Windows XP.

If you run Windows 7 Home Premium, you cannot run Windows XP mode, but you can try VirtualBox (www.virtualbox.org) or VMware Player (www.vmware.com), or any other 3rd party software virtualization and install a separate copy of Windows XP (family or professional edition) for this purpose. You can find the virtualization software free that will run on Windows 7 Home Premium.

    Hi and thanks for reading!

I use OS X 10.11.6 El Capitan on Macbook Pro with iTunes version 12.5.1 and just upgraded to iOS on iPhone 10.0.2 SE. There are 40 GB of storage available on the iPhone.

All my photos are stored on my Mac and I always synchronize the albums selected using iTunes. Until today, I had nine albums (about 2000 pictures) synced to my phone. Just upgraded yesterday to iOS 10 and... cannot sync any additional album for my iPhone!   Do not help disable iTunes, Photos or even the iPhone and sync again. New pics added today to the former synchronized albums synchronizes all right.

Is there a trick?  Or a problem of incompatibility between iOS 10 and iTunes 12.5.1?

    Good news!  Problem solved!

First of all, I noticed that on my iPhone, WeChat (a good Chinese software equivalent to Facebook x WhatsAp) saw my fine albums, while the pictures couldn't!

So weird, that I was convinced to try once more to bring my old file Photos Cache in my photo library, even if a new cache file is supposed to be created whenever iTunes syncs photos.

For some reason, the last time I tried it did not work, but this time he did: my old cache file was now in my photo library!  I don't know what I did differently.  In any case, I sync my photos once more with iTune then open the pictures on my iPhone, half hoping to find my old nine albums back... and here they were!  Even my two additional albums were there, with all the photos inside!

Problem solved, even though I still don't know what it was. Looking at other positions in the community in respect of 'Synchronization of Photos with iOS10', it seems that iOS10 there a problem that requires a sort of library discount at zero.  Thank you Leonie bear with me and try to reproduce the problem on your computer!  Information guide me to the solution. And I'm very happy that I can wait a few months before moving to the Sierra...

  • Is there an optimal resolution for iCloud sharing Photos

Is there an optimal resolution for iCloud Photos sharing on computers, iPad and Apple TV?

I want to scan photo album my grandparents to share with my friends and family. I scanned a few pages of test at 3200 x 2000 pixels. They have look great on my Mac and look great on an iPad also. I want to future proof them for 4 k and recent televisions.

Is the size of 3200 x 2000 pixels too small, too large or OK?

If you want to transfer photos using iCloud shared Albums, photo sharing, they will be transferred from smaller - the edge long will be at maximum 2048 pixels, unless they are panoramic.

I would scan the photos to a pixel size you want to keep for reference, so you can print them in a format you like - 4000 x 3000 pixels or more, and when you share with iCloud, sharing photos they will be slightly reduced in any way.
