  Even if this method would work... it will be intrinsically very slow for a number of reasons.   Step 1: Use the Windows Installer Cleanup utility

  You can try to download the Windows Installer Cleanup utility and run that to remove Installer remnants ITunes files that can cause problems with your current installation.
