iTunes has not been installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7

Cost of 64-bit Windows 7 install (although I use laplink to transfer files and applications) install iTunes 64-bit version.  Makes all the installation, said it's over. However, when I load iTunes, I get immediately an error saying "iTunes is not installed correctly. Please reinstall iTunes. Error 7 ".

If it is important to .NET Framework is not installed with happiness either (which will be located thread).

I tried "Byetunes.exe" and Revo Unistaller like Final Uninstaller to clean the system of Apple/iTunes files and registry entries.

Hah!  I beat him.  Hello has been altered. After forcing the uninstall (Windows Installer Clean Up can be your friend to get rid of all 32-bit applications), as well as following the instructions from Apple: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1923 I was able to install AND RUN - iTunes.
