• Problem of strange color InDesign on the new iMac, retina 27 inches

  My old iMac 27 suddenly descended upon me and I replaced it with the new iMac 27 retina.

  Now, I have the strangest kind of problem of color I've ever met, but so far only InDesign. I him have not seen in Photoshop, Lightroom, Bridge, online or in any other thing with pictures.

  Sometimes, the images on InDesign look exactly as they should. Sometimes, the pictures same look flat and washed out. Other times, super saturated.

• Problem of calibration of mouse with the new iMac

  I recently bought one of the new iMacs with the retina display and installed VMware Fusion 5 on it with Windows 7.  The iMac is 10.8 running and is 64-bit.  My problem I notice is that when you start Windows, the mouse inside the virtual machine does not reach the edges.  For example, I'm not able to reach the start menu or the taskbar at the bottom of the screen.  If an application is opened in full screen, I can't reach the toolbars at the top or close the application.  It seems as if the mouse is not calibrated to the correct resolution as I can only move the mouse in say 50-75 pixels of any edge, before it breaks on the virtual machine.  The attached image shows what I mean.  The red line is pretty close to the edge, the mouse is capable of doing before stopping the virtual machine.  I have not installed VMware Tools.  I used another iMac with VMware Fusion 5 and that you did not run this issue before.

  I've owned my new iMac (OSX El Capitan 10.11.4) for more than 4 months now and have had no complaints other than those sometimes caused by the limited installed 8 GB of memory (an upgrade to 32 GB is on order).  Suddenly last week, I noticed my machine slows down considerably and heats up. Check activity monitor, I have seen that kernel_task took 200 to 400% of the CPU.  Despite the heat, I noticed that I could not hear the fan running, so I downloaded Mac Fan Control indicating the fan did not work - I took it in the center of authorized Service Apple and they confirmed that indeed the fan did not work and ordered me a new one that I expect.  I'm not sure that the fan has never worked - as I remember ever heard - I naively thought the new iMacs are just quieter.

  In the meantime, I'm trying to understand what is causing the problem kernel_task.   I noticed it uses very little CPU on most boot-up until I have load Lightroom (I'm a photographer and use this app heavily) after which zoomed up to more than 200% kernel_task, video playback has the same effect.   However, if I use only my browser for the e-mail and listening to iTunes kernel_task remains down on the only figure of % CPU and machine stay cool.   The person I talked to Apple's Service said she has seen this before and the solution was to do a clean reinstall of the operating system.   I want to save as a last resort - after setting of the fan and installing more memory.    I wonder if heat build-up missing a fan has an effect on kernel_task or help to have more memory?  In any case this is the report of EtreCheck:

  I met a 'problem' with the new iMac (retina 5K, 27 ", at the end of 2015).

  When I edit pictures in Photoshop, I can't get the images blown up big enough and the fillings of slide show they do not rule out even at a size of 72 dpi and with dimensions of 3000 x 2000.

  What don't I understand?

  try to download Creative suite CS 5.5 on the new imac. After hours of download file is corrupt. first I got the message disk images could not be opened.  then re uploaded with all the files and I got a bunch of coding.

• After you disable CS6 license on the old iMac, SN license won't work on the new iMac, please help

  Have a creative suite standard CS6, get rid of the old mac now. Had disabled the SN on old Mac. When I install the suite on the new iMac, it does not accept the SN.

• Can not install a creative cloud on the new iMac/Yosemite

  The new iMac has arrived. I used Apple's Migration tools move above all. None of my CC apps will run. I get the pop-up "Adobe Creative Cloud is necessary to solve this problem. However, it is missing or damaged.   I looked in the forums. Could it have something to do that I have installed Java JRE 8 on this machine?

  In any case, how can I install CC on this new machine so I can run the CC apps?

  I finally got it. I had to do a de-install FULL of CC. It is not documented, so here is the log from my chat with Adobe Support. It worked!

• I can't set up email on the new iMac

  I don't know what is happening, but when I try to configure my e-mail account in the e-mail program on my new iMac, I get back a message that the email already exists.  However, enter the mail program to try to put in place shows clearly that he is not there at all. Now, when I load the e-mail program, he immediately asks me to choose an e-mail provider.  When I try to get that, well done, as shown above, it says "account already exists.  When the e-mail program load and I get that "choose the mail provider", I can see that there is an email "Inbox", however, I can't click anything else than to try to set up my email.  I guess at this point that the Inbox I see is probably that of iCloud.  No matter who else have similar problems with the e-mail program on their iMac?  I would appreciate a lot of insight as to what may be the cause of this and, possibly, how I can fix it. This isn't the case on any other apple device, I have just the new iMac.  Thank you for your time.

  I want to buy the new iMac 21.5 ' 4 K for video editing and Im not sure if its Integrated GPU or the rest of the hardware can handle the work. I usually work with 1080 p video, but I've read that its GPU is quite limited. Please I need help.
