iTunes Store > purchase question

In iTunes, listed under iTunes Store > purchases, I see that the 250 most recent numbers that I bought. How can I access other (I bought up to 800 songs over the years).

I bought a new iMac and to import my old iMac to my new songs purchased. The easiest way (I thought) to achieve this was to simply re - download purchased songs using my iTunes account me new Mac rather than trying to transfer from one to the other but it is impossible if only 250 there are listed. The two computers are connected via the same network so if there is actually an easier way to achieve my goal, please let me know.

Any help on these two issues is appreciated.

If the computers are connected to the same wifi network and you have home sharing enabled at the same time for the same account (file > share house) and iTunes is open on both computers, then you should be able to view the computer's iTunes library old on the new iMac (you should have a 'home' icon at the top left, next to the icons of content type) , and you should be able to use it to select/highlight the tracks and drag-and-drop them in the iTunes library.

Or download all the low button to the left of the screen to purchase (you read the link under quick links on the right side of the home page of the iTunes store bought?) does not download them all (those who are still in the store, not bought in the store of a different country, and you have not hidden from the cloud)?

  • Date added... 1970? (iTunes Store purchases)

    Hi all

Bit of a strange this because I am sure that iTunes was not around in 1970...

in my music main library I organize my files by "Date added" so I see the most recently added files, purchases etc. on the store upstairs.

I noticed my iTunes on my new MAC than all recent store purchases, (not the files I add incidentally) are coming up with date added in 1970, 1974?

Subsequently, this means that these files are now at the bottom of the list and not at the top where they should be.

the music was made only in 2016, too bad 1970 lol.

Anyone any idea what's causing this and how it can be solved?

    Best regards

    Simon.

No idea. I'm flowing into it for the same reason. I had to sort my music by 'update' to find my new music. See screenshot.

I have several iTunes Store purchases that appear on my bank statement and I don't know what they are for. Can you help me? I'm unable to maneuver through this system to view previous purchases.  I wonder if I pay for extra storage, it is always advising me that I'm pretty sure.

    Hello

Open iTunes on your Mac and click your name (if you are not signed in, then sign to see your name). Then click on account information. Once you enter the account information screen, you will see a section called historical of purchases. Click 'View all' to see the list of purchases and the ability to watch the dates more.

    See you soon,.

  • iTunes Store stuck download

I recently bought an iPad mini 4.  In the iTunes Store began downloading the songs and then stopped these songs (an album) are no longer available in the store.  I can't remove the stuck downloads.  IPad power off (by pressing home and the button simultaneously) does not work.  Any ideas?

    Hi eileenfromlansing,

Thank you for joining the communities Support from Apple! After reading your post, I see that you have some songs that got stuck download inside of the app Store in iTunes for your iPad. I know it's nice to keep this clear list downloads, so I'm happy to offer assistance.

Take a look at this article to see what to do if a purchase iTunes Store stops unexpectedly download:

When an iTunes Store purchase ceases unexpectedly download - Apple Support

The steps described in the article are more orientated the resumption of downloads, rather than delete them, so if you get no took them and completely downloaded on the iPad, you can certainly remove it from the application of music once they are made download. Otherwise, if they are still stuck, you can try to slide your finger to the left on each of them and the 'DELETE' option should appear.

If you find that the steps outlined in the article do not solve your problem, I recommend that you sign out of your Apple ID in settings > iTunes, App Store, restart your device, then reconnect to check the iTunes Store app to see if they are still there.

    Have a great day!

  • My story to the iTunes store lists a song. I bought more than one song. I want to download it again to my current computer. Where can I find them?

A song is in my shopping list. Where are the others?

If they are no longer in the store in your country, or if you have moved since their purchase, then you will not be able to re-download them.

You can redownload will show in the purchased section for example click on your name / icon to the top right of iTunes and then bought, click on the shortcut menu or click on the link under quick links on the right side of the homepage of iTunes store - purchased and check to see if you have hidden an any of them FRO the cloud : hide and expose purchases iTunes or iBooks on your Mac or PC - Apple Support

If you cannot download them you will need to copy over your backup of your library of downloads or other device/iPod computer or iOS if you have them on it.

  • The iTunes store is unable to process purchases at this time. Please try again later.

The following error, which never happened to me before, started happening to me on the afternoon of 2016-06-02:

The iTunes store cannot process the purchases at the moment, please try again later.

The above error happened on my iOS iPhone 6s 9.3.2 running and my PC Windows 10 (fully patched) as soon as I tried to download some applications updated via the 'Update' tab on the iTunes Apps 12.4.0.119 page.

Since it has * NEVER * happened before * AND * it happens on two different devices using two different networks, I hope it is a temporary problem with the Apple servers.

    1. everyone knows of this issue before?

2 - is a question related to the Apple server that had nothing to do with your devices?

    3. how long took for Apple to fix their server so that you can resume the download of applications (news or updates to existing ones)?

There are a lot of posts on this subject, iCloud and stores are down - keep an eye on this page for when it is fixed: https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/

How to allow my new iMac desktop computer to download previous purchases on the iTunes Store? I transferred all of my information from my old Mac Mini to my new iMac, retina 4K, 21.5 - inch desktop computer via my Apple, WiFi, and Migration Wizard. • iTunes Store recently added missing purchases

Since the upgrade to iTunes 12.4.1 my purchases of song/album iTunes Store is no longer appear in the list "recently added". Individual tracks are also not appearing in 'Song' registration and my iTunes game does not synchronize these purchases in any of my devices. I am referring only to purchases made since the upgrade.

I tried logging in and on my iTunes account to "reset", but it does not work. I was wondering if anyone else has this problem?

In fact, it turned out to be a matter of connecting to iTunes. Turning off iTunes game, quit iTunes, restart iTunes and then iTunes game (or iCould music library, I guess that) did the trick.

  • Where to find the summary of all items purchased from iTunes Store?

Due to the receipt of multiple gift cards, I had a credit balance to the iTunes store. Checked today and she was quite weak. 'My account' and 'Purchases' on iTunes store only shows apps and the music that I bought... it does not show in-app purchases.

Where can I find a summary of all purchases?

    Thanks in advance for assistance.

The history of your purchases on iTunes from your computer should show on all purchases of the account, including the in-app purchases, not only the music and apps: see your purchase history in iTunes on Mac or PC - Apple Support store

Or you can view the latest purchases of 90 days on your account via http://reportaproblem.apple.com

  • Can not download the purchased album and does not appear in the items purchased (but shows purchased when it searches for in the iTunes Store)

I bought it has an album coming out a few songs at the beginning, so I downloaded them.  Later when the full album became available I could not download the rest of the album.  I use my AppleID on my computer at work, and I think I might have downloaded over there (he is allowed to account), however I would like to download on my computer at home where my complete library.  I went in the purchase section of the iTunes store and looked for items "not in my library", but it does not appear.

When I look up in the iTunes Store, it shows the album is purchased, but the download button is grayed out and won't let me download it (see screen below cap).

I deleted earlier the three songs I had to see if that can help somehow magically, be able to download the album, but now all that is gone and I can not re - download it.

    .

Someone at - it bugs or suggestions?  Thank you!

BTW, I use more MacBook Pro.  I have an iMac (end 2013) OS X 10.11.5
