iWeb window configuration

I use iWeb 2011 with all its configurations obsolete and, of course, with a relative width of 700px.

I found that it works with all devices without changing anything:

Pedro santos

NO, you're NOT using iWeb 11 because 11 iWeb does not exist.

iWeb was always part of the iLife and iWeb 09 package, was part of iLife 11 and iLife 09.

Turns on you something which is even more old fashioned that you use the first thought!

Also, it's a technical user support forum, so you really need to post a question and not a statement.

Most of the people will not be interested by what you posted, because I think you will find that most of the people are moved from iWeb now to other things.

    Hi all

    I'm having a problem when I run TestStand in some stations deployment, I get the "Please wait while Windows configures TestStand 4.1" message every time I start up the User Interface. I followed the instructions in the KB , but it does not solve the problem. Any ideas on how to proceed?

    N,

    Thanks for the answers to these questions!  I'm curious to know what perform a complete uninstall and reinstall would have on your situation.  I would recommend that you try it.  You install a deployment created the TestStand deployment utility or you install TestStand as a whole on these machines in deployment as if they were machines of development (i.e. the sequence editor, examples of shipping, shipment of user interfaces)?  In any event I would be interested to see how complete an uninstall and reinstall solves the problem.

  • Error: "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 Professional.

    How can I get rid of the message "Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office 2000 Professional".  Apparently, the system does not find a valid source for this.  To my knowledge, I have not downloaded this software even though I must admit that it does not appear in my list of software.  I tried to remove the screws of the Panel control, but to no avail.

    Thank you for your response.  I have now solved the problem by deleting the installation, using the cleanup utility.

    However, I appreciate you trying to help me.

  • Please wait while Windows configures FAX"... this process stops and I get another message that says:"the component you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or another removable disk that is not available. "

    Original title: widows installation problem

    I have Windows XP Professional running on a desktop older.  I cleaned the disk and I would use it only as a 'internet '.  It works well and response times are pretty fast, but when I connect I get a box that says "Please wait while Windows configures FAX"... this process stops and I get another message that says "the component you are trying to use is on a CD-ROM or another removable disk that is not available", "put the 'FAX' disk and click OK. , "" Use Source: '1' "»

    The first question is I do not use a fax application and never did, I have tried every disk I can think of to complete the process, but I get the same message with each one 'the path '1' is not found. This will take place two or three times at the beginning upward.  How can I prevent Windows Setup tries to install something that I do not use or do not seem to have?  I deleted any fax program, that I could find on the computer, and nothing seems to work.

    Hello

    1. have you done any change in software on the computer lately?
    2. are you able to install other applications and programs successfully?

    Check to see if the problem exists in Safe Mode, if the computer works as expected in mode without failure, then we can solve the problem in the clean boot state. There is an application which is set to start when you start the computer and which launches the installer of Windows.
    a. refer to the article below for the procedure safe mode in Windows XP
    A description of the options to start in Windows XP Mode
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/315222

    b. you need to perform a clean boot to find the program that is causing and then disable or remove.
    How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State
    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353/en-us
    Note: When you are finished troubleshooting, follow the steps as explained in the article to reset the computer to start as usual.

    I hope this helps.

    Attempt to add a new "all in one". Get a message saying "Please wait while windows configures spare back upward. When I hit OK it gives another box saying "the component you are trying to use on a network resource that is unavailable, type a different path to the folder containing the installation package in the box below". It was certainly around in circles. • Please wait while Windows configures your computer every time at startup

    Hi guys,.

    I was recently infected by a virus, it has been removed and it corrupted the registry beyond repair, I backed up my files and re-installed my Windows Vista Ultimate 32 - bit edition, everything is all back and work, with the exception of this little problem...

    Whenever I start my count, after the green bar loading screen, it is a black screen saying

    "Please wait while Windows configures your computer...". »

    It takes about 5 minutes, then continues to the desktop very well, it's just that I prefer there not to go to the black screen and take 5 minutes every time I start up.  I have installed all updates, including Service Pack 2 and still no joy. Anyone know what is this problem and how to fix it?

    Thank you

    Maybe a file autorun.inf in the root of the drive or enter another start that was not removed after an update. Check the root of C: to the .inf file and delete it if found. Otherwise, use a tool like autoruns from the link below to locate and remove the reference:

  • Failure of the Windows Configuration when performing disk recovery system.

    I have a HP Pavilion model: A6838F product number: NC839AA #ABA, Serial #{removed privacy}, BIOS: V5.36 12/01/09

    The drive has been recently replaced by a 750 GB Hitachi PN. 0F131179, SN. 5V06D3ZL

    750 GB MLC:MRS5Q0 FW:5 Q 0 LBA:1.465.149.168 sectors CHS: 16383/16/63

    New recovery discs were recently acquired by HP PN. 530238-001 build ID: 92NAv6PrA2, which corresponds to the identifier of the version on the sticker at the bottom of the CPU.

    The recovery disks starts as expected and ran through all three discs and ask to remove then restarted the system and continued the installation. Everything seemed to work as expected until the part of the process where it indicates that the process is to configure windows for my computer - "Please wait while windows configures your computer." follow-up by "end of installing windows... installation." and so on...

    After a while, the system displays a window indicating "Installation of Windows could not configure windows to run on this hardware of computers". It seems that the system is built almost and you have to configure windows, but he can't. Attempts to start the drive puts me in the loop where the system tries to configure Windows and fails.

    I need help on this last hurdle. Suggestions?

    After a lot of trial, tribulation and persistence, I found the solution to this problem. Hope it helps shorten the process of troubleshooting for someone else.

  • Windows configuration update 3 of 3 keeps repeating...

    When I turn on the computer all that I get is the screen saying configuration update 3/3, turn off your computer, etc...  This display remains the same for a long time (5-10 min) and when it ends finally it restarts and all comes down to the same 3/3 updates Configuration screen.  This process is repeated for 2 days now.  Can anyone help?

    Restore point:

    Try typing F8 at startup and in the list of Boot selections, select Mode safe using ARROW top to go there > and then press ENTER.

    Try a restore of the system once, to choose a Restore Point prior to your problem...

    Click Start > programs > Accessories > system tools > system restore > choose another time > next > etc.

    ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
    If the above does not work, try to make a Bootable ERD to do a Startup Repair:
    As is the case with most computers/laptops these days, they do not come with good Vista disc to repair only the recovery disks.
    As your falls into the above category: download the ISO on the provided link and do a repair of the disc.
    Go to your Bios/Setup, or the Boot Menu at startup and change the Boot order to make the DVD/CD drive 1st in the boot order, then reboot with the disk in the drive.
    At the startup/power on you should see at the bottom of the screen either F2 or DELETE, go to Setup/Bios or F12 for the Boot Menu.
    When you have changed that, insert the Bootable disk you did in the drive and reboot.
    You can make a tool to restart system, System Restore, etc. with it.
    Read all the info on the website on how to create and use it.
    http://NeoSmart.net/blog/2008/Windows-Vista-recovery-disc-download/
    ISO Burner: http://www.snapfiles.com/get/active-isoburner.html
    It's a very good Vista repair disc.
    You can do a system restart tool, system, etc it restore.
    There is not a disk of resettlement.
    And the 32-bit is what normally comes on a computer, unless 64-bit.
    See you soon.
