  I had been on 10.8 until very recently, and I thought that I was eligible for iWork free upgrade if I upgrade Maverick or later because I had bought iWork 9 and in the box 'bought' in the app store, I see more free marked iWork.

  Now I've upgraded to 10.10 and when I go to the app store, they do not appear in the purchased area more and those I find a search for "iwork" are not intended to free practice.

  Apple Keynote is free from the Mac App Store, only if you qualify. A previous purchase of iWork 09, or upgrade to a newer version of Mac OS are not qualities in obtaining Keynote version 6 or 7 as a free purchase.

  Keynote version 6 and 7 are free to owners of a Mac, if during the first 12 months after the purchase of a new Mac, after this time, they are a paid purchase. Once this initial free purchase of Keynote is done, all new updates are free.

  The new iWorks and macOS does not work correctly. For example in the Pages I can no longer work. Its grip MUCH. Its almost unsusable. Please fix this quickly. I use a lot of Pages. This is a new problems that the macOS upgrade NAS and the last iWoks apps.

  Menu > Pages > feedback: provide Pages

  And give much more detail that you have here, so Apple will know exactly which versions, where to look and when and under what circumstances the problems occur.

  I was working on Pages on iCloud (Chrome - Windows 7). In order to change through "instant alpha", I went to my iPad. Soon I finish the change, Pages on my Chrome browser showed the message - "your Document is updated.

  When I went to him (on Chrome), he immediately showed the above syntax error. Even when I tried opening numbers on my browser, it showed the same error.

  Same error here. I have tried different browsers, different computers (windows and Mac) and have the same error, even when I try to create a new blank document.

  There is no such thing as a 2016 MacBook Pro. The last refresh date is in mid 2015.   You may have purchased it in 2016 but its still a 2015 model.

  Your Mac can be delivered with their new.  They did part of the direct download package given to people to upgrade to the new Mac operating systems. Call support from the App Store to see if you can get those to be redownloaded.  In the future always clone your system before you install something again.

• Obtaining iWork ' 09 on Yosemite

  I have iWork ' 09 running on my MBP with 10.10.  However, I am unable to get ' 09 on my MP 5.1 running 10.9.5 (13F1911) because I do not have the patch that allows to iWork ' 09 to function on 10.10.  I bought ' 09 on a DVD, and Apple has stopped supporting the old iWork.  Because I do not have my ' 09 on the App store I can not get the fix.  I guess that I do not have the patch on my MBP because it works.  Is there anyway that I can get iWork ' 09 to work on Yosemite on my MP?

  I was really disappointed by the way Apple iWork for the new version dumbed down to make it compatible with iOS.  I have no desire to use iWork on my iOS but depend on the features that they have left behind.  iWork is so much easier to use than DSM and has almost everything I need.

  Have you tried to install iWorks on 10.9 computer to see if the patch appear in the updates?

• Printing labels direct mail from a worksheet using iWork 09

  I know how to use iWork 09 to perform a normal mailing.  However, to print mailing labels, I have to say that each label is NOT a new page.  By example, if I use 2 "x 4" labels, I need to print 10 labels on each physical page.  Is this possible?

  If you do not find a way to do it with Numbers/Pages (I don't know of a way, but I do not know much Numbers/Pages), you can download and install Avery Design and printing software.   My specs are:

  My problem is that I spent 20 years using Windows programs and recently converted to Apple products and software, almost exclusively 100%.

  I am a business owner of IT Support, where I assist businesses and individuals in the creation and management of their systems and devices. As part of my business, more on an operational basis, I made my goal to use exclusively, iWork applications in order to have all of my documents and files stored in iCloud and accessible on all of my devices (iPhone 6 Plus, iPad 3, MacBook Air 13 ").

  In view of my goal, I understand that most of my corporate clients use programs such as Office365 or OpenOffice. Part 1 of my question, when I opened a doc Word (.docx), is it possible that I can easily copy the content and paste it into Pages? I constantly encounter the issue of "some formatting can be copied in the Pages", and the document that emerges isn't pretty.

  Part 2 of my question is, if one assumes that the point above can be solved, is there a process where I can create and share/collaborate with others who can not use iWork and avoid formatting issues?

  There is a little more sub-questions that I have on this subject, I would like to address based on the responses I receive from readers, so I'll wait for those to come!

  You're opening le.doc/.docx directly in the Pages or first in Word and then copy and paste in a doc white pages?

  You can use .doc .xls .ppt as Pages/numbers/Keynote format and then save in iCloud drive. Just remember to use "export to" rather than "Save/Save as" when you want to save the doc.

• Lion mountain and suite iWork is not compatible?

  Help!  I reformatted my computer (macbook 2008 running Mountain Lion) for my son to use and now impossible to reinstall the suite iWork, I already bought for her.  I can't upgrade the OS (computer is too old to El Capitan and no way to upgrade to Yosemite) when I try to re - download pages or notes or keynote, they say it must be at least OS 10.10.4, which I believe is Yosemite.  I bought these for this computer, then they used to be great!  What can I do?  Computer is has not been updated in a few years because I got a new macbook

  Only iWork ' 09 apps will run on Mountain Lion. They are no longer available at Apple because they had retired just before October 2013.

  If your iWork ' 09 apps were purchased through the OS X App Store, then you can reinstall them starting from a Time Machine backup in the Applications folder. If these applications have been installed from the DVD of iWork ' 09, then you will have to perform a complete reinstall since media if you have, or buy from Amazon or Ebay dealers and follow its installation download Apple iWork 9.3 update is specifically for requests from DVD.
