ix4 - 300 d not accessible over the internet or Storage Manager lenovo

I bought Lenovo ix4 - 300 d for a long time now and it was fine up to that of a few weeks, all workers

I ping the NAS drive to the IP address and all that is fine back.

I did a lot of research online and have tried just about everything I can find on the subject to try to resolve what I will list below.

  • Hold Reset button 4 seconds (reboots but no change)
  • Hold Reset button 15 seconds (reboots without change)
  • Reboot the router / modem (no change)
  • To connect to a new network (no change)

I can see the ix4 - 300 d in my area of windows network but cannot access a file because it requires a username / password. Shows NAS in "the other" and "computer."

It is in 'computer' that the NAS is asking me user credentials.

I want to completely reinstall the software on the NAS, but I am struggling to find the .tgz to.

When I have the software is as simple as plugging the USB on the front of the NAS and then boot from USB?

I could do with help as soon as POSSIBLE because this drive must be used for backups of the company.

    I had a problem with the.app Web sites, where my site Internet (FQDN) is accessible via the network internal, but not accessible through the internet. I have port ports 80 and 443 passed on my firewall and I can see the ports open via nmap on an external connection.

    ATT Uverse uses port 443 for flow towards Wireless HD receivers in the House. There is a way to change the port it uses, and I'll try and do it later and post my results in case someone else is having the same problems.

    Thinks... "Why the hell ATT would use a common port for Wireless HD? SMH.

    Sorry, I don't remember the sequence that I used, but messages asked me to change the drive letter of the drive that I was using, so I changed it from E to F.     Network preferences may be damaged.

    Open the Finder. In the Finder menu bar, click go > go to folder

    Type or copy paste the following text:

    / Library/Preferences/SystemConfiguration

    Click OK, and then move all files in the SystemConfiguration folder to the trash.

    Restart your Mac. See if that makes a difference.

    Your Mac will generate a new SystemConfiguration folder for you.

    Then open AirPort Utility located in HD > Applications > Utilitiies

    Make sure that both Internet and Extreme are green.
