  Restart Windows and start typing the F8 key

  Select Mode safe mode with networking

  Download the following tool and run a scan complete

  When you are finished, restart Windows

  Start > run

  Type CMD

  Press enter

  Type cd/d "c:\Windows\inf" into the CMD window

  Press enter

  This opens up the inf folder

  Press enter

  Wait about 30 seconds

  Type "netsh firewall reset".
