JDE is not USB

I just bought a BB 8830 and am currently testing an application on the actual device. So far, I have just connected the BB to my XP worklstation and let the OS to install the driver USB of RIM BB by default. I can see my SD card on the BB when Mass Storage is set to 'on', but when I try to debug > attach to > Handheld on the JDE, I don't see the USB option. My JDE and the device all run two 4.5. I'd like to install any software on my workstation which is not absolutely necessary. Do I have to install the BB Desktop Software to use the camera with the JDE. What am I, am I doing wrong and what is the minimum I have to do to test my application on a real device?

Do I have to install drivers USB RIM new or different on the RIM website, or is the driver default rim installed by XP OK?

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I recycled the device and now see my app. Can also connect with the JDE and debug. Apparently don't really need the Desktop Manager. Only problem was bad documentation telling me I had to specify the PIN for JavaLoader.

  • iOS10 update; iPad 2 Air not USB load with certified Amazon lightning cable

iPad 2 Air and iOS 10: been using an Amazon certified cable lighting to load and iTunes connect via the USB port of > 1 year without any problem. Updated to iOS 10, now the certified cable doesn't load a USB port. It always connects to iTunes, but the sign of the battery flashes the fresh green symbol for 1 second then said stops and says 'no charge '. Tried on 2 USBs and 2 PC with the same result. Tried another brand cable via USB and it costs.

When I plug this cable from Amazon in the wall charger, it will load. Seems to be something with the iOS10 not recognize the USB load now on this certified cable. I didn't call Apple support on that too, they have no idea what's going on. Their answer is to use an Apple cable of course. Any help is appreciated.

The cable of the Amazon is located here:

    https://www.Amazon.com/DP/B010U3XVMU/ref=cm_cr_ryp_prd_ttl_sol_0

It seems there is no real solution beyond using another cable. There were a few people with this problem since iOS10 came out, so it's likely Apple changed something in the settings. As they changed it, it's either a mistake which will mysteriously set with the next update or it's going to be permanent.

  • Compatibility DAQmx and NOT USB-8451

NEITHER USB-8451 is compatible with NOR-DAQmx?

The USB-8451 housing does not NOR-DAQmx; It uses a separate driver and API (OR-845 x; ( the latest version is 2.0).

It is compatible in the sense that you might have OR-DAQmx and NOR-845 x installed at the same time, because they are two independent pieces of software. It is not compatible in the sense that you cannot use the USB-8451 with the API OR-DAQmx case.

  • Recovery process does not USB

I am running into a problem of recovery running on my HP laptop.

    My laptop:

    HP PAVILION DM1-4010US

I was using Ubuntu on my laptop for a while and did not preserve the Windows partion properly and I don't have a USB lead recovery (I know I'm stupid).

    So I have...

    (1) ordered the recovery from HP Media

    (2) it came as several labeled DVDs: recovery system 1 2 and 2 of 2 disc DVD driver recovery.

    (3) my laptop has no optical drive, so I created a picture ISO of the DVD 1 of 2

    (4) created a bootable USB key with the ISO using Rufus

    (5) booted from USB and ran "Recovery Manager".

That is the problem.  Part on the new installation works very well (preparation of recovery), but eventually he wants to restart the system.  To restart, "Recovery Manager" appears again as if nothing ever happened.  He wants the entire process.

    I did something wrong?

It's the fact that my USB does not contain that ISO to a DVD (DVD 1 of 2) a problem?

    Thank you!

Yes - the second DVD contains the files needed to complete the recovery. Maybe you can borrow a USB CD/DVD player someone - or buy a.

  • LabView is not USB device

    Hallo,

I have LabView 8.5 installed and two LogicBoxes (NIMbox NDL8 and NAD4) via the USB port connected. By typing in the good NIMbox NDL8 USB ID in the

    All VISA

everything worked well. Then I realized that this does not work for the other module, so I tried the switch cables and reinstalled the USB driver.

    The current situation:

Windows XP detects USB devices without any problem - always has. However, all of a sudden I can't connect in LabView with them by typing

in the USB - ID. All the time the modules never showed up to the MAX, but since they are not instruments NOR I think who had to wait anyway.

I have no idea why it worked first in part and now it doesn't work at all.

Even if my description of the problem is sort of vague - I'm new to LabView.

I would really appriciate advice, I should check in order to get USB working again things.

    Thank you!

    Nathan

Many have reported similar problems, until recently.

Do a little research on the forum. Look also for "series problem."

    Although I never had problems...

Try renaming the com e.g. com1 to com3 ports.

Also install the latest VISA drivers

  • Sansa e280 is not usb mode in the menu settings and is not recognized by pc

My sansa e280 is recognized by my pc where it was originally regestered, but is not recognized by another identical pc. It also has no usb mode in the settings menu, so I couldn't use the suggested by forum solution.

Thank you very much! I understand it on my own through the main page of Sansa.com. Now, after the last firmware download it has 3 settings/USB modes: detect the DPW, msc and auto. Still no problem on my PC. The another, unfortunately, is 5000 miles away. Hope, it will work here, too. Thanks again.

    Hello

If you have tried all basic troubleshooting and device is showing to work properly and no noise of conflict-it you may need to reinstall the USB controllers to recognize.

To remove and reinstall all USB controllers, follow these steps:

    * Click Start, run, type sysdm.cpl in the Open box, and then click OK.

    * Click the Hardware tab.

    * Click on the Device Manager button.

    * Expand Bus USB controllers.

    * Right-click every device under the Bus USB controllers node and then click on uninstall to remove them one at a time.

Restart the computer and reinstall the USB controllers.

  • Windows 7 does not detect not USB flash drive

Hi, any help much appreciated on this. Windows 7 does not detect USB flash drives on my laptop. I know that readers of work on other computers and all the USB ports. He does not play sound when plugged in the first time and does not anywhere on my computer. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

Assuming that you have several disks that work on other computers...

If you have tried several USB drives on the same port

    AND

This port does not recognize the USB device plugged in, while the port is not operational.

    IF

All ports respond in the same way

    THEN

You don't have either not installed the correct drivers

    OR they did not physically.

  • JDE does not start

Random today my JDE will start is no longer. When I double click the icon, I see Flash in the taskbar and then disappear. Very strange.

I tried manually running the command in "ide.bat", and that's what I get:

    C:\Program Research In Motion\BlackBerry JDE 4.6.0\bin>start javaw-Xmx256 M - DRIM_RUNTIME =... \lib-DRIM_BIN =... \bin-jar IDE.jar

    Dialog box opens:

    Java Virtual Machine Launcher

The main class not found. Program ends.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall the JDE and tried to restart the computer, nothing happens.

I should have responded to this issue with the answer: I think that the original error I might have a herring. Ultimately, it was my "Resource.cs" (?) file that ended up being very corrupt, and deletion which enabled the JDE to start normally.

  • Why not USB-6509 allow setting input and output on individual ports?

I have one of the new USB-6509 (96 digital i/o channels) commissions.  It has 12 ports for every 8 bits.  The manual says that you can define the inputs and outputs on a per port basis.  When I read an 8-bit port that I find it clears different ports that I put in place to be digital output.  They seem to be grouped into 3 groups of 4.  0-3, 4-7 and 8-11.  When I read from any single port within this group it erases the other ports in this group that I try to use as exits.  The result is that I can put only input and outputs in groups of 4 ports.  Unfortunately, we have built custom hardware based on the assumption that we could control the inputs and outputs on a basis of port by port.  I see this problem as well with my LabVIEW 7.1 program (see table), as well as the measurement and Automation Explorer.  Is anyone out there seen this problem with the USB-6509?  Anyone using it with success?  I also notice strange problems with power on, but I have yet to understand the model.  IM wondering if I have a defective material or maybe this new material still has problems.  I tried NIDAQ 8.7.1 and 8.8.  Same problem with both. Thank you.

Thanks for the replies.  It was determined that the USB-6509 we have has a hardware malfunction that is causing the ports to interfere between them.  We are return to OR for repair or replacement.  For now, we used a PCI-DIO-96, which works correctly. Thank you, Andy

I tried all the solutions online that I can find - uninstall the drivers, removed the CD rebooted and reinstalled and rebooted... no matter what I try, I can't shoot to work. I honestly don't remember what might have changed since I use often (family system). The system is entirely up-to-date via Windows Update of Windows XP. It's a DELL 4700. Since the purchase, I had to wipe/reinstall with non OEM XP, due to a virus problem at the beginning. I have a 2 to 4 GB upgrade memory. I added a second internal SATA drive. Recently, I installed an external USB on optical drive EZ-writer-it works very well. I would be grateful for any guidance for rethinking the role of the registry or to debug the original disks.
