  The best thing to do is to call your provider of e-mail assistance or your Internet service provider if they are the one who issued your email address.

  They know how to put up as many of their technicians is trained to do this.

  There is no such thing as a "max usage limit" (other than to be in use on a single computer at a time) for a Windows XP product key.

  There is no limit to the number of times where you can reinstall and activate the same license of Windows XP on the same PC.  Is never a charge.  No more than a product key (as long as it is not an evaluation license) never expire.  If it's been more than 120 days you finally turned on this specific product key, you will probably be able to activate via the Internet without problem.  If it was less, you may need to do a five minute phone call.

  I turned on my PC and re-opened Outlook express after a 2 week break. Under send/receive I get ALL my emails stored as new unread emails as well as new unread then emails that I was absent.   What Steve said, but I'll elaborate on that a bit.

  Tools | Accounts | Mail | Properties | Advanced. Uncheck: Leave a copy of messages on the server. Then, remove the Pop3uidl.dbx file. You will get the messages once more, but it should be.

  Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

  In Windows XP, Win2K & Win2K3 the OE user files (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

  With OE closed, find the Pop3uidl.dbx file and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

  General precautions for Outlook Express:

  Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

  I use windows live mail 2011.  recently upgraded to windows 10 and hated for various reasons.  my existing email went through fine.  I decided after a week of return to windows 7.  Once completed the "downgrade", all existing emails in all folders (some more than 10 years) had disappeared.  the email function still worked, but all previous emails had disappeared.  Microsoft has been absolutely no help.  any ideas.  is it possible that they are still on my hard drive and recoverable by the appropriate technician?

  To use the Push RIM owner messaging capability, you must have an adequate data of your carrier plan. Carriers BIS (BlackBerry Internet Service) host for their BB users. In general, BIS is not available through generic data plans. Several ships make stop what is needed the Blackberry data plan. Whatever they call it, it is the carrier that delivers BIS users of BB - contact - the for assistance.
