Journal of waveform in the database
Hi all:
I had seen a waveform on the oscilloscope by a labview vi and registered as a type of labviewAnalog waveform. I want to record to the database (tabel Prop_Analog waveform). How can I do?
Hey, Sailfish,.
Since TestStand 4.1 does not Log check box, you can add the parameter to the report using the additional results feature. To do this, you will need to click on the Properties tab of the settings for your step step and navigate to the additional results pane. From there, you can select the settings to include.
Note that as I mentioned in my first post, on the Module tab where you can see the settings, you need to keep the waveform in a location (for example, a local variable) in order to be registered. It is a known problem with your version of TestStand.
I hope that helps clear things up - if not, please let me know what version of LabVIEW, you use, and I'm going to create a simple example and post it for you.

Virtual elimination journals or in the database
Hi all
Just a small matter of curiosity.
When you turn on the HS. Con to create the audit, you can see that the newspaper is created in the value of [eliminating].
Do you know if these reviews are on the database or HFM them generates on the fly? I noticed that the sent date and time is the time that you open the form and I think that these virtual newspapers

Hello. Should be tables. It's the 11.1.2.3 help on the HS. Con the function.
You can also use the string information likely to generate journal reports for consolidation and elimination entries. If you want to see this data in a journal report, this parameter is required. Reviews for Proportion and elimination entries are reported of tables RTS/RTD. Depending on your needs, it can be appropriate create HS [disposal] log data. Con entries, but not for [percentage] HS. Con entries to reduce the volume of the RTS/RTD table entries.

View the journal does not display not database tables
Hello experts,
It is perhaps a silly question to some people, but I have a weird situation: so, I ran my obi report online. the data appear to be not correct. So, I went to view journal catch of the statement and execute it in the comic book. However, when I click on view log, I see is the overall, I don't see the 'WITH SAWITHO' where I can copy the statement with alias tables and check the database. I know well as shown log levels. I reloaded the data, stored and forever.
Anyone know what could be the reason why I do not see this statement? Help, please
OK, log level 5 is fine for SQL (the request is recorded from 2).
Do you see the query if you check in nqquery.log?
You say front cover, but what of the BI server cache? This isn't a front cover.
Have you tried clicking on the Refresh button on the top menu right?
At least you see the physical query for other reports?
Your newspaper said anything else? (or it's just empty after the SQL logic?)
Really read every single line to see what is happening, the journal is very talkative, he says everything in general.

How can I connect a digital a test multiple numerical limit limit index in the database
I am trying to store the results of our trials in the database.
Its simple to step to a given market Index connect using the following expression
Logging.StepResult.TS.Index
However, our tests have many steps multiple numerical limit, and I must be able journal index of each test of numerical limit of the multiple steps in order to correctly return their numerical limit. The only phrase I can find that gives me this information is
Logging.PropertyResultDetails.Order
But the order does not quite appear to match like 1, 2, 3... but instead comes out as 9, 16, 23,... for a test and 9, 17, 25, 33, 41, 49... for another test.
Could someone explain what is really Logging.PropertyResultDetails.Order . And if there is another term I should use to get the Index of the numerical limit for a trial of multiple numerical limit?
Also is it a sort of reference manual that shows what kind of properties I have access to in Logging.PropertyResult I can't find that anywhere! Any help would be greatly appreciated!
See you soon
Kewal
How about something like:
Logging.PropertyResult.Parent.GetArrayOffset ("", PropOption_NoOptions, "[\" "+ Nameof (Logging.PropertyResult) +"-"]")

Hello
It is a question of pure database. Not much relationship to the EBS.
Anyway, as stated in the warning, you must add a temporary file in the tablespace TEMP3 or drop the tablespace if you do not need.
Can you post the full alerts log part, which takes 10 to 15 minutes?

Hello!
rule of Calc is in error and indicating that the error can be caused by data cache setting small size?
I increased the value, but it still gives the same error message. I can't stop and start the database, just clicked on apply.
I need also to check the journal rule and computation of the application to determine the cause of the error.
But the key is in the question in the header...

change ip address of the database servers primary and standby
Hello.
I have an oracle server primary and backup (version 11.2.0.4) on windows 8 profesional.
They work well until today.
Today, I had to change my ip address on both servers.
After that I changed the ip address of the OS, I changed the ip address in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora files only.
A moment that everything worked well. But now the archivelog files not copy to the standby server.
Is there a place where I have to change ip or the settings on the database?
Please, I hope you can help me.
Best regards
Hello
After that I changed the ip address of the OS, I changed the ip address in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora files only.
A moment that everything worked well. But now the archivelog files not copy to the standby server.
1. If it worked for a while after the change of ip address
3. make sure your journal alerts, what it says? information about the error?
2. first thing ipadress sequenced in tnsnames.ora and listener.ora on primary and standby
3. check ping to the host-level work and tnpsing is reached or not. If both are working check listeners are up or not and they are able to identify the services of db, registered or not.
4. now, connect as sysdba password on the servers file
5 check v$ achive_Dest_status for valid or relevant destination which is assistance for the transfer of the archives of primary Eve (the error column)
-Not especially to knew what the problem is, you should get the controls.

Us are currently working on improving our environment to 11.1.2.1 11.1.2.3.5, but have you encountered a problem with one of our applications, and only on one of the cubes in the application. When we perform a refresh of the planning database, it initially stripped of some members of the attributes, custom and is now refusing (Finally, not directly) to update on that specific cube. The other cubes in the same application, I can see the custom attributes, update correctly.
The cube itself is not locked on the side of essbase, prevents the updates and the updating of the database of planning indicates he managed. I spent reviewing the essbase application log and planning0 journal, noting none of which seems to indicate a problem with the refresh or out of the ordinary.
I am able to edit the cube directly via EAS and on the updating of the database, the changes are deleted (if I add an attribute) or the Member is restored (if I remove the Member), but still, no custom attributes.
It is unfortunately the case at some 700 members of 5,000 members in one of our dimensions and only in a cube so that a single application, but we hit an obstacle for what might be the cause. What is happening in the our QA Dev environments, but I expect that since one is one migration on the other. Step moved to production yet because this (among a few other things) continues our implementation.
If anyone can lend a thought on what could be the cause or the paths to understand where we can't look to fix this? I definitely appreciate all the help that can be done.
Thank you
Jonathan
A solution to the problem, but not sure about the cause. By deletng the cube that has problems and performing a database update subsequently, we are now able to see the cube with the appropriate attributes. It would seem that we had problems with our cube Essbase itself rather than on the side of planning.
My suspicion is that it might have been caused by our Essbase upgrade are out of sync from the upgrade of planning during the updating of the original database after the start of the process to upgrade (11.1.2.3.5 for planning vs 11.1.2.3 for Essbase). While I am not sure of the cause, I am sure the solution so feeling good go ahead now.
John - I appreciate all the help and insight along the way, as it has helped us reach this point of the solution.
Thank you
Jonathan

I have to confirm whether Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition can be supported on the basis of data Oracle 12 c.
Thank you.
OBIEE supports Oracle DB 12 c, you can check in the matrix of certification for details (google for the matrix).
For a certified system, you need to upgrade from weblogic, if it's just to test or a certified system is not required you can also use it directly.
In case your 12 c is configured as multitenant you must specify a connection to a PDB file and not the CDB (but still using a SYS / SYSDBA account) in the RCI.

Cannot display the results to the database during "Update": SQL statement
Hello
I get this error trying to update a VO via the UI or BCBrowser.
Cannot display the results to the database during "Update": SQL statement
This is a default single front & right THAT VO creates on the object of the entity (Database Table)
On the same table and with the same credentials of DB, I could update the record.
Any guess on what went wrong?
Thanks in advance for any help.

How to make a backup of the database with RMAN Oracle Single Instance
People,
Hello. I use the server of Oracle 11 GR 1 material with operating system Oracle Linux 5.10 database.
I understand how to back up the database instance in SQL Server with Windows. But do not really understand how to back up the database instance in Oracle on Linux.
I did it cold and hot backup for the database HRCS90 instance, but both receive the same error message.
Cold backup is below:SQL > startup
ORACLE instance started.Total System Global Area 538677248 bytes
Bytes of size 2146024 fixed
528482584 variable size bytes
4194304 buffers of data bytes
Redo buffers 3854336 bytes
Mounted database.
Open database.
SQL > shutdown immediate
The database is closed.
The database is dismounted.
ORACLE instance stops.

My question is:
Can any folk tell me specific steps (order by order) to back up a single instance of the database in Oracle with RMAN?
Thank you.Yes, you can restore and recover the backup, but not at the moment. You will only be able to restore and recover at the time of your backup.
For example.
If you take backup (mount point with no mode of journal archive) at 06:00 and your grave database crashes at 21:00, you will be able to restore and recover until 06:00. You will find all the changes made to the database between 06:00 and 21:00.
If you want your database to recover until 9 PM or until a point in time, then you must put your database in log mode archive, and then save the archives.

SGC does not start - unable to connect to the database
Hi all
My development/test environment is unbootable SGD. This has really we stopped in our tracks...
He'll start the WebTier, but CMS will not come to the top:

WebTier is in place
Oracle Management Server does not work for the following reason:
Unable to connect to the repository database. SGD will be automatically restarted once he identifies database and the listener are on the rise.
Try to check the details SGD results in an error as well:

Hi Mathieu,
Thanks for the comments. I just got an update of Oracle on the SR with a few more instructions on different things to try/run.
I met problems with Weblogic in step 1 and could not understand the multitude of possible causes. After some googling I found others who has ended up just restart that did the trick. It worked for me as well as far as I can see now. I'll do some tests to check, but well.
Thank you
Ed
