• HP Officejet Pro L7780: HP Officejet Pro L7780 Solution Center does not work even though I can print

  Last week, Solution Center of my printer HP Officejet Pro L7780 stopped working, even though I can still print directly from applications. But I can't use the scan feature. I uninstalled and reinstalled the driver full several times (after uninstalling using uninstall_L4, cold restarted the printer, remove the DigitalImaging registry key and delete all the files in %Temp%). The re - install seems to be okay except that when I try to open the solution Center, it happens nothing except sound.

  My roommates son asked me to help him to be on the internet, which I did, ran unusually slow in doing so, I noticed it when I checked, I found that the notebook had three solutions of different software protection, antivirus, Norton, McAffrey and AVG 2011 version for free. Also I noticed he had some solutions that provided a diagnosis, list of problems found and wanted to pay for the product before they would allow acccess to the fix. I uninstalled Norton and the McAffrey and improved the AVG free version of 2012. I also uninstalled the pesky diagnosis/buy me for the correction and the ask.com toolbar software. I installed ccleaner from piriform as well. The laptop seems to run a little faster, but the next morning he projected blue and when I tried to start it in safe mode it not loaded so far and then frozen, always in the same spot something AVGi and then it crashes, it will not load the rest of the necessary drivers. I tried to boot to the last known good as well. I even tried to downgrade to Windows xp home edition sp3 and when I do it it says there is no hard drive detected, and do I have to make sure that it works correctly.  I am at a loss, my sons friends bought the laptop (Acer Aspire 5315) for $50.00 and did not get a recovery disk so that the option does not exist or the other. What can I do to solve this problem. • HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

  My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.

  I just installed an OficeJet 4620.  I'm under Win 8.

  I printed out the status of the HP printer wizard pages.  They work very well.

  I ran printing HP and Scan Doctor v3.1 and all past.  However, when I try to print the test page, I get an error message saying cannot communicate with the printer.

  When I try to print from a different application, I get the same error.

  According to the Assistant of HP printer, the quality of the signal is a 4 (out of 5)

• Hello/iTunes/Apple Mobile Device not install even though I am the administrator

  Since end of February I could not reinstall ITunes.  It all started when I tried to put in day, and it wouldn't work.  In the end I uninstalled ITunes and tried to reinstall, but I kept getting this message that the Apple Mobile Device could not be installed (?), and I need to check that I have sufficient privileges to install.

  Since then, I have:

  Ran as administrator

  Made sure that 'everyone', 'my user' and the 'administrator' (pretty much just me) have full access

  Disabled user account control

  Cleaned the registry with CCleaner

  Command prompt to check the C drive?

  Nothing has worked.  I even went in the ITunes folder where my music is, was the administrator, and it still does not.  Recently, I uninstalled Quicktime, Hello and the Apple Mobile Device... everything that Apple.  Still would not work.  I got:

  "'Hello Service' (morning Service) service could not be installed.  Make sure you have sufficient privileges to install system services. ».  If I hit "ignore", then it will just do the same except replace "Hello" with "Apple Mobile Device".

  I am at a loss.

  I found some of my colleagues who have worked on this printer. There are some things to try, however, it is not all good news.

  The engineer estimated that on the print head nozzles may be clogged for 2 reasons. The first is that there is only some residue ink.   I have my blocker spam Windows Mail, the highest value which means I should only receive emails from my contacts.  Despite this, I continue to receive unwanted emails.  This has been so since I've upgraded to Windows 7.  I even went now install a machine program washing 'spam' which was a disaster as well.  I get about 4-5 spam emails a day - usually when I start the morning.

  How can I solve this problem?

  What Windows Mail in Vista or Windows Live Mail in Win7? If it is a POP3 account, you can filter your messages by using message rules. This is for Outlook Express, but it works the same either of the programs.

  Start with the only rule of AddressBook and you receive a message that you want people not in your address book (E-mail from companies, bills, your ISP, etc), you can add them to the rule.

  Box 1 - Where the From line contains people {check it out}

  Box 2 - Check: delete it & stop processing more rules if you want messages not in the address book to go to deleted items, or you can create a spam folder and direct them here.

  You can choose to delete the server, but be careful because you never have messages downloaded to any folder, if you choose this option.

  Box 3 - Click on the blue words contains people

  Click on the first address to select it. Scroll to the end and hold down the SHIFT key while you click the last address. This will highlight all. Right-click on it and click on from the menu that appears.

  Now, click Options and choose: Message * contains no of * the people below in the top of the page Options area, then choose: Message corresponds to one of the people below in the background Options box.

  OK your way out of the new rule.

  Now, only the addresses that you entered will be uploaded to your Inbox. You won't see other emails.

  Remember, if you add a person to your address book, you must add to the rule. It will not automatically be added.
