  Yes it's true. You just need to download the .exe file top of page (Firefox Setup 25.0.1.exe).

  I've upgraded to FF 39.0 for 'security reasons' now my favorites are microscopic after customization.

I spent earlier on Firefox, to find that all my favorites have disappeared. Favorite bookmarks, I had also disappeared, and favorite I had saved the sites disappeared, too, since there is no toolbar. I had recently refreshed Firefox. I got a lot of bookmarks (perhaps 100), and they are all gone. I can't access it, since Firefox has completely wiped them out.
