  Make sure that you are logged on the Adobe site, having cookies enabled, clearing your cookie cache.  If it fails to connect, try to use another browser.

  I suggest to ask a repair shop of PC or laptop.

  If the cost of repair is more than 50% of the current value of the laptop, you would be better sourcing of a notebook replacement.

  Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.  The first thing I would say is to remove all external devices from your PC (except the mouse and keyboard) and then restart.  If she does not always correctly, then try to start safe mode.  Here is a link that explains the Safe Mode and how to start to it: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/315222

  Sounds like a serious problem of material... You can start Notepad without AC/DC adapter or is the battery charging adapter?

  Try to delete also the adapter AC and the battery for an hour at least. Then reconnect the two and try to start the laptop.

• I am running firefox version 9.0.1, I can't chat using Yahoo? When I click the contact to discuss ANY pop-up window? This happened last week. What can I do?

  There was a workaround solution posted, but I have not tested it myself.

  The bug has been fixed in Firefox 10, then you might want to try installing the beta version if you feel that it is important enough.

  It seems to be a problem with the preview cache.

  Navigate to the location of your Lightroom catalog via finder/File Explorer and get rid of the Previews.lrdata folder suggest you (do not delete the .lrcat file)

  I have Windows XP SP3. Internet Explorer works, it's how I can tell you this. I have few plugins and nothing abnormal; in fact, before the pop-up window invited me to upgrade to Firefox 10.0.1, he first wrote a check for incompatible plugins and apparently found nothing.
