  If your Windows 10 is recently upgraded to WIndows 7/8? If Yes, then you must completely Workstation to uninstall and reinstall the workstation.   I would like to know the steps to scan a document on a Dell All In One Printer A960.  I have a Windows Vista operating system.

  Here are the steps I take in the manaul.

  1. I put the paper on the glass.

  2. Select the place I want the paper to go.

  3. I then select the Start button.

  4. once I press the button start, he says: it's scanning, without windows or tabs open on my computer screen.

  5. I then go to my control panel and click on the button that says "scanner and camera" to find the document.

  6.   Please go the Edit option in the library Module, then go in the preferences.

  Go to the performance tab and uncheck the option "use graphics processor.

  Restart lightroom, and then see if LR works.

  Check on the Fujitsu website to see if they have a Windows 7 driver
  for your touchpad. If they download and install it. If they are not,
  you're out of luck.
