JVM error 104 - compiled with 4.2 running on 5.0, 6.0

I have a JVM error 104 during execution of the 5.0 and 6.0 applications that I have compiled under 4.2.

4.2 code works well on all simulators, until and including 4.7

When I compile the code under 5.0, it works fine on the Simulator 5.0 and 6.0.

When I compile the code under 6.0, it works well on Simulator of 6.0.

When I run the code 4.2 in the 6.0 sim, it shows "Eception exception: java.lang.Error.

When I run the code 4.2 on a 6.0 device, it shows "Eception exception: java.lang.NullPointer Exception.

Does anyone know how to track down the error that is in the 4.2 code, so I can run in 5.0 and 6.0?  It's really complicated because I do not think I can debug code in the Simulator 6.0 4.2?  Does anyone have good ideas?

How resources (RRC/HR) are integrated with an application has changed in version 4.1 or 4.2.  I don't remember that from the top of my head, but you can tell by the different .java files that are automatically generated when you build a project with resources.

Support to the 'old way' to store resources was abandoned recently (to reduce the app startup time), which explains the behavior you're seeing.

    Sorry for the late reply. I just saw your message and tried to run my application after you have cleaned the Simulator. It worked fine for the moment.  Actually seeing the (especially this line ReliableTransmissionHelper. stack trace (ReliableTransmissionListener, String, TransmissionService) line: 105 ), I could not think that cleaning the simulator could be the solution...

  • JVM error 104 on the torch please help.

    Hi all

    I developed an application for the 9500 series touch screen devices, I tested it on these devices and all is well with the Simulator and the real device.

    But when I load it the torch I get the JVM error 104 and I used throughout the app try/catch blocks, but I can catch the source of the error.

    I then tried to add the application on a device 9300 and everything works again. For some reason any app just does not the torch.

    The application starts fine, but when I select anything within the app it "breaks".

    Can someone please help with this problem. If there is anything that I can provide please let me know.

  • error when compiling with jre 5.0 auditor

    Hello

    I have an application that has been developed with the JDK 6.0. It works fine on the Simulator as well as on the device.

    I need to make it compatible 5.0.

    I went to the jre 5.0 (installed with the plug-in in eclipse) and corrected all the errors of compilation (a few)

    Now I get and error when trying to package the application:

    Cannot open the C:\Users\MyUserName\eclipse_workspaces\Blacberry\AppName\bin/com.company.mobile.appname.AppNameL.crb/ dir

    Error! : error: auditor failed: C:\Eclipse\plugins\net.rim.ejde.componentpack5.0.0_5.0.0.25\components\bin\preverify.exe d C:\Users\...

    Any tips?

    I managed to solve the problem by replacing the preverify.exe of 5.0 to 6.0.

    I've been running examples of demonstration programs using Eclipse. I'm ok with A10 write your first application and UI A11, but on trying to run A13 storing persistent data, I get FMV 104 Eception ClassCastException error.

    The code is exaclty as in the downloaded example, so I can't imagine what the problem is.

    Someone else had a similar problem please.

  • JVM error 104: eception native error when you use json jar in the blackberry Simulator

    I'm developing an application where I have to use JSON to fill a listfield.

    I find my JSON response string and now being converted into a JSON object.

    I imported the

    org.json.me.JSONObject

    and have referenced the jar JSON as a dependency file after making it a library.

    I use the JDE 4.5... How can I solve this? Thank you.

    It is a small snipper of the code that caused the error, as I am creating an algorithm to completely randomize the order of the 6 numbers while removing and adding the horizontal buttons they represent.  Please let me know if anyone has a good algorithm for this operation. The fastest algorithm that I could do would be great series of nested loops, but I think that the hfm gives error so I won't attempt it until I know.  Thank you in advance.

    Huzzah! The captain we have lift, I noticed this page get a number of veiws during my efforts and my bad questions, I am purchase a web domain and set up a large number of my works, c#, java and blackberry free.  I will publish on this site page, if anyone wants to see which machine this part belongs.  This is my first BlackBerry app it's a game scramble I think naming words FUBAR.  We never learned of vectors of class CS but I don't see how they are very powerful when you use this type of algorithm.

  • Error getting compiled page

    When I open/dyn/admin a "Error getting compiled page' arrives:

    Cannot run command ' javac-target 1.5 - classpath... (all the classpath)... Make sure that you have the 'bin' to your JDK directory in your PATH variable before launching the Dynamo and that you have enough swap space.
    The detailed exception: java.io.IOException: cannot run program "javac": CreateProcess = 87, a bad parameter error

    Anyone know what is this error?

    I have re installed Jdeveloper again but the error still exists

    The problem is a corrupted ViewController.jpr file, which suggests some of the error:

    Context.NODE = test.jspx, Context.PROJECT = ViewController.jpr

    Somehow the project file structure does not meet expectations of the Analyzer. If you use a source code control system using an earlier version of the project file, otherwise we must try to correct the mistake yourself (or you try to recreate the sources tee jpr file).

    OK, I played with it a little more and found that if I used global Sun (autoactpath) and then specified what that has been set.  All my problems went away.  I just added at the beginning of my first script and I have 15 different texts, I throw the box of a dialogue and now all glitches little with that I was just to the top went.  everything that I used autoactpath with has been fixed.

  • Compiler with an overridden method error.

    I got 5 compile errors that traces with an overridden method. Who also gets an arrow broken with a generic error message. Pressing on the broken arrow recompiles the VI and it works then?

    Any suggestions on how to get rid of these would be appreciated (they pop up in order after clearing the cache of the compiled object):

  • Error "LoadLibrary failed with error 126: the module is not found" when run Minecraft

    I tried to load my Minecraft, Minecraft is everything to date and nothing wrong with it. I deleted and re-installed, and I still get this problem.

    Pitcher of the same technical does not work so he couldn't be just minecraft (Technic Modded = customer type of)
    I even made another account on my laptop and some files to another account just Minecraft and it still does not work, in browser game works perfectly, but on computer laptop, it is not, it allows to work but now is not.
    I did all of the things listed on that, and Minecraft still does not work.

    Hello. I install HCM and Campus Solution 9.0 with Internet Architecture PT8.53/WebLogic11g/Tuxedo11g/OracleDataBase11g.

    My macine server is Oracle Linux 5.10 and Windows XP-based Client computer.

    In the Oracle database Linux 5.10 Server machine, what instance HRCS90 configuration, select Demo or system, the next step "select PeopleSoft Applications" has only a single element:

    (1) PeopleSoft HRCS Demo Database - US English.

    I select this option to run the Wizard "setup.sh" that alters the scripts 'createdb10.sql, utlspace.sql, hrcddl.sql, dbowner.sql, psroles.sql, psadmin.sql and connect.sql. Then I executed 7 SQL scripts > one by one in Linux. Then need to load Windows XP data in the Oracle Linux 5.10 DB HRCS90 instance.


    After you have installed the Windows of HCM and Campus Solution 9.0 version in Windows XP with PT8.53 and log in Data Mover, I create the hrcs90ora.dms script, there's a step like below:

    Select the PeopleSoft Application
    (1) PeopleSoft HRCS Database - US English
    (2) PeopleTools System Database - US English

    I select "PeopleSoft HRCS Database - English American". When run the hrcs90ora.dms script, the error message as below:

    My questions are:

    First of all, means "PeopleSoft HRCS Demo Database" in Linux and "PeopleSoft HRCS database" in Windows causes the error above? How to solve the error above?

    Secondly, when I created PeopleTools 8,53 Database Instance PT853, I'm not running the 'ptddl.sql' script, which creates many storage areas. It causes the error above? I need to run "ptddl.sql" for example PT853?

    Probably, you set the init parameter db_files too low. As I remember, it is recommended and default to 1024 1021 on the Peoplesoft database. This is a static setting, change the value and it will restart the database.
