It gets so far then goes to startup repair, which never seems to find no problem. I tried restoring the system (to several different restore points), conducted diagnostic tests, conducted tests of memory and hd and tried commissioning in all modes as I could: no problem can't find anywhere and I always had the same problem. Finally, I backed up my files and made a full recovery of the system. It said it completed successfully, I restarted to complete the installation of Windows, it gets "Please wait a moment while Windows starts for the first time... "freezes, restarts and then traced directly back to the start screen for repair.

  I am at a loss, I've done everything I can think. Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Have you added any hardware configuration inventory (other than replace the hard disk or add memory)?

  Do you have only the mouse, keyboard and screen plugged in when you ran the recovery procedure?

  I want to clarify if this happens when you start Windows after logging in or before opening a session on windows.
