  Perhaps you are already best solution.

  For me, every time when I want to create the file, I first have to check the root and folder (specified) exist or not.

  and if I create one and then write the file in the folder. I think that this covers all cases.

  So, I never try directly to create a file with a folder, that nobody know exist or not.

  I am copy photos in the photo gallery of a folder/tag for a scan of the disc.  I have a file of some 140 photos which does not copy.  Others have copies with no problems.   I created a folder with all the photos I want to copy.  When they begin the process, all go but those of this group in particular.  I get the above error message.  Please tell me what I would do, I succumbed to the last 1.5 hours to resolve myself.  Happy new year!!

  My next try to discover what was going on would be to check the location of the files. A folder root drive can contain as many files, (depending on the file system used, such as Fat32 or NTFS). I wouldn't count the number of files successfully in the root and see if you're on that, based on the constraints of the file system. When you click right a drive and properties, it shows the file in use for this drive system.

  I am running Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit on my laptop Lenovo G570 and using IE 10.

  When I download and go through the installation process of the 2014 Act program (which installs and runs OK on my desktop Dell Inspiron 530 running Win 7 - 64 bit, IE 10 pro) I get a message when I go through the installation process that says "could not create directory of crash reports" and when I click on the 'OK' button she closes and crashes.

  Before to rename you must be sure that the creative cloud application is not running.

  Then, turned off the option "Start connecting" in the preferences, then longin again.

  After the connection, rename and then manually start the creative Application of cloud.

  The application creates a new directory CoreSync, and it starts the sync!

  If this work for you, then you can remove safely the CoreSync.old directory.

  you do not need to change your spfile, create a valid directory for AUDIT_FILE_DEST

  If you do not know the value necessary relating to alert.log
  or take a look at your spfile
  or connect as a system with the parameter checking
  or find your spfile by see the spfile parameter

  or find with the trial obviously ist started and open.

  It seems that your name is db12c, so just change the name of initcdb1.ora to initdb12c.ora just to have a regularity.

  The most important thing is that the name of your instance defined as ORACLE_SID owes much to a model.

  In the example

  db_name = WHATEVR (in your init*.ora file)

  ORACLE_SID = SOMETHING (at the level of the BONE)

  If your init.ora file must be called initSOMETHING.ora. It has nothing to do with your db_name

  Problem solved!  Changed name of folder of the Office of "Public Desktop" to "Desktop".  A given SYSTEM and everybody full permissions to the folder.  One of these changes have made a difference.  Subsequently renamed "Desktop" back to "Public Desktop", just in case.
