It's just started happening yesterday. I use a Toshiba laptop and out of nowhere, my PC goes in power saving mode after one minute when ALL my settings for this mode is 30 minutes. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    Hi MattLipkint,

    1. Did you the latest changes on the computer?
    2. When was the last time it was working fine?
    3. You have security software installed on the computer?

    Method 1

It is possible that some third-party programs installed on the computer is causing the problem.

I suggest that you put the computer in a clean boot state and check if it helps.

To help resolve the error and other messages, you can start Windows XP by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot". A clean boot helps eliminate software conflicts.

See section to learn more about how to clean boot.

How to configure Windows XP to start in a "clean boot" State

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/310353

Reset the computer to start as usual

When you are finished troubleshooting, follow these steps to reset the computer to start as usual:

    (a) click Start, type msconfig in the search box and press ENTER.

    (b) If you are prompted for an administrator password or for confirmation, type your password or click on continue.

    (c) under the general tab, click the Normal startup option, and then click OK.

    (d) when you are prompted to restart the computer, click on restart.

    Method 2

If the previous step fails then I would suggest that you update the display adapter drivers, basic input/output system (BIOS) and motherboard chipset drivers.

Important: Change (CMOS) BIOS/complementary metal oxide semiconductor settings can cause serious problems that may prevent your computer from starting properly. Microsoft cannot guarantee that problems resulting from the configuration of the BIOS/CMOS settings can be solved. Changes to settings are at your own risk.

  • I know there is a new version of Premiere Pro for creative cloud but does not update my version of Premiere Pro and I do not know why.

I need to be able to change work and home, that was child's play in our world of Adobe Creative Cloud. However my work got the 2015 version updated to CC and for some reason any my CC at home will not be updated and I don't know why.

In addition to the answer to the question of the Peru Bob (who we users need to help!) ... There are a few things I could suggest/request...

    (1) what are the specific numbers of your applications to the studio & home? Last build is 2015.0.2, construction 9.0.2(4).

    (2) disconnect from your Cloud creative desktop app, then reconnect. Sometimes this resolves this issue. Give it a whirl...

If 2) does not work, you may need to use the soft Cleaner CC Adobe to uninstall Desktop CC and PrPro and download & launch of office, then the application download & install PrPro & update.

  • Having MovieSymbol to continue to operate even after mouse at the ends

So I have a button that when I mouse over animation begins... Unfortunely when I move the mouse when the button is the animation abruptly ends...

I would like to allow him to play the entire animation... no matter where currently the mouse...

Also what I could possibly need is for her permanent loop the animation once the button has been said on:

WHY: I'm making it so when you hover over the button the button "work away from you" making it almost impossible to click on

    Thank you very much

    Stephen

If you place objects inside the 4 frames of a button, which is an instance of the class SimpleButton.  Let's call it a button for easier Talkin '.  Button symbols have features of builtin providing for automatic rollover and rollout behaviors without code. Probably, you do not want to use a button symbol and can just go out with the help of a button as a movieclip symbol image.

If the main purpose of the animation must evade the user, then an approach strictly actionscript might work better.  This one was a bit fun to continue just for ha ha's, so I fiddled with a sample file you can watch / study.  I don't expect that you'll understand, at least not at the first glance, but it shows a (probably crude) way to make a button that allows to avoid the mouse cursor.  Some of the other people who help here regularly will probably have more than sophisticated solutions.

In this version... There is an invisible (alpha = 0) area surrounding the image that adds in bulk to the movieclip as getting close the image will generate the rollover event.  When this event occurs, two actionscript tweens are highlighted that the movieclip move to some new random x and y which are sufficiently far enough to avoid the postponement of the being held if all goes well (which would stop the movieclip under the cursor, if she did not move very far)

Anyway, here is the link to the file...
