  Hi, it's Stephen. I've upgraded to mac os Sierra, and now, for some reason, Dictation and speech is missing in system preferences. It is preferably pain that I use to activate enhanced dictation, which is a feature that allows the use of dictation, even in offline mode.   I have the same problem on my Mac Mini 10.11.2. Last week I was printing to an Epson Artisan 730 and today he is more listed in the printer options.   As you know, there is a programming interface that can be used by extensions to replace the built-in page and there are several options available, including:

  • If you are already using the "Restorer of classic theme" or "Tab Mix Plus" extension: There is an option somewhere (!) in his dialogues of the parameters to select another page in the new tab.

  Setting up substitute new tab and new tab custom

  After installing one of these extensions, you must use the Options page to set the new desired tab page (instead of use subject: config).

  Open the page modules using either:

  • CTRL + SHIFT + a (Mac: Cmd + shift + a)
  • "3-bar" menu button (or tools) > Add-ons

  In the left column, click Extensions. Then on the side right, find the new tab replace or custom new tab and click on the Options button. (See first screenshot attached).

  Depending on the size of your screen, you may need to scroll down to enter the address in the form. (See second screenshot attached). For example:

  • (Default) page thumbnails = > subject: newtab
  • Blank tab = > subject: empty
  • Built-in Firefox homepage = > topic: welcome
  • Any other page = > full URL of the page

  Then tab or click this form field and you can test using Ctrl + t.

  Custom new tab

  It is easy to enter your favourite homepage address. If you check either of the boxes, the expansion will set the focus in the page as well, for example, the cursor will be in the Google search box. (See third screenshot attached). I had to leave Firefox and start it up again before new custom tab started working, but this may have been due to tests so many extensions back to back.

• iCloud status is missing from the Display Options Menu

  I am currently using iTunes 12.3.2.35, and I am also subscribed to iTunes game.

  When I go to view / menu display Options, there is no available under "Songs" for "iCloud status" column

  I helped just a friend yesterday who is also a subscriber of Match and run iTunes v12, but all iCloud menu items were available.

  I tried from you disconnect from the iTunes Store, stop, restart and log back, and he shows me than iCloud status as an option.

  I also tried to delete all iTunes preferences in ~/Library/preferences, as well as delete the iTunes folder in ~/Library/Caches.

  To show and hide columns in the songs view, right-click on the row of column headers.  In the context menu, currently displayed columns have a checkmark, currently hidden columns are not.  To show or hide a column, select it from this menu.  If you want to move a column, click and hold and drag the header of column (left or right) to the desired location.

  There is a small flaw on the sticker of the laptop product key so I'm missing two numbers so cannot install xp!.

  There is no damage on the bar code and also the 14-digit number is always visible.

  Can I get the product key full in some way, or if I can get another product key?

  If you use Recovery Windows from the manufacturer of your computer or reinstall drive, chances are you do not be prompted to enter a product key, since the Windows license is an OEM SLP.

  There is no button options. When you open the charms bar, you click settings if you want to only the settings of the application.

• A feature missing from CC Packager: choose the temp folder

  When you use the conditioner of creative cloud to assemble a package, the software downloads all necessary files. But it downloads not directly to the chosen location, but somewhere on the disc of the operating system.

  But I have my operating system on a 64 GB SSD, which already > 55GO is used. Thus, Packer CC doesn't have enough space to store all the files. So, I can't get a package.

  IMHO the packer must use the drive/folder assigned also to temporary files, not the OS disc.

  If you go to the Creative cloud Packer preferences where you see the signed in user. You can then change the where the default location for the cache to the application.

• Skype is missing from the ringer option

  Hi, I'm trying to understand what the problem with my Skype.

  The week last Skype has stopped playing sounds when I received incoming calls. All other sounds work always. The call can always be connected. All right, but it's a huge problem for me because I often have things in fullscreen. I tried to uninstall, delete the old files and install Skype again, but this has not fixed the problem.

  When I go in the options of Skype and select the sound section, I noticed that the rings box no longer exists. I tried to hit "reset default" but no luck there. Clearly, resettlement was not enough to solve this problem, so the only other thing I can think is a registry entry that could hide this option.

  I hope that someone will have some clues on how to solve this problem, because after a week, I'm about to give up.

• Another key feature missing? Phone application remembers that output to use.

  Everyone knows this? I'll have a fine conversation by using my bluetooth headset, hang up and close the phone app. Later, I receive a call, but when I pick up, it is not routed to my helmet! I have to click on the phone application and tell it to go to my helmet. It is a real disappointment. I think it's the same thing for audio phone pumped to the 3.5 mm jack; It'll work a call automatically (say, when you use pandora in the car) and then the next call will be routed to the handset, causing a bad start a conversation uncomfortable.

  Just told me that it is a characteristic and that it is caused by answering the call by touching the screen of the phone.

  This solved my problem of helmet, but not my problem w / pick up the call through the 3.5 mm jack socket. I need an audio cable with a response to pock the call button up there?

  Answered the question. "FX Show" Badges must be started before you can RMB and select the property you want to display.

  For some reason, you do not get a keyframe widget, as you do in the Audio track.

• My iMac 27 "was missing from the option of resolution 1920 x 1080 since the day I bought it. Apple said it should be fixed in future updates to OS x, but that didn't always happen.

  I have a beginning 2013 27 "iMac I customized with all the best options at the time. Since I bought it, the resolution options have displayed no 1920 x 1080 option, I tried several things as now the option key while noting key worked. In years past, I asked Apple several times about this, and their response was always 'it should be fixed in next update OSX." Well, its been a few years already, and 3 new releases OSX and the problem has never been resolved. I'm pretty sure its a problem with the graphics card from Nvidia, but I can't contact them for support because they can't really do anything. It is not like I can update the drivers for the card, software update is supposed to handle this.

  I think that its ridiculous that I had this problem for so long without help at Apple. It isn't that I'm missing a non-standard resolution.

  What happens when you:

  I just bought a 6510 Photosmart e-all-in-one. I had no problem setting up on my laptop and set it up easily on an old desktop PC. However, I noticed in the center of HP Solutions on the laptop that two sections are missing from this - Actions "Scan" and "Printer Preferences". The only sections appearing on the page of the laptop are connected solutions, commercial Web resources, help & Support, then disclosures of personal information. However, the missing sections both appear on center of my Solutions desktop PC. How can I get they appear on Solutions Center the laptop?

  The Solutions Center I want to talk about is the page that appears when I click on all programs / HP / series Photosmart HP 6510 / HP Photosmart 6510 series or the icon of the printer.

  EDIT: I completely rewrote this post, including the title I used the terminology wrong so I hope that makes more sense now and I can get an answer to my problem. Maybe even an expert!

  Due to a lot of things in my life I never had to call HP. However yesterday I did something stupid and had to reformat my hard drive. As a result, I had a clean slate to work with, and last night I was finally able to install the missing stock Scanner and Printer preferences. What I noticed during installation this time, was that I had an additional question that I could choose to install from the full functionality driver, called Smart something thing-or-other (sorry, can't remember title), which certainly is not in the list before (this is the same list that includes HP Photo Creations). I don't know why that did not exist before, but maybe it could be that I installed the printer in order to deparaments of the one below. He would have just because the news about my previous printer, which I had uninstalled it, was somehow still on my PC. Was the order I completed the installation in this time - 1) go to devices and printers, add printer, click the Photosmart series 6510 with the URL contains only numbers & points, and NOT the one with http / / in front of him (which is the link to the eprint centre) 2) download the driver full features on the site of HP , launched the present and choose what to install. And voila!
