• Pavilion dv7 series c 6 000: arrow stuck even with this key removed and cleaned

  My operating system in windows 7 editoin House. Because of this issue drop-down lists do not currently work.

  For some reason, my right arrow is stuck. I mean, even if it has not been pressed the right arrow key, that is as it is pressed repeativly. Examples; My volume goes down automatically when I press the "speaker" icon, pages automcally Scrolls right and if I press shift in firefox I go back a page, the short cut because it's shift-right arrow.

  What I tried so far; uninstlling and reinstall my keyboard driver, the keyboard driver update, restart my computer several times, by installing a new touchpad driver which is suppose to fix this happing with the ctrl key, updated the touchpad driver, my wireless mouse freeze, removing the right arrow and cleaning out and ensuring that key filters , sticky keys and ToggleKeys are all off.

  Help, please. My computer is not very functional with this problem occurring.

  I'm done to restore my system to a previous save point. For some reason, it updates from hp that I installed caused the error.

  Good evening everybody, I recently received my HP 15-p030nr as a gift for my birthday. A few days ago on my keyboard, the "S" key began to stick when you click on (Let's click on down and pop back up one second after, it was selected). At first, I thought it would be temporary and just blow on, but after a week of what happens, it's happened to the place where it's annoying and frustrating. Even as I write this post I am slowly driven crazy. I tried the breath (with the mouth air pressure) button to see if this will change something but nothing happens. I also tried the compressed air cans, as well as vacuum and wipe the keyboard with a damp cloth. As you can tell the last option, I thought to is to physically remove the key by placing a flat head screwdriver or indiscreet tool underneith and arise the key but I'm not sure if I it will pop in the process or if it will come out same place also. Does anyone know if this is possible with the 15-p030nr model? I was unable to get a direct response from HP technical support. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

  P.S. As indicated above, the PC is almost new and I'm very careful, so I'm not sure how this happened (I have no food or drink anywhere near the computer). I don't want to return the computer or send it in for service because it is a drawback for me, especially now that it is time to review. Once again any help is appreciated.

  Hello and thanks for the display on the HP support forums.  If the key is physically collage and burst like that there is something wrong with it.  You tried to clean the only way you can except never use a wet cloth over all the electronics.

  At this point, you will need to contact the HP support by phone for a replacement of the keyboard or the repair option.

  I have a sync FF account. I bought a tablet. I want to synchronize the tablet. During the process, I am asked to provide a recovery key that I don't have.

  So, you were able to get the synchronization set up on both devices, correct?

  The initial synchronization of each device may take awhile, like maybe as much as an hour (by one of the Sync developers) to complete, according to the data of types the user has chosen to be "synchronized". And if you have both connected at the same time, it could slow down the process. Sorry, there is no progress indicator to "measure" which was sent to or from the sync server. Sync is designed to operate entirely in the background.

  Once the synchronization data are fully charged on both devices, the process is almost instantaneous from my own observation. Remove a bookmark on a "peripheral" and less than a minute what disappears from another device.

  I write a message, and I accidentally on the character of the Esc.

  Immediately, the message went, no prompt, no dialog with nothing.

  And I can't even get it back, Ctrl + Z is no nothing, as well the arrow keys...

  Yes, it's a beautiful piece of design by the Skype team.

  If you view default pressing on escape key removes all what you typed Bravo - nice - Skype team for further implementation of dumbest.

  If you switch to compact view, when you press the ESC key, you get a prompt informing you that you are about to delete your conversation, so you can say:

  None!

  This takes back you to your cat without deleting anything.

  Check the following points.

  From the windows control panel, open the ease of access Center and click on the link "make the keyboard easier to use.  If there is a check mark in the box beside 'Turn Sticky Keys' or ' turn on Filter Keys, Remove these and then click on apply to apply the change to see if that solves the problem.

  You can get into trouble here. When you say that the old hard drive has failed do you mean that it is not even detected in bios? If so, there is nothing we can do to help. If it is detected in the bios there is a possibility, you can create an image of Windows of the reader.

  If Vista was preinstalled on your computer, read this information:

  There are several methods to reinstall Vista.

  There is no Windows Vista downloads available from Microsoft.

  You can contact your computer manufacturer and ask them to send you a set of recovery disks.

  They should do this for a small fee.

  To reinstall Vista using their recovery disk/s, you start from the 1st recovery disk they provide and follow the manufacturer's instructions to reinstall:

  I have a computer built house with an AMD Phenom II X 3 Black Edition CPU and an ASUS M4A78T-E motherboard.  I originally had Vista 32 bit Ultimate Win7 installed and running and has purchased and researched and installed the 64 bit version and received a message that the key has been blocked by Microsoft.  I contacted the person I bought the package from and he has verified that the key is good with Microsoft.

  Because of the problems I had with Win7 has decided to install Win XP Pro and take care of some pressing issues I use this computer for work and staff as well.  After taking care of business, I decided to give him another chance, but did not delete my XP Pro problems with Win7.  I used GPart to create another partition on my hard drive and installed Win 7 64 bit on it so that it forms and allocate unallocated space.  I have re-installed Win 7 again with the same error code during activation.

  One thing I read on this forum, is that if you use Vista format the HDD it hold the 'TOUCH' or some software folder in the BIOS and then put back on the hard disk after that he was done and I was wondering if there is a way to get this key removed to use it?

  I tried all the resources that I have and no one has been able to say something but return the software or contact Microsoft.  Help, please! :)  I appreciate your time and your information and await your response.
