  Check the following suggestions:

  (1) confirm that your keyboard is set to the English language.
  Go to the control panel. Click the icon "Region and language".
  If the setting appears to be in a foreign language, change it to English/U.S.
  Click on keyboard and language, make sure the keyboard language is set to English.
  Click on the keyboard to change and in the general tab, make sure you have the appropriate language.

  (2) check if your NumLock key is enabled. If so, the key to disengage.

  (3) run a litmus test of characters using the Diagnostics of keyboard Microsoft (MSKEY) program. While in the MSKEY program, press multiple keys in order to ensure that they are the same keys identified in the MSKEY window.
  To run the MSKEY diagnostic test, go to the Start button. In the start search box, type mskey, and press ENTER.
  Then start typing the keys that are not type correctly and see what is returned during the test.

  Wired or wireless - is usually not serious unless the wireless can get more interference.  If the keyboard is close to the receiver which is connected to the computer and you get the strikes hurt - my suggestion is to try first the keyboard on another computer.

  To do this, * not * require you to install specific drivers.  Simply unplug the combo of a computer and in the other and see if the keyboard works correctly.  Then, you can troubleshoot from there.

  Connect the external USB keyboard and check if the same problem of double letters appear using this external USB keyboard.

  If the symptoms of double letters will not appear with the external keyboard, the internal computer keyboard must be faulty.

  This means that the internal keyboard needs to be replaced to solve the problem.
  But if even the double letter appears using the external keyboard, then the keyboard controller (part of the motherboard) may be affected.

  Not quite sure if this could be corrected by BIOS updated, but where your BIOS is not updated, try updating the BIOS.

  Otherwise, I recommend you contact the authorized Toshiba maintainer for a control.

  I don't think it's quite as simple as that. OP is not a number of base-26, because there is nothing quite like a 0 in this system, and therefore nothing quite like a 0.
  In a base-26 system, you could represent 26 ^ 2 ^ distinct numbers with strings up to 2 characters.
  OP wants something where you can represent 26 ^ 2 ^ + 26 separate numbers with strings up to 2 characters: 26 issues of the strings of characters-1 a set completely disjoint from 26 ^ 2 ^ ros with 2 strings.

  I think the OP needs something more complicated, like this:
