  I suggest to run the diagnostic tool memory WINRE mode and check if the memory (RAM) installed on the computer works fine.

  B. restart your computer.

  C. Si you are prompted, press any key to start Windows from the installation disc.

  You can change your password to something you remember (or use a white) another administrative user account. If you had only an administrative user account, all is not lost.
