  Uninstall the MediaSmart SmartMenu of your system, or uncheck the box to the list of startup as shown below:

  • Click Start .
  • In the search field, type: msconfig and when the option appears in the menu, press enter .
  • In the System Configuration window, click the Startup tab.
  • Find it in the list and uncheck the box.
  • Click OK.

  These steps will be turned off the Visual display.

  If you want to have this kind of future you can use another software that is 3VRX here (version 2.5 for 32/64-bit Win7).

  Similar is with the British and the United States where symbols and @ n different positions.

  You simply test that works from the combination of keys correctly. I have GB keyboard and when I turn it on in German (Switcerland) symbol @ I can get if I use ALT GR + 2 key combination.

  Yes, the BIOS settings was the first thing I checked. But BIOS seems to only contain States in order for the locks of keys on the new HP Pavilion or Envy laptop.

  I did more research and found more credible sources to TechNet asking to change the same registry value to 2. I tried it and it works a fact/do.

  Finally I figured out the AutoHotKey
  My game Hegemonia works now...
  Dell Inspiron 1545 with Windows Vista, I have...
  My keyboard doesn't have the Pause/break key which is needed to pause the game Hegemonia...
  So I remapped my right Alt key in Pause button...

  Here's what I did and what you should do if you have problem like this:

  -Download and install AutoHotKey software.

  -Then go to my programs on the Start Menu and open the program "AutoHotKey."

  -Now, let him register a file where it asks to save it in.

  -If the icon does not appear upward again in the lower right of your screen then go and open the program to 'AutoHotKey' once again, now it should appear in the lower right.

  -Right-click on the icon 'H' of the clock in the bottom right of your screen and select "edit this Script.

  -Remove all of this notebook and just put this code in it:

  RAlt: ^ break

  -And then save the file and close it.

  -Then right click on that 'H' icon again and choose "reload this Script.

  On my keyboard (UK) to the left of the letter m, there are two keys with a comma and an exclamation point and the other a full stop (period) and a question mark.  But prolonged pressure on these keys does not produce the exclamation point or question mark.  What watch is an apostrophe instead of the exclamation point and the double quotes ("") instead of a question mark.

  Based on what you said, it seems that you are experiencing expected behavior. Let's look at the example of the key on the keyboard to your iPad with the comma and the exclamation point.

  To get the decimal point, you would enter a time. To get the exclamation point, you would press the SHIFT key pressed, then the button with the exclamation point. When you long press a key, you can access letters with accents or other alternative characters, such as the apostrophe you mentioned earlier.   This is why you should check it again if you need only the keys on the keyboard all.

  Thinking about your problem occurred for me to experiment with a few SDK function to check whether the key of the accelerator feature can be disabled. While I failed at it, I noticed that if you install a quick access key system via the function RegisterHotKey SDK is a priority on the accelerator THAT CVI installs everything by adding double underscore somewhere in the control label. In other words, even if the sign of the accelerator is present, a quick access key system comes before and prevents the recall affects to be fired. This could be a realistic solution for your real problem.

  I did a quick example that shows all this matter: you can test all the combinations of keys installed on the control and see what happens.
