  • Impossible to print labels Avery 5444 on Wireless HP 7520. Other functions seem to work.

I tried to print labels Avery 5444 from my desktop, using Avery templates.  The printer does not work properly when I try to print.  I get a message that says that there is no paper in the tray, when there are of course paper.  I'm able to print regular word documents and other documents of the printer, just not the labels.  Can anyone suggest a solution please?  Thank you.

    Hi Mochamom,

This looks like a solution for me! Sometimes, just play with the settings, then we can find the right to use for a specific type of paper.

Please see this guide on how to change the size and type of paper. An inconsistency 'paper' or 'Difference of paper size' Error Message appears when you print in Microsoft Word. Select Word 2010 and then print of different sizes. Look for the Solution two and three.

This is like trial and error, play with the settings once again, until you find one that works.

Hope this helps and let me know if you have any additional questions!

  • Pages have access to models of labels avery somewhere?

Pages meets all my needs except the possibility of using labels templates Avery for Pages. The site of Avery was a total waste of time. The app store all look risky. Y at - it somewhere that I can just pull up a label template Avery numbered pages? THX!

Pages has no knowledge on labels Avery. You can visit the Avery site and download the individual templates in Word (for Mac) for the label type and open in the Pages. Then save you as a template in your custom templates. But by filling out the sheet Avery is a manual process, as versions v5 Pages do not for you.

I just installed the free Mac Avery Design & Print software in / applications on OS X 10.11.5 and utilization for the label of all work them.

PS... I printed the documents and pdf files today and they go directly to the printer

Hello @gingersmomma and welcome to the Forums of HP!

I see you are having problems printing of labels. I would like to help!

I would recommend you to do a power reset the printer.  Unplug the power cord from the printer and the power outlet, then wait 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, plug back in the printer. Make sure that you connect the printer directly to a wall outlet. Make sure to bypass any surge protector or power bar.

I suggest also download and run the HP print and Scan doctor.

Good luck and please let me know the results of your troubleshooting operations. Thanks for posting on the HP Forums!

I recently had considerable difficulties, download Flash Player to view the video from the site, but now it appears more than once in Lightroom.

Those are probably your Flash installation disc images.  You see them on your desktop.  If so, drag them to the trash.   If they are not on your desktop, restart your computer and may disappear from the import dialog box.

    Hi Alan47,

There are some other options that you can try.

    1. Do a complete Uninstall and download and install the drivers from hp.com.  Click here
    2. Install a different driver.  This can often solve printing problems.  See the link to Shane_R.  Click here

    Does that help?

  • You can print labels Avery of numbers

I always used an Excel spreadsheet with the names and addresses and 'merge' in Word to print Christmas 250 or mailing address.

Names and addresses are different from what we have in our Contacts.

I've always used number labels 8160 (30 labels per sheet), Avery.

Now, I am a proud iMac owner but I'm having a horrible time, get the labels printed.

I have all the data moved from Excel to numbers, but cannot get the data into a label template.  I looked at the Avery template download but he has got terrible reviews of Apple users.

    Help!  Please, I beg you.

    Thank you.

As you are used to doing in Excel, have you considered using Office for Mac 2016?

  • OfficeJet pro 8610: print labels avery

just started using my officejet pro 8610.  love it but I can't seem to aline sheets of labels when I print multiples.  When I print 3 copies it will make good on the 2 / 3. I have the tray loaded with about 50 sheets of paper of reg and then ask my sheets of labels above.  Have I not it overloaded or what.

    Hello pauldc,

    Welcome to the HP Forums.

I see that you experience a problem when you attempt to print more than 3 pages of paper for labels at the same time.

You said that you have plain paper in the status bar, as well as the label paper.  Please delete.  Use just the label paper when you print labels.  It would be the same scenario that you were printing photos and using photo paper.  Remove all of the regular paper.

If you still have questions or if you have any other questions, feel free to write me again.

    See you soon,.

  • Set glyph scaling causes the output appearing more bold, but only when the color is on the page of the text

    The title says it all.

Justified text - with 98% and 102% glyph scaling

When printing it outputs the text glyph scaling affected online as a bit more "BOLD" - I see the yellow and other colors under where it is misregistering.

But this only happens on the pages with colors.

In preferences I have changed the appearance and precise text output, and this made it worse, so I returned out of all blacks as rich black.

But when I remove the glyph of scale - regardless of color on the page - the text output normally - no extra fat on the page.

    Using InDesign CS5

    Windows XP

    Konica Minolta Bizhub C550

    All drivers up to date.

Can I get Postscript drivers if that would help?

    Any ideas?

I am not sure that I just did, but I see no here boldening (Phaser 7800, driver PS, black out with precision, but it is not serious to postscript). The text is a little dark, as I expect due to overprinting, but the weight looks the same.
