Lack of iTunes Drivers__

I get a message when you connect Ipod to Itunes "iTUnes for importing & burning Cd & DVD drivers are missing. This can happen as a result of installing other CD burning software. Please reinstall iTunes. I reinstalled, but keep getting the same message.

I'm the same person who took birth in this issue. I just got the phone with Apple's Support. They sent me the instructions on how to uninstall 6 programs on ITunes, in a specific order, from the control panel (Add/Remove Programs). Here is their link with the instrcutions:

I have an iMac 10.9.5. Unwittingly, I clicked on upgrade to the latest version of iTunes.

Now, I get this error message. I tried to locate my iTunes library but did not succeed.  I wonder if I downloaded the new version of iTunes with success or entirely. Then click "iTunes" in the menu bar, nothing happens.

Choose the file iTunes Library.itl to your music > iTunes folder.

  • Why the "re-registered" very different songs from the original

I just downloaded an album on the iTunes store "Hits of the 1950s."  Before I paid for it I listened to a couple briefly and they sounded like the original, I remember the 1950s.  Now that they are downloaded and paid for, I played many and they are not the original songs of the 1950s.  What gives?  I don't want this album. I want songs that I remember them and I'm willing to pay for them individually.  Very disappointed in iTunes.

It is not for lack of iTunes, you don't like it.  They have not deliberately deceive you or steal your money.  From the outset, he said that they were reproductions.  What do you think it meant?  "Re-recording" means that the band returned to the studio later and made the song again.  I'm sorry, but you should have paid more attention.  You bought something iTunes has been selling, and you did not like it.  You can't get a refund for that.  If you don't want the album, simply delete the files from your computer.   Find the original recordings and buy them if that's what you prefer.

  • Add the lack of place next in iTunes 12.5.1.21

I've recently updated iTunes to version 12.5.1.21 to update my iPhone.

Now I don't have no 'add to following Up' in the menu when I right click on a song or album. I don't have that "play following" makes the song or album at the top of the list upwards following instead of at the end I used 'Add to following Up' to create a playlist each day for the evening. I don't want to create a permanent playlist because the next day I want to create a different list.

"Add to following Up" was deleted, or is there something wrong with my installation?

Thank you for using communities Support from Apple!

I see you are trying to use the feature place next in iTunes. To add a song or album in the next place, please follow the steps below:

    • Add a song or album to the list: Drag the item to the top center of the iTunes window to appear a blue border.

    Play songs

  • Why the lack of support for iTunes store failures?

As much as I love Apple products, being is not only an owner of an iMac, MacBook Pro, iPhone and iPad, but also a shareholder, I wonder why the company is either not willing to admit when there are interruptions in the iTunes store, or whether they are simply end in recognizing him on their map of the system state.

When I called today (September 21, 2016 at about 11 p.m. EDT) to report the error, I was getting ("your application is temporarily unable to process'), when I tried to manage my subscriptions and activated the devices, Apple tech support person acknowledged that he also could not also see the same sections for himself under my account management. Yet, when he passed me along a representative of iTunes, the rep said that he knew no problems or outages at all. Yet, the "Downdetector" site said interruptions common to iTunes through the country. I live in Washington, D.C.

Except for problems with the iTunes store, Apple has provided me with support superb customer whenever I called to solve the problem with my devices (iPhone, iPad, iMac and MacBook Pro). I'm frankly puzzled why they aren't equally useful when I called to solve problems of access while trying to access my account in the iTunes store.

  • Lack of Podcast episodes in iTunes Store

    My Feed: http://feeds.feedburner.com/providenceaustin/sermons

I manage the podcast of our Church, and I'm having a problem with some missing episodes. I checked my stream for errors, but I have not found any, and episodes are missing through the iTunes store (they appear if you look at just the stream itself, or if you pull up the stream to help another customer podcast). But many of our users go through iTunes, so I understand what the problem is.

So far, I noticed two missing episodes in recent months. They are both of the same itunes:author (we have several authors on our flow), which is the only resemblance, I noticed. But there are correctly shown episodes of this author. Other than that, I don't know what is happening. The episodes in question are the most recent episode of this past Sunday, June 5, 2016. And the other is from March 20, 2016.

    Any help would be appreciated.

You have probably fallen on an intermittent bug in the store where some episodes do not appear, even if all episodes appear when you subscribe. Go to the Podcasts Connect, log in, choose your podcast and click 'Refresh Feed'. Give it time - the store can take a day or two to update. If that does not work, contact support and ask for a re-indexing: who can solve it. Go to https://itunespartner.apple.com/en/podcasts/overview and click on the link "Contact us" at the bottom of the page.

  • Lack of files - Itunes added localhost prefix of music files

I had all my music stored on my laptop Windows 10 at home and saved 2 portable drives separate (one in the other NTFS and ExFat format) to be doubly sure. I would like to use one of these return of records in conjunction with a smaller laptop Windows 10 to replicate the playlists on the phone at home, i.e. running the smallest pc directly from the external hard drive (shift + library ITunes/choice /.. .locate library on mobile drive.etc) until recently, it worked like a dream - no missing file on smaller pc that I would use if going to parties etc.

My most wholesale laptop crashed and burned last week and needed to be restored to its original Windows 8 State (should have before the two laptops were improved Win8 to Win10). Both PCs have Itunes 12.4 but with slightly different screen setup - Win 10 'Bought' appears in the library at the top left with the music and the music video, Win8 it appears as a playlist also there is no drop down 'View As' top menu right Edit Playlist in Win *.

Decide now run all my media from an external drive on the laptop over to the future I have attached, has chosen library and changed Itunes Media folder in Edit/Preferences/Advanced accordingly.  Now on a single disc 3000 + files have disappeared '!' and on the other drive 8000 +.  All tracks can be located in their original location on portable hard drives but when you use Get Info/file, the location of her missing track //localhost/G:/Music/iTunes/iTunes Media/Music/unknown artist/Unknown Album / Katy B - Katy B - I want to Be.mp3 as opposed to the G:\Music\iTunes\iTunes Media\Music\Elisa\Unknown Album\No Hero.mp3 found track as you can see it Itunes has not only added the //localhost/ prefix but also changed all of the / of their original.   NB this particular example was artist/album unknown etc, but the same applies with album/artist

I tried to find some leads and allowing ITunes to use the automated 'use this location to find missing persons files' and he is never able to. ("Itunes is unable to locate the missing files 3000")  I slipped and fell from entire media folder in Itunes ("adding leader").  I tried to delete the file Itunes Library ITL and allowing Itunes to rebuild from the Itunes library by then XML import playlists from the XML file. I tried "fix the Itunes for Windows security permissions. I tried opening the library Itunes XML file in Notepad (text editor) - while I can find and replace the //localhost/ I can't replace all of / with-these appear in other channels (or can I?). Is there a script that can be run on Windows 8 or 10 to find the missing pieces and if so how or these scripts work only on Apple hardware?

I kept back ups of previous before the accident and even libraries attempt to cast these on the smallest laptop Win 10 now present the same problem. Grateful for any help

The "missing file" error occurs if the file is no longer where iTunes is expected to find. Causes possible is that you or a third-party tool has moved, renamed or deleted the file, one of its parent folders, or the reader, he feeds has been a change to the drive letter. It is also possible that iTunes has changed from waiting for the files in the presentation of pre-iTunes 9 post-iTunes 9 layout, or vice versa, and so looking for a bit in the wrong place. (In the case of a library moved from one system to the other there is also the potential permissions problems. (See the fix for iTunes for Windows security permissions if this could apply.)

Select a track with an exclamation point, use Ctrl - I to get the information, and then click No when asked to try to locate the track. (Because of a bug in iTunes 12 you currently have to say no twice!) Look under the Summary tab for the location that iTunes thinks that the file should be. Now look around your hard drive. I hope you can locate the track in question. If a part of your library has just been moved, renamed a folder or a drive letter has changed, it should be possible to reverse actions. If the difference between the two railroads is an additional music directory in a path, then it is a problem of layout. I can explain more if this is the case.

In some cases, iTunes may be able to repair itself if you go through the same steps with Get Info, but this time, click on search and browse the lost track. He peut then offers to try to automatically correct the other broken links. Although he said something like 'use the same location' expects to find the titles in the same provision of the artist / album that it generates, and not all in a big file.

If another application like Windows Media Player has moved/renamed files then the chances are that subtle differences in naming strategies will make it difficult to restore media on the precise way that iTunes is expected. In this case, as long as the missing files somewhere, you should be able to use my FindTracks script for reconnecting to iTunes. See this post for an explanation of how it works.

  • lack of music to iCloud iTunes 12.3.3.17

    Hi guys,.

I just upgraded my itunes to the latest version (12.3.3.17) and since I did, most of my music to iCloud library is missing, particularly content that I got from Apple's music. I see songs and albums I bought long ago on the iTunes store, but still as the content is not complete. Also, when I try to access some content on the iTunes Store or Apple music, the program crashes. Someone else you have these problems since the update?

    8.1 Windows 64-bit

    Thanks in advance,

    Khotso

Yes, I have these issues as well. The reason why that iCloud music does not, is that it seems that the option in the preferences has been turned off. As you have noticed, if I turn it on and it starts to 'download', the program crashes almost immediately. I also have the crash at random times when trying to access the Radio Music Apple section and even try to reproduce a TV downloaded show. I'm running on Windows 7 64 bit. Well, I'd actually being run since I was unable to use it without crashing now.

  • Lack of purchased songs from iTunes library

Like a lot of other people a lot of my already purchased songs are missing in my library. My computer was stolen early 2015 and everything I bought before this date has disappeared.  I followed all of the suggestions to restore but without success. The songs were purchased between 2011 and 2014. They have a circle/question mark next to them. I went to my account and I don't have an option to Hide/Unhide.

I can see the purchase history so I know that I paid for them. I searched my computer for m4a files - missing purchased songs aren't anywhere to be found. I deleted the songs on iTunes that bring the matter / the circle next to them and restarted.

I tried following the instructions to redownload files, but all the songs that I paid to have an 'x' next to them and no download cloud icon which means I can't download them again.

I have a Macbook Pro running OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 and spin the latest version of iTunes.

Is anyone able to suggest a solution? Thank you

  • iTunes won't sync all my songs

    Hello

I just got myself a iPhone 7 128 gb phone after having a 5 for 4 years or more. I spent Saturday setting up using iTunes, but I am now find just some of my songs do not play on my iPhone, which I think should be reduced to a problem of sync. Now as a first step, synchronization and implementation of backup process took approximately 8 hours at night. It is perhaps down to my laptop (Windows 10) or the fact that I have over 9,000 songs put out there. I had this problem in the past, but now some of my most listened songs, who previously, I have not had problems with, do not play on the phone.

So, after that sync the first time, I got an error pops up saying that some songs may not be synchronized, so I tried again and again and this number of songs got more smaller and smaller each time, BUT some of the songs never appear on this list and may not always be played on the phone. It's very strange and I can't just make drag the unit. My iTunes has 9415 songs but my camera has only said 8971 (excessive in both cases, I know).

Frustrating is that songs that lack seem to be ones I particularly want to listen for some reason, i.e. those maybe I listened mainly just before moving on to the iPhone 7, but is not limited to these songs. When I click on my device on iTunes and click 'Music', these songs play here either, but appear different songs around them or display errors. Play these songs in iTunes that is normal in the library.

I have updated to iOS 10.0.2 and iTunes is 12.5.1.

I write here before going through the agony of pulling all the songs off the unit and restore.

    Please can someone help?

    Thank you

    Mike

The following steps should help with the erratic behavior of synchronization, including the formidable gray traces with dotted circles. They assume that all the content you want on the device in your lending library for the restoration. If not see recover your iTunes from your iPod or an iOS device first. I would also recommend you copy everything off of the camera, if you have not already.

    1. Backup device.
    2. Restoration as a new device.
    3. Restore the backup that you made earlier.

Use a backup encrypted if you want to keep passwords, wi - fi settings, history and health web data as appropriate.

  • ITunes can add images to mp3 created from vinyl record?

I created on a 1000 mp3 files (320 bps, 441hz) of the vinyl record.  Obviously, I can manually create images of these files individually but will take a while, so I was wondering if iTunes can automatically create.  I tried to select all the images in the library by getting album artwork, but it tells me the following statement just ' get album artwork requires you to connect to the iTunes Store using an identifier to Apple. " Please go to the iTunes Store and log in or create a new Apple ID. "I connected to itunes and he always tells me the same thing. Could someone point me in the right direction?  My files are saved on my mac.  Thank you very much

Yes, you can manually add a picture as the cover to any MP3 song in your iTunes library.  Source of origin has no importance.

The other issue is separate.  In current iTunes, go to the iTunes menu bar, and then click accounts.  The menu drops down.  At the top of the menu, if you are connected currently, your name and your Apple ID are displayed.  Do you see that?

If you are connected (and you see your name and your Apple ID), the menu bar

    File-> library-> Get Album Artwork

You don't need to have whatever it is selected in your library.  iTunes tries to get lack of the album artwork for songs in your library.  iTunes only 'creates' images.  iTunes album art search resource online, based on data from song and download all that is available and adds songs album art.  One (or more) songs will not match available album art.
