You make fun of posting me that you got a response to my concern and question yet I couldn't see any response what that it is displayed on this web page, nor do I found a link to any answer.  You are doing the public a say ' service.  If you are unable to answer my question on the open air, then at least send me an email to * address email is removed from the privacy *.

Please SEND THIS If POSSIBLE to BILL GATES AND ALL OTHER MICROSOFT GURU OR MANAGER WHO CARES REALLY BRING of BILLION OF DOLLARS EXTRA to MICROSOFT OF the STRANGER.  OR AT LEAST SEND TO ANYONE WHO CARES MORE TO THE SUCCESS OF MICROSOFT AND THE FUTURE.
My question to which I have still not got an answer was; If "Windows 7 Ultimate" has a button by which we could change the display language for windows with a single click in the computer. To change this through many steps are not an option for billions of nonEnglish speakers who doesn't understand enough about how to do these steps, so they decide that it is not worth to buy Windows in a foreing language to them, so they use just illegal free or cheep Windows copy from one computer to the other. They prefer windows in English, but only at certain times to have display in English and to be able to go to their native language at will. We want a button click on change of English in any foreign language major, on and before each time that decide us or want to change.
Many steps in trying to change the display language is not an option. I am an English speaker fluent, but I like both French and Spanish. I have XP, but for me it is better to buy the Windows7Ultimate if he proposes a change to the language screen button click in windows. IT IS NOT AT ALL FOR ME TO BUY WINDOWS 7 ULTIMATE IF I Y GO EVERY TIME THROUGH THE PROCESS ENTIRE HEADACHE TO UNINSTALL ALL MY PROGRAMS AND WIDOWS AND INSTALL AGAIN JUST TO HAVE THE DISPLAY OF THE LANGUAGE I WANT AT ANY TIME I WANT.    BILLIONS OF PEOPLE ON EARTH DESIRES TO PASS ENGLISH LANGUAGE MORE THE WORLD AND THEIR OWN LANGUAGE THEY UNDERSTAND BETTER, TO SWITCH YOU AS MANY TIMES AS YOU NEED OR WANT IT, EVERY DAY WHEN DOES.
It is not practical for us, nor possible because we do not have the time to uninstall windows or a 5 times language pack, or 6 or 7 times a day just so that we could switch between English and French or Spanish or Chinese-Mandarin Hindu SEVEN times per day that we might need. WE WANT to SWITCH BETWEEN WINDOWS DISPLAY LANGUAGE ENGLISH AND ALL OTHER MAIN FOREIGN LANGUAGE 100 TIMES a DAY IF WE FEEL WITH THE CLICK OF A button I LOVE and no one should stop us to do, and I mean that WE SHOULD HAVE THAT OPTION of BEING ABLE to DO so, BUT I'M NOT aware THAT WE DO.
SO please LET ME KNOW IF I HAVE the OPTION with the HELP of THE OTHERWISE ULTIMATE de WINDOWS 7 IT does IS NOT INTERESTING for me to buy Windows7Ultimate since Windows XP, it's still as good or better.    About 5 billion people on earth or more do not speak English a lot understand enough - well BUT they would like to (and I will) to switch between the English and their (or my) native language in the display of Windows, several times per day whenever we want.
Have we THAT the OPTION TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE in WINDOWS WITH a SINGLE CLICK of a BUTTON AVAILABLE IN Windows7Ultimate OR NOT?

That's what I need to know, but no one answered my question so far.  Don't give me more than a link to a web page where I could buy or download a language pack that I would have to install and uninstall 10 times a day if I want to change from English to Spanish or the French and return in English and Spanish, and so on 10 times a day.  This process is stupid and a waste of time and it is not difficult, if not impossible for most of us (of the billion of us). WE NEED AND WE WANT TO CHANGE THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE IN WINDOWS WITH A SINGLE CLICK OF A BUTTON AS MANY TIMES WE WANT EVERY DAY.  IF I PAY MICROSOFT A LOT OF MONEY IT SHOULD AT LEAST BE WORTHED.
SO GIVE US WHAT WE WANT. ABOUT 5 BILLION OF US SPEAK NOT ENGLISH FAIRLY WELL, EVEN IF WE WISH TO PASS ENGLISH AND OUR LANGUAGES KINDERGARTEN ON, BEHIND 10 OR 20 OR 100 TIMES A DAY, AS WE CAN HAVE THE NEED OF THE DO.  We cannot simply install and uninstall some language pack 10, 20 or 100 times a day else we will not be able to do anything except waste our valuable time.  SO GIVE US WANT WE WANT.
    PLEASE DO NOT IGNORE US.
PEOPLE IGNORED USES PIRATE WINDOWS WINDOWS TOOK A COPY AND DISSEMINATE OR INSTALLED IN HUNDREEDS OF THOUSANDS OF COMPUTERS. It's in your best interest, not to ignore the poor who are familiar with the English people or foreigners, who believes that if they can't buy the windows with this option (to BE ABLE to SWITCH THE DISPLAY LANGUAGE BETWEEN ENGLISH AND THEIR OWN NATIVE WINDOWS WITH THE click OF A BUTTON AS MANY TIMES as THEY WISH every DAY) , then it is not worth to buy it at all, but not worth it from one computer to the other side even if it is illegal.  This is the case today in most of the countries of the Earth. There are more illegal copies of Windows 98 and 2000 in use abroad as any copy of Windows abroad, for this reason = IT does IS NOT WORTH the MONEY WITHOUT THE SWITCHING "ONE click" of ENGLISH FOR FOREIGNERS AND BACK AND FORTH.
You want to address this problem through the introduction of Windows 7 Ultimate, where you can change the language with the click of a button and worth to have the original of these windows, not you?
-I would like to personally, otherwise I won't be wasting my time of Magor write you about the need to switch Windows language display to be made possible by a click of a button.
IF YOU DON'T CARE ABOUT BILLIONS OF PEOPLE OVERSEAS WITH SUCH NEED AND DESIRE, THEN AT LEAST TO RESPOND TO A FEW HUNDREDS OF MILLIONS OF FANS OF MULTI LINGUIST OR - SPEAKERS MULTILINGUAL; AND DO YOUR MATH BY MULTIPLYING THIS NUMBER WITH $250 BY THE NEW COPY OF WINDOWS SOLD. (IT HAS TO DO WITH BILLIONS OF DOLLARS IN ANNUAL PROFITS). THIS MUST SURELY BE A VERY NICE HIKE IN PROFIT AND IN THE SHARES OF MICROSOFT.  BUT IF YOU WANT TO BE A LOSER OR A SABOTEUR FROM MICROSOFT, THEN GO AHEAD, CONTINUE TO IGNORE THE UNITED STATES AND OUR NEED. MANY OF MY FRIENDS BELIEVES THAT MICROSOFT MINDS AS CLEAR AS THEY ARE, don't ARE STILL NOT BRIGHT ENOUGH to MAKE POSSIBLE TEL NEED AVAILABLE - that is to say: to make possible the switch of the Windows display language from English to another major foreign language with a simple click on a button for us to be able to do is as many times a day as you could want.
I tell my friends that they are wrong and that you can sell these windows.
My second question is: ARE they HAVE RIGHT?  OR AM I RIGHT?   WHATEVER THEY ARE, JUST PLEASE GIVE ME ANSWERS TO MY QUESTIONS AND DID NOT GIVE ME ANSWERS TO QUESTIONS I NEVER ASKED. PLEASE, I BEG YOU.
AND THIS MESSAGE IN ITS ENTIRETY TO BILL GATES (IF POSSIBLE) OR FOR CERTAIN EXECUTIVES OF MICROSOFT RESPONSIBLE AND WISE MAN WHO COULD AND ADDRESSES THESE ISSUES.   IF YOU WANT OUR MONEY OUTSIDE CANADA, PARTICULARLY OUR EUROS, THEN TO GIVE US WHAT WE WANT.
A FRIEND far AWAY WHO JUST SEE WHAT I AM WRITING TO YOU, SAID: "IF THEY are not, THEN THE _ WITH ALL THEIR NEW WINDOWS BECAUSE WE're NOT GOING to BUY EVERYTHING FOR THE NEXT YEARS of 1O if IL VA y BEING MORE UPDATES OF OUR XP is or NOT."
About me... maybe I'll stick with my XP for ten years but I could probably use it for the next seven years UNLESS I could buy a copy of the window earlier that allows the windows display language can be maneuvered with a single click of a button between English and French and in Spanish as many times as I wish every day and will without wasting my time to install and uninstall packages of language or reinstall the windows and all other programs I have installed in my computer again and again.
Well, I hope you could help me with some concrete answers to my questions and good advice about this. IF you do not have available answers to our needs in the "Windows 7 Ultimate" then we should just waith for the next Windows coming after 7 Ultimate WITH the HOPE that you will take care of the major needs in the Windows thereafter, that follows after Windows 7 Ultimate.  Thank you for your time and I'LL WAIT for a RESPONSE FROM YOU.

    Hello danobadiah,

Thanks for posting on the Microsoft answers Forum.

I merged your nine positions in your last message as they treat everyone the same questions. You had your questions answered several different people in order to help answer your question. The answer to your question, "Windows 7" has a button by which we could change with a single click, the display of the windows in the computer language is 'no '. There's not a single button to make such a change in the display language in the way you described. Persons responding gave you the common way to the Windows 7 operating system works by changing from English to another language. We are not the developers in this forum and do not know if your desire to have a one button click on any major foreign language switch from English is a possibility.

This is not the right forum to ask your question on a design change. If you want to offer developers a way to change the Windows 7 operating system, and then publish the Web site so that you can give your comments in future versions of the operating system.

    • What version of Windows XP are you using?

You can change your language pack, but you must run Windows XP Professional to do this.

My Windows Vista Ultimate 64 bit SP1 of traditional Chinese version, has been updated to SP2.

You also backups of ALL the changes that Advanced SystemCare and Cleaner of registry CCleaner have or had ALWAYS made to your computer? [1]

If this is not the case, only a clean install of Windows can solve your problem now IMHO. No, a repair installation [upgrade on-site AKA] do not solve this problem.

  • Change the language of Windows Vista

    Hello!
I recently bought a new laptop which brings Windows Vista Edition Family Premium X 64 in English and I would like to change it to Spanish. For what I get there are 2 options to do this, we use MUI (but I can't because my version of Vista Home Premium) and the other between the LIPS. The problem is that it is not a LIP in Spanish available for Windows Vista. So my question is: are there at - it another option (outside of any reinstall)?

Thank you very much for your help!

    PS: Sorry for my English!

    Change language:

    1. to change your Vista Home Premium English to Spanish, you can buy an English Upgrade Vista Ultimate disk/license.

Then, download the Pack of Spanish language through Windows Update as an option.

Vista Ultimate upgrade must be done in the original language Vista came.

    2. your other Option is to buy a FULL version of Vista Home Premium Spanish and do a clean install.

    See you soon.

  • How to get a new language for Windows Vista Enterprise.

    Greetings,

I have Windows Vista Enterprise x 64, and I want to install the Croatian language. The problem is that I do not have the file it self.

I found the web page of microsoft http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows-vista/How-do-I-get-additional-language-files and there is only one sentence concerning Vista Enterprise: "If you are using Windows Vista Enterprise, contact your system administrator for more information about installing additional languages".

Sense I am my own system administrator and I don't know how to get the file, I ask you to help me find my language.

You communicate anywhere / he who gave you permission to install Vista Enterprise.

  • Cannot add second language in Windows 7 Ultimate

Hi, I tried to add the Russian language as a second language in Windows 7 Ultimate edition. I have followed the instructions, downloaded Russian language now, I can only change between the Russian and English as the main language, but I can't add Russia, there is no way in Windows 7 to make it! The Add option is just not there! However, there has never been a problem since 2000 all the windows had an easy option to add as many languages as you want. !

    Help, please!

  • 8 blocked installation of windows to "you need to add your languages in windows 8.

    Hi all

So I tried to install windows on a computer 8 portable gateway that has windows 7 ultimate. I have a product key for windows 8, but not an installation disc. I used windows on the site Downloader and need the product key but continues to stop at the blue screen "something happened" and it opens Google chrome and going to another blue screen and it says "you need to add your languages in windows 8" on the right is a button 'confirm', but it does not work. " I went into the Panel of control-> system and security-> windows update-> and I've updated all language packs who was there, who took like 3 days. I also clicked on the restore hidden updates and there was nothing there. I can't get past this problem and any help will be appreciated.

    Thank you

    Tim

So I never found on the forums on how to solve this problem, so I contacted Microsoft support online. I told them that I kept getting the message "you need to add languages to Windows 8" and that they have all been added but would not click "confirm". They have tried, and then eventually told me that I have to do a clean install. I have made an installation disc, restarted the laptop and went in the bios and started with the disc. It was a good cause, I had to wipe the old partitions that used space. Installed and it worked. I ended up spending to 8.1 and after downloading I decided to try to get 10 Windows. I couldn't get the icon to show so I googled this problem and found a way to update without the icon. That and now I have Windows 10. The link below is the page I used, and I hope that this helps someone out there. Good luck.

  • How to change the language of windows 8 pro homescreen?

in fact my friend bought a new notebook in which he has installed windows 8 pro assistance from the manufacturer of the laptop service center but its home screen is in hindi (Indian language), he wants change in English but it is not possible, he also tried to sign--> language and the clock settings, but not use. Please help!

    Hi,.

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Community.

I understand the inconvenience caused to your friend and I will definitely help you.

According to the description of the problem, it seems that you have problems with changing the language of the home screen.

    1. press WIN + R to launch the dialog box RUN. Type regedit and press ENTER. It will open the registry editor.

2 now go to the following key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SystemProtectedUserData

3 under "SystemProtectedUserData" key, you will see a key with the name similar to S-1-5-21-x-x-x-x. Under this key, go to:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\SystemProtectedUserData\S-1-5-21-x-x-x-x\AnyoneRead\LocaleInfo

4 key 'LocaleInfo' is that we need to change the format of date and time screen locking. This key contains all the required information has been stored in the INI file in Windows 8 test versions.

5 click the 'LocaleInfo' key and in the right pane, you will see strings such as:

    • Calendar
    • Clock
    • GeographicRegion
    • Language
    • Nomlocale
    • NativeDigits
    • SubstitutionMode
    • TimeFormat

6 we will play with only the following strings:

    • Language
    • Nomlocale
    • TimeFormat

You may need to take ownership of the registry key before you edit it. Please consult this guide to learn how to take ownership of a registry key.

7 first talk time format. If your Windows 8 lock screen shows the time in 24-hour format, the string "TimeFormat" in your base of registry Windows 8 could be defined to hh: mm tt. Change it to hh: mm tt and it'll start showing the time in 12-hour format.

Same principle applies to the 12-hour format. If your Windows 8 lock screen shows the time in 12-hour format, the string "TimeFormat" could be defined to hh: mm tt in your system. Change it to hh: mm tt and it'll start showing the time in 24-hour format.

8 now turn of display language. If you want to display the name of the day and the date in another language on the lock screen, you can change the values of the nomlocale and channels of language to your language code of your choice.

For example, if you want to display information in the Hindi language, change the nomlocale string values and the language on the screen - IN and lock will begin showing the name of the day and date in Hindi language.

You can use any language code such as en-US for English, en - us for German, en - US for the French, ru - RU, Russia, etc.

Here are a few screenshots of Windows 8 lock screen showing the name of the day and date in various languages:

  • "You need to add your languages in Windows 8.

When I tried to upgrade to Windows 8 Pro, he said "you need to add your languages in Windows 8. I have Windows 7 Ultimate. I use a CD disc and that's what I tried, I went on the Start button, typed language, press "install or uninstall display languages" and press on uninstall display languages, there are 3 languages, an English and a Chinese (Simple and tradition), I uninstalled them both and they both have been uninstalled and I checked it again just in case I uninstalled them both back to the program "install or. Uninstall display languages"and there was only English that it is impossible to uninstall, I also tried and downloaded the program Windows Fix It, it did not show anything on the tongue. I press Refresh on the installer of Windows 8, which brings me to this: file:///C:/$WINDOWS.~BT/Sources/Panther/ActionableReport.html, I pressed the confirmed cases and nothing happened, I pulled out and press refresh and it still says

"You need to add your languages in Windows 8.", nothing has worked to help please.

    Hello

Please provide detailed information about your question. I appreciate your efforts to resolve the issue. However, there are a few steps more that we can try to diagnose the root cause.

This problem could be linked to the modification of system files and Windows components.

Since you've already tried to uninstall the language packs for Windows 7, I would suggest trying the following steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the clean boot

Perform the clean boot that helps determine if third-party applications or startup items are causing the problem.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    http://support.Microsoft.com/kb/929135/en-us

Note: See "how to reset the computer to start normally after a boot minimum troubleshooting" to prepare the computer to start as usual after a repair.

If the problem persists, follow method 2

    Method 2: Clean boot material

Unplug all external devices connected to your system (except the keyboard and mouse) and check if it helps.

You can also perform a clean boot material to deactivate devices and check if the problem occurs.

    a. click Start and in the start search type in "Device Manager".

    b. in Device Manager, disable the items of the graphics card, floppy disk, network card, Modem and sound, video & game controllers.

    c. right-click on each of the devices and select disable.

    d. restart the computer in normal mode and perform the upgrade.

Note: After the upgrade to Windows 8, you must activate the devices and update the drivers for Windows 8.

You can also try to uninstall the language packs for Windows 7 and check if you can switch to Windows 8.

You can see the article upgrade to Windows 8.

Windows 7 language packs are available for computers that are running Windows 7 ultimate or Windows 7 Enterprise

Hope the helps of information. Let us know if you need help with Windows related issues. We will be happy to help you.

  • Satellite Pro C660-1JL - how to change the language of Windows 7?

    Hello

I bought Toshiba preinstalled official Windows 7 Professional 64 service Pack 1. And I would like to change the language from German to the Russia.
In accordance with the instructions of the microsoft home page I could not get the result. MUI Pack does not appear when you are looking for Windows updated (some other updates are available only, but not language pack)...

What would you recommend how to fix this?
    Its Satellite Pro C660-1JL

    Hey,.

    > I bought Toshiba preinstalled official Windows 7 Professional 64 service Pack 1
You can change the language on Windows 7 Professional t, this is possible on Windows 7 Enterprise (volume license) and Windows 7 Ultimate edition.

So if you want another language, buy Windows 7 Ultimate or be happy with the current language of Windows 7 Professional. ;)

    Hello

They are cold, you try to pick up the 'business' calling

    It's a scam.

Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.

You are the only person who knows if you gave them remote access.

If you gave them remote access and you do Internet banking, contact your bank, to explain, and change passwords.

If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.

And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.

  • Working language of Windows 7.

Hi all. I am now in Belgium and wish to purchase a TouchSmart all-in-one PC. However, the default language of Windows 7 here is in Dutch. The shopkeeper told me when I started using the computer, I'll give a choice for the installation language. But how can I be sure that as soon as I clicked on English for installation of the operating system will be entirely in English? Thank you for your response.

    Hello

You must buy the English version of Windows 7 first, unless it's Windows 7 Ultimate. Normally, the OS is preinstalled on your machine.

    Kind regards.

  • Change the language of Windows 7

Is it possible to change the language on windows 7 Home premium from German to English.

No, only in Win7 Ultimate and Enterprise.

However, you can add some English-language entry to Win7 Home Premium. See http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows7/Add-or-change-an-input-language ~ Robear Dyer (PA Bear) ~ MS MVP (that is to say, mail, security, Windows & Update Services) since 2002 ~ WARNING: MS MVPs represent or work for Microsoft

  • Missing programs, perhaps a Windows problem

I was working on my computer very well, I've been on the internet for hours without problem (no antivirus warning and I wasn't downloading anything, only normal pages), and I have existing, up-to-date antivirus.

Well, the problem is that most of my installed programs have just "party" and some standard Windows programs are gone too. Programs, I had on my system for years and have used several times without problem simply disappeared as well as programs such as calculator and paint. Well, they are the programs that I realized that I have lost so far. To give you an idea, go to start, programs, and usually 1 columns 3/4 programs are displayed, it is now maybe 2/3 of a column. When you go into program files, there is nothing in the missing programs, it seems that they have been uninstalled.

I have done a complete analysis of the system through Norton Antivirus and came up with nothing. I restarted and then a box come to say a word about "Windows is unable to complete the program installation..." something in this direction, and nothing has come on my desktop except for the desktop, My Documents and trash. I did a restore of the system at the point of older, two weeks ago, and it came up saying: "we cannot complete the system restore, no change has been made."  Arghh!

I'm computer literate and worked a bit in the it helpdesk and I have absolutely no idea. I think since this is a Windows problem that we may have to clean this completely and started from scratch with new windows. I you gave as the screenshots I can, to maybe give you an idea of what is happening. Note on the last note of screenshot that there are a few things has highlighted. I did not do that, then maybe it's the question? This is the "InstallShield Installation information", "Uninstall information", and "windows update". Also, I am happy to install Real VNC if that helps diagnose the problem. Can you please guide me the case, before you go to all this effort?

    Thanks in advance.
