  In this case, it seems to be for your SIM unlock PIN, a four digit number that you have assigned through your SIM card to lock. This isn't the normal security password unlock.

  There may be a program that runs in the tray near the clock in the bottom right that controls the
  device. Some Toshiba models have the keys of the map at the top of the screen (move the mouse all the way to)
  up to see if your model has this feature) which allows control on some devices. Some models
  have (usually indicated on the key cards) shortcut keys that control input devices.

  If nothing else works, try Control Panel - double - mouse and other pointing devices - devices Manager
  Click the device - driver tab - Disable. I would use this as last resort than the other options possible
  allow you to activate and deactivate the device much easier.

  1. from apps, click on 'settings' (NOT Google settings)

  2. click on "Bluetooth."

  3. turn on the keyboard

  4. press together the 'fn' and 'bluetooth icon' key

  5 blue Light will begin flashing (be prepared to write PIN code #)

  6 screen will identify the detected devices, click on the name of HP Tablet option

  7. the screen say 'current twinning', then show you a 6 digit PIN (note)

  8. now, here's the trick, just type the PIN code # using the keyboard case (you will not see it anywhere on the screen)

  9. press the key "Enter" on the keyboard.

  I stumbled upon your post on the laptop and wanted to help you! I looked in your question about your HP Pavilion Notebook and questions with the pin 10 Windows. If you have a Microsoft Account, use that account and password.

  F11 at startup will let you go back. The round trip is a function that will return your computer to the previous operating system that was installed before you upgraded to Windows 10.

  You can do a System Restore. System Restore will help if something is automatically updated and wasn't on the laptop.

  When running a system restore note remove all USB devices. Disconnect all non-essential devices because they can cause problems.
