  I just want to leave some comments about my experience with Alienware computers. I bought my first laptop Alienware almost 5 years ago. I had the model 17 ", but I quickly returned when I discovered it was a button on the side of the keyboard and he forced to type with hands shifted the center of your body when it is sitting on your lap. So basically, for my use, this new laptop is not an upgrade - it's a slope downwards. I get something more recent 5 years who can not out perform something 5 years, with a much smaller screen. Please bring back the model 15 "or propose a model 17" who does not have the remote keyboard for . I'll keep the laptop 14 "that I just bought, but I must admit that I am terribly disappointed by the latter.

  I just bought an Alienware 17 laptop, everything works well except my WIRELESS card. The thing is that I can't connect to a wireless network. I can see a list of Wifi networks but cannot connect to one. I don't know if there is a problem with the settings on my router, but I know that there are several (5-6) devices on the wifi routers and all work without problem. I tested the laptop with a phone Wifi (I turned on tethering), and it connects to the wifi on the phone, no problem.

  I have the card Killer Wifi 1535. I'm sure it's something with the settings of the laptop but I have no idea what.

  I had this problem twice now. I was on my laptop and it should work fine ALL day and then I would stop for the night. When I wake up and try to turn on, it would do nothing for most, but sometimes he would light up for about a second or two and goes off. I always update from the Dell website on the page where I get my serial number under "Drivers and downloads", or through the Device Manager. What is a bad piece of hardware? Software conflict? Please, please help me this end for good.
