    Mr President

my charger does not work and I have to buy a new one. I want to know that the new charger I would buy would be guaranteed even if my warranty period of the laptop? I mean it would be nine warranty? Since I now know laptop Chargers and batteries are not covered by the warranty beyond 1 year, is the new charger would be a guarantee for the next year 1?

The "rest of guarantee of origin" would apply only if you have HP is actually replace under warranty. Most of the sellers of replacement retail cards actually offer a longer warranty generally from 2 to 5 years. HP guarantees the adapters to replace purchased through the store for a year I think.

  • Aspire gel mouse/Touchpad V7 - 482PG when connect power cord (Windows 10)

    Greetings,

I'm having this strange problem in my V7 after upgrade to Windows 10:

When I plug the power cord of the keyboard and the touchpad and mouse gel (I use a Microsoft Bluetooth Mouse and touchpad in my V7 is a Synaptic).

-If I unplug the power cord, all thaws.

-If I plug the cord by moving the cursor, either with the mouse or the keyboard , then they don't freeze and I can work normally.

-Of course if I start the laptop with the power cord already plugged, everything works normally and if I unplug the power cord, there is no freeze.

The problem occurs only when the laptop runs on batteries and I plug in the power cord and the only solution is to move the mouse while plugging in the power cord. It's really annoying.

I installed all the drivers on the Acer support and page also tried several combination of new drivers older drivers etc. This never happened in Windows 8.1.

I don't know what else to try. I hope someone could help with this issue.

    Thank you and best regards,

    Miguel

    Hello

Today computer laptop Chargers can be used for normal electricity (110V to 250V) worldwide. All we need is a small card of similar adaptation the ones we use to travel abroad. Most of the electrical stores, travel agents and airports... sell them.

  • Connected to the do not charge with new battery.

    Hey all,.

My DV4z is about 2 years old now (out of warranty) and my stock battery had to be replaced (the remaining battery icon had a red X through it) but in any case, I bought a new battery and not from HP if you ask, but it is said connected does not support. He did the same thing with the current HP battery. The first thing that comes to mind is that maybe it's the charger? But I have two HP laptop Chargers and I get the same thing with both. I have read other forums on the same question, but im thinking that it has something to do with the AC adapter Microsoft or compatible ACPI control method battery drivers. Anyone else have any idead or the kind even issue and have solutions?

Any help will be greatly appreciated

    Thank you

    Hello!

I bought a HP OMEN for computer laptop 15-ax006no (http://store.hp.com/SwedenStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=X9Z44EA & opt = UUW & salt = NTB) earlier this week and I wonder how is best to use and to keep the battery?

-Should I disconnect the battery when I have access to outlet?

    - Or should I fully charge and then use remove the charger and only work on battery?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hello

Batteries and Chargers for modern laptops are now smarter than we thought. They stop to load when 100% full

    1. Should I disconnect the battery when I have access to outlet? You, the risk is down, you have no backup power supply and it can kill your machine, speciall if she had a normal HARD drive.
    2. Or should I fully charge and then use remove the charger and only work on battery? This isn't a good idea because the battery will run out and you will need to recharge which means increase in cycles and the charge battery will die earlier.

My option: maintain the battery even when plugin

  • Need new charger laptop for my Qosmio G50

I have a Toshiba Qosmio G50 laptop that I bought a few years ago and the charger for it finally konked on me to a bending of the cord and intensive use.
I tried to pick it up to a charger with the same specifications as the one I currently have. I think that the number of product because it is PA3658E-1AC3B and its specifications are as 120W, 6. 3A, 19V, 5.5mm/2.5mm.

I was unable to find a charger with these specs and when I'm looking for other chargers with similar specs and so on, when the lists of compatible laptops come, my laptop is never in the list. Now I'm wondering if it's due to them because the laptop is actually inconsistent or due to the fact that it is rather quite old.

In addition, no one knows what laptop computer charger, I might be able to use or specifications for them. As a charger with these specs would work for my laptop?

  • Compatibility AC adapter on laptops Satellite

    Hello

    Can I use my old adapter Satellite (A200) (PA3290E-3AC3) with my new Satellite (L50 - B - 14 p)?

It seems to fit, voltage and connector are the same (-out + in). The old adapter can provide 6.32 has only an A new 3.42. This probably means that the battery may charge more quickly.

The instruction manual has a slightly different text in Dutch and in English:

    English:
[use the supplied adapter] OR use adapters and battery chargers specified by TOSHIBA...

    Dutch (translated):
[use the supplied adapter] OR use another battery chargers and adapters model approved by TOSHIBA...

It does not say how to find all the cards specified by Toshiba. Although I don't know that Toshiba approved the other model (A200), I don't think that's what they repair to say.

    Kind regards

    Wiebe.

Two notebooks need a power adapter which favour the output voltage of 19V
Output voltage is very important and you must use a 19V AC adapter.

The old adapter can provide 6.32 has only an A new 3.42. This probably means that the battery may charge more quickly.

The current strength (Ampere) (i.e. 3-95A) may be different.
Usually the value of different intensity would not affect the features of laptops, but of course, Ampere low value would affect the loading time of the battery.

Also, it is advisable to use a stronger (higher ampere) AC adapter in the case where the laptop was equipped with high performance hardware parts (CPU / GPU) who needs more power.

  • Laptop has 'charge battery' led flashing with charger connected, but does not turn

I am with the following problem:

    (1) my laptop won't turn. Even when it is connected to the charger. I tested 3 different Chargers work.

  • Laptop battery does not load when the computer is turned on.

    Hello

Yesterday, I was using my laptop when I noticed that the battery was going down. It seemed to be a card problem, because there are two lights on the laptop.

A: light connection light signals that the power cord is connected.

B: light Charge light signals that the battery is charging.

The two lights were turned off.

In my school, we have the same adapters for small Netbook computers. I borrowed one of these Chargers with the consent of the School technicians.

When I plugged in the charger again, my cell phone was off. Light A and B are on. I tried to turn on my computer, but it would not. I unplugged the adapter and the battery and hold the power button for a minute. I plugged my charger, but it won't always turn. I plugged my battery as well and noticed lights B. The battery is being charged. I unplugged the adapter and tried to turn on my laptop. It worked. Fires had been arrested, the battery was in, and it worked.

However, when I plug in the adapter, A light lights and light B does not work. When it connects, the battery symbol changes for charging symbol, but only for a few seconds. He then returned on the normal battery symbol. When it shows the symbol plugged, it is said "plugged in, not charging."

When I stopped or do it in mode 'sleep' - the operating system is not running, the light and B turn on the adapter with the battery connected. When it lights up, the battery has increased significantly in charge.

Can someone help me please? I can't run for more than 2 hours at a time - and it's after 1 hour charge.

Looks like the load Board is bad inside the PC.

  • Laptop 17 HP envy flickering screen? (in fact some troubleshooting)

It flashes when I click on an item or open a folder. Also, he goes crazy when I put on a video.

    Things I've done:

    Updated drivers.

"Hold down the power button / stop" method.

    I have clues:

    1. I remember when I received the laptop, he would always sparkle in exactly the same way when a charger that has been plugged in was too weak (can leave message too low) and change the charger always fixed.

Now I still have the same charger (I have 3 hp and 1 dell Chargers at home that match my laptop) and none of them seem to be "pretty" (x 2 65w 1 x 60w and 120w x 1).

    (2. another funny is that when I uninstalled my drivers Ati Radeon HD5850 completely, there is no flickering, but obviously, I need to have what I use this laptop strictly for the games)

    3. the screen refresh rate is 60 Hz and not possible to change.

    4. There is NO flickering on an external display (tried two televisions, both have a little clicker)

    5. you say that it's a hardware problem, but I actually somehow got to operate the flicker-free earlier this evening and are stayed all night play and it did not cause me any questions. It was working fine.

    6. sometimes the PC freezes (could this be a battery problem? because I currently does not use one as mine are broken and I'm waiting for a new ship)

    7. I recently had 2 blue screens of death. A when installing the ATI drivers and another that I don't remember.

Sorry for the wall of text, I tried to make it easy to read

    Hi wallyson691,

    Welcome to the HP Forums!

I would like to take a moment and thank you for using the forum, it's a great place to find answers. You have the best experience in the HP forum, I would like to draw your attention to the Guide of the Forums HP first time here? Learn how to publish and more.

No need to apologize for the amount of text.  It is always better to have too much information then is not enough.

It is very useful during validation to include your exact model of HP laptop and the operating system you are using.  How can I find my model number or product number?

I noticed that you have a flickering screen problem and you have successfully updated the drivers but it has not fixed the problem.

When you have uninstalled the Ati Radeon HD5850 the problem disappeared.

You had this problem before, and it was linked to the power.  You have tried different adapters but no change.

Have you tried a different outlet?

You did all your Windows updates?

Have you tried HP Support Assistant to help with updates and issues running?

Did you run MS fix to try to solve the problem?

Here is a link to the display quality problemsthat can help.

If you think it may be a conflict in the origin of the problem, you can try using Microsoft System Configuration (Windows 7) to find out what is the cause.

I would like to start a test of material just to rule out this possibility.  Test of hardware failures (Windows 7, Vista)

You could try a restore to where he worked, using Microsoft System Restore (Windows 7)

You can try to install the original driver to see if it helps. Using the Recovery Manager to restore the software and drivers (Windows 7)

You can consider to recover to factory.

Performing a recovery of system HP (Windows 7)

During the recovery process, you will receive a prompt to back up personal files to avoid loss.

Restore files that have been supported to the top using HP Recovery Manager (Windows 7)

    I hope this helps.
