  He already has a video chip (card). As mentioned above, no way you can add an external video card in your machine. In fact, there is a way that requires the following steps:

  buy a new motherboard that supports an external video card.

  (b) buy a new video card,

  (c) buy a new cooling system,

  (d) you may need new power supply (charger)

  And at the end of the day, your machine may NOT work as you dream and the total cost would be more than the price of a new, better computer.

  This is a question which would probably respond by HP support, because it isn't really a Windows problem.

  Are you sure that the touchpad is not just turned off? Many laptops have switches, power switch, so you can rest your palm while typing one is not worry by pressing the key.

  Sometimes, there is a button above the key, a key on the Ko, or some have a stain on the pavement you waiting/tap/double tap/etc. to toggle the pad.

  If not, you could try to go on the site of HP and DOWNLOAD/reinstall assistance the SW for the touch pad.

  Did you of recent changes made to your computer?

  We will reinstall the internal keyboard drivers and check.
  
  a. click Start, type Control Panel in the search box, press enter, click System, click Device Manager, click on keyboard.
  b. you should find the internal keyboard part as well as any external keyboard used.
  c. right-click on the keyboard integrated in the list, click on uninstall.
  d. unplug the external keyboard.
  e. restart the computer and check if the keyboard internal works.

  Since the external USB keyboard works, if drivers did not fix the internal keyboard problem, I suggest you to contact the manufacturer to check if there is a hardware problem.

  I tried to get 10 Windows on my 4540 s Probook and it downloads very well.  Then, it checks the software on the computer and find a program that is not compatible and says that I have to uninstall it will continue.  I uninstall it but want to be sure I'm noy going to cause more problems in doing this.  The program he doesn't like is the tools of HP software, it includes scanning biometric and other.  It would be prudent to uninstall these or should I wait to see if there is a work around for this problem.

  There is no solution other than to remove it as suggests, that the software is not compatible with W10 and never will be.

I have install hp diagonistic UEFI & then then when I reboot, this problem started. I cheak my hdd & memory. But it's work clearly. I also put a new hard drive & now I install windows on it. It works normally so far. I already update my bios F60. My specs are: Professional Windows 7 64, CPU Intel core i5, 4 GB ram, HDD 1 TB of toshiba, Intel HD Graphics 4000.

  I am successful to solve this problem. I just reset the cmos & reinstall windows.

  I just bought the HP ProBook 11 EE G1 Notebook PC ProBook for my son to do his online school stuff, but the screen went from side ways to the key board which makes it unusable unless I want to her neck to have to tilt the head to see what on the screen!
