  Not because of the number of pixels, in this photo and the chosen level of quality there is no possible way to create a JPG file to the size of file you requested. You must change your export settings.

  Show us a copy of the export dialog box, so we can see clearly the part file setting and the size of the Image.

  Also indicate the number of this image (width and height) pixels after cropping (as appropriate) and prior to export.

  Maybe there are some conflicts between modules installed in browser. How about you, the security settings of the firewall or antivirus? Check if temporal deactivation could improve navigation on the internet?

  If you think that the problem comes from the HARD drive, I would recommend you replace it with an SSD. I did it in my book even if the HARD drive was OK. I replaced the HARD drive with an SSD and the improvement of the performance is really great!

  By the way: I now use the HARD drive as external 2.5 USB enclosure HARD disk. It's quite good for backups and other stuff.

  Just to make the clear solution for future reference:

  Go to Event Viewer (open Manager jobs by Ctrl + Alt + Delete, click on 'file'-> 'break-in' type "eventvwr.msc" for Event Viewer) to see what type of program is made a mistake in addition to Windows Explorer (2 errors showed on every restart Windows Explorer).   1. ensure that the problems causing program is up-to-date, otherwise, update.

  2 Uninstall (go to the Manager of task-> type 'file'-> 'run' in "appwiz.cpl" for Add/Remove Programs)

  3. If #2 working, reinstall it and see if the problem is still present. If this is the case, uninstall and keep it uninstalled.

  My problem was caused by RealPlayer and went away once I uninstalled it. My realplayer has been updated and reinstall the back problem, so bye bye realplayer.

  When I try to create a portfolio of 'My Documents' explorer.exe crashes. He bagan when the Briefcase is not responding because Data Execution Prevention stopped the process. Then begins the Explorer window crashes. The application error message is that it generated an exception c0000005 at address 7E4DB9AA2(,nosymbols>).   Windows XP service Pack 3

  If you have SP3 installed, you also installed KB938828.

  You can read here all the things that are included when you install SP3 (including this update), so you shouldn't have to install again.

  If you get the DEP errors, I suspect a third party extension of the Explorer.  If someone offers you make an exception to DEP for Explorer, this is the wrong idea.

  DEP errors occur when XP shuts down an application because she feels threatened by the latter.  XP should never feel threatened by his own substance - like Windows Explorer or Internet Explorer.  If XP gives you an error DEP of one of these applications, something is wrong with them and the best thing to do is to understand what the problem is and fix it (or I guess you can just start to try things and maybe get lucky).

  Also, we are not a 'thing' on your system, what makes blind troubleshooting especially a roll of the dice.

  But, let's see how you go with this idea of clean boot and optimization of the Microsoft Support Engineer and you can check if this may help.
