Large Format HP Officejet 7500 a - black ink print colors. Colors don't print correctly.
HP Officejet 7500 a large Format
Mac OS x Lion
MacBook Pro 13 "
Printing files PDF and various programs.
- Printer prints random colors instead of Grayscale / black.
- Using a lot of color ink and not a lot of black.
- Have run head clean process repeatedly, problem fixes for a few prints then the problem comes back to halfway through a new course.
- Try to use grayscale / black for the most part.
This happened to me... Printed from a PDF document was gray and pink text and vector images. So, I need to print in color, not gray. less advanced in the print dialog box, I selected preserve primary CMYK and gray gray as K - only treat and preserve black. All three must be selected.
I hope this helps!

I have a printer of e-all-in-one large Format HP Officejet 7500 a - product E910a No.: C9309A serial no: [personal information deleted]
I need to replace the print head.
I found this on HP page http://support.hp.com/us-en/document/c02271166 they said it use the CN643A
On a support HP cat, what they said use CN642A.
On another page of HP, they said use CH638A.
The CN642A is now 5 HP564 ink cartridges, but still the HP web page said that it will work in my HP Officejet 7500 a large format using the HP920 cartridge.
I found other heads of printing on the web article CD868-30001 model number and on the web page of HP were unable to match the part number for a list of available models.
Now my big question including the number of pieces to the correct print to my printer head?
I offer my apologies. It should have been if your printer uses 4 ink cartridges, type CN643A
Please click HERE to access the document to see what print head fits into your printer.
Check under Solution 4: replace the print head.
My all-in-one large format Officejet 7500 a has a broken belt print head. There are also problems scanning that I decided to replace rather than repair it. I live in a small town where there is no recycling options. I'm looking for a way to get rid of the all-in-one former official. Make a donation to repair/rehabilitation, a free recycling center, etc..
Had to do a little research but found this.
This is not a program I know nothing other than what I read on the page. Looks like it is for the United States.
Error messages "Call to driverpackageInstall returned error 5"C:\program file\HP\HP officejet 7500 E910\Driver Store\pipeline\hpvp log.inf"package: a caller of driverpackageisntall must be a member of the Administrators group to install a driver package.» (My Windows 7 Ultimate 64 bit operating system). Thank you very much for the help.

A few days ago the printer starts printing wrong colors, using only the magenta. So I removed all cartridges and I reinstalled it. Now the printer gives me only white papers!
I try to use another PC (windows 8.1, too) and the printer works well!
So I try to reinstall the drivers, but nothing.
I have risolved! The problem is in the kind of paper! I put paper in tray selection/media, ordinary and if it works!
In our officejet 7000 E809 black ink is not printing. You are looking for here we are not alone: http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Ink-Toner-Cartridge-Printhead/Black-Won-t-Print-HP-OfficeJet-7000-E809a... We have replaced the cartridge. How can this be repaired?
In fact, don't you worry. I figured out how to clean the print head. And fixed it. Thank you.
My Officejet 7500 E910 won't print black. I changed the cartridge HP, turned the printer market, printed a unique emblem of color, and my black printed pages are still blank.
Here is a document that I found, don't know if you've tried all these steps:
"I have a HP Officejet 6500 E709 - black ink does not print." I have replaced the ink cartridge... clean the print heads and contacts... and nothing seems to work. All other colours print fine. HELP ME PLEASE.
Before you buy a new set of PHA, you could try following the instructions on this post for a more aggressive cleaning Interior http://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/Other-Printing-Questions/Photosmart-Premium-c309a-Black-prints-out-green-on-photo-paper/m-p/449245/highlight/true#M28673
Try this first and post back to tell how you got.
A few days ago, I noticed that my 5510 photosmart printer was printing not anything in grayscale. The printer was only print a blank page. Given that the black cartridge was running low I deciced to replace the cartridge with a new cartridge HP XL Black real. This doesn't seem to work so I replaced the cyan, magenta and yellow cartridges as well because they were weak. Once again this seems not the problem with the black ink print do not. I tried UN plugging in the printer, restore the factory settings, the ink head cleaning (as well as manually clean the black ink head), uninstall and reinstall the printer on my computer software and ensuring that each cartridge is properly ventilated properly. I tried to print a color document printed fine, but he left what was supposed to be black on the page.
I decided to investigate the inside of the printer, a little further with a flashlight while it was unplugged. Everything seemed fine until I have move the carriage of ink to the left and noticed that when the transport of ink is normally found on the far right, was full of black ink. Splashes of black ink are found all over the structure of the printer. The padding that is located inside the base of the printer is dipped in black ink as well. I don't know if this is normal or if this is the reason why black ink is not printing correctly, but I have pictures if anyone is interested in seeing.
The possibility of replacing the printer bothers me a lot because I just bought yesterday only $90 of the ink.
I will private message you on that.
I have a yellow cartridge empty but want to print in black ink only 90% satisfied with my printing needs.
The manual here says 32-33 pages that the printer will print black if there is enough color ink in the print head, but once the ink has run out completely the cartrdige will need to be replaced.
HP and other printer manufacturers have technology another printer for different needs. For ink jet printers:
- Some have integrated into the ink cartridges print heads. These printers can print generally with one or more of the colors completely empty, or even with color or black cartridges (but not both) removed. Deskjet 6980 series is an example, or for an all-in-one, check the Deskjet 2540.
- Other printers have separate replaceable printheads and inks. An example would be the printer Officejet 6100. In these printers print head can be replaced if they are damaged by running the printhead with colors off. Some of these printers allow printing with a color, the other will not. If the printer is run without ink in one or several colours, the printer may be damaged, but the user may be able to recover without having to send to the printer for the service.
- Other printers have permanent print heads. To run only those without little ink in all colours would risk causing damage to the print head because of clogs, air ingested in the printhead or grilled printhead resistances of shooting. The Officejet 6700 is an example of this type of printer. For printers with fixed print heads that could require the service to get the printer to print properly again when the ink is finally replaced.
The document described here how the ink is used. While the document is written for inkjet printers HP the same principles apply to the other manufacturers.print but especially black color inkjet printers printer IPH as those in the first category above can be a good choice.
I want the printer to black ink only as a default value, project, to make it cheaper to print things unimportant!
My 5180 Photosmart all-in-one offers a menu of easyunderstanding to fix.
Everyone knows the secret :-)?

Have a great day!
I have an Officejet 8500 a e-all-in-one, which was a little finiky when it print black ink. It prints well in the morning and for most of the day, but sometimes late in the afternoon, it will print progressively less black ink until it stops completely. When he is left alone during the night, it will start printing without any problems again in the morning. The amount that we will print does not seem to have an effect. It will do the days where we printed almost anything just as often we are printing constantly throughout the day.
There is a laptop connected via the USB port and two other people who connect via radio. A computer has 10 64 - bit Windows, Windows 64 - bit to 8.1, the last is a macbook. Printing problems are are produced through two connections.
There is no problems with the ink cartridges, they are brand new and in Full ink levels report.
The printer has aligned the printheads several times with success.
I ran to the printhead cleaning several times and it had no effect.
I took the print heads and cleaned the contacts on the back and in the machine.
There has been no error on machines or computers.
At this point I'm not sure if it's a matter of ink clogged or if it is somehow overheating.
If the steps described in the guide I provided did not resolve your problem, I would certainly consider replace the printhead (s), or the upgrade of the printer. I have an Officejet Pro 8500 a printer. When I print documents, it will not print anything in black ink. The colors work very well, but just black will not print. The printer says that the black ink cartridge has plenty of ink, and when I shake it, I can say that there is something in there. So, I don't think it's a question of black ink out. Is there a chance that something is blocking the ink out? Any patches for this in addition to the purchase of a new ink cartridge?
Document here can help solve the black is not printing on your HP Officejet Pro 8500 has.
I have a HP Officejet 4620 ink empty simply stop working. I went through all the downloads, troubleshooting and called customer service. Told me the reason why my black ink wouldn't print was because I haven't used my printer enough, even if the day before it stop working, it works great. I was told that I have would switch to a new printer for the low price of $140 with a 3 year warranty. I've had my printer for 2 years and spent more than $120 for it. I think that spending that much on a printer, it would last 2 years? Maybe it's the lifecycle of HP printers? Im very disappointed with HP on this issue. I was told someone else contacted me and have not heard of anyone yet.
I just got a phone call from HP and they told me they would me shipping a printer reconditioned to replace mine. I hope it works, thanks for the help
I have an Officejet Pro 8500 a. I've done a clean print head. I have a lot of HP black ink cartridges. Print head State says black is good. I get hardly any black printing. All the colors are fine. Help!
