LaserJet Pro M125nw MFP: webservices - error 'connection '.

I'm having a lot of problems trying to start printing. Im trying to print from my new acer Chromebook to my new also Laserjet Pro MFP M125nw. bought together, the sales guy told me that it should work...

I plugged the printer into my own network (configuration page shows)

I've added on the cloud of google (shown in the list of printers)

I've added a ([email protected]) own e-mail adres

When I'm connecting to the IP address of the printer and try to accept (turn on) the Web services page, I get the error: Connectionerror, check to the Internet.

I tried to connect with a cable on my router, then its very simple and everything works.

I hope you guys can help out me!

    My printer HP laserjet mfp m125nw installation pro is constaintly default. It is 99% (very slow) and ends with a "fatal error". The message is (in Dutch) "of uitvoering van installatiebewerking of easy lang said. you is a fatal care Kon het product niet kan worden used. Start computer opnieuw op... "etc".

    (I'm using the latest version of the driver / full solution: "LJPro_MFP_M125-126_full_solution_15188")

    When you check the logs, I get:

    [23:00:08.2878 2016-05-14] - error - ThreadTimeOut: USBConnectEngine.AbortThreadOnTimeout)
    [23:02:03.4636 2016-05-14] - Info - InstallStatus = FinishedFailError

    Please provide suggestions as how to solve this problem.

    I tried the steps you suggested. However, I was unable to find a node «HP Universal printing...» "in the device manager (I've expanded all nodes).

    And Yes, I'm logged on as administrator.

    Because newspapers suggest that it was a usb problem, I plugged the scanner via wireless network. This solved the installation problem and I can reuse my hp for printing and scanning (via radio).

    I connect to the portal of the printer by using its IP address and go to the tab Web of HP Services. When you click on the button Activate I randomly through the following behaviors:

    -"Connecting...". "forever (really, forever)

    -Message "information will be printed a document" and he never gets printed

    -Connection (without other information) error!

    If I use the special button in the pannel for my printer to get the address of electronic mail of course a progress bar keeps here forever...

    I tried the manual IP settings, DHCP settings, wireless and wired connections. Reset the router, printer, as many times as my patient can tolerate.

    I'm really sorry to say this, but I'm furious and I think that such a buggy feature should not be released. I can't believe that such a bad product has reached the market. Very disappointed.

    Welcome to the Forums of HP's Support. I understand that you have a problem with the activation of the Web Services.

    After reading what you have tried, I noticed that you did not mention setting a manual DNS. Try to set the manual DNS and see if it helps.

    Primary DNS address: 209.244.0.3

    Secondary DNS address: 209.244.0.4

    From my experience, this address works best with LaserJet.

    The problem I posted in may, and who cleverly solved Gemini02 is now back.

    All was well with the impression of my two laptops Windows 7 (one Pro, the other on Ultimate) but on both over the last two days update to Windows Pro 10 then BAM! The symptoms are exactly as before:

    1 WordPerfect X 7 (latest version) and QuatroPro X 7 prints a document that contains a picture (clip art, say), but not if it contains a typescript.

    2 Excel 2010 in the same way, but Word 2010 won't print anything. Neither will WordPad.

    3 notepad prints text!

    4 lotus 1-2-3 release 9 and Lotus WordPro print a picture but no text.

    5 acrobat Reader print any .pdf document.

    6. the scanner works very well and the fact of a Canon inkjet printing. Both printers are on a Wi - Fi connection.

    The solution proposed by Gemini02 was set to "Never notify" user account control and it has worked well up to 10 windows...

    Does anyone have another solution? My guess is that it is integrated somewhere in security related to different methods of transmission of different programs and types of documents.

    Good news! The problem has been resolved by a very bright, patient and polite technician to Istanbul from HP.

    The solution was simple: set security in the folder temp for my user name 'total control '. The smallest things to solve the most important problems...

    Can't scan multiple pages at a time. No matter if I 'create a separate file for each scanned page' checked or not.

    I want to help you be able to scan more then one page at a time.

    After selecting the Scan button, you should have an option in the lower left corner of the window to select Add/remove pages.

    Here is a picture.

    You will want to check the 'create a separate file for each scanned page' in the Advanced section to scan a multi-page document in a file.

    I have a problem with my printer. Two months ago, I got installed this printer without any problems. Today, after reinstalling my system I can't do. When I start the installer, everything goes fine until the files are copied. 20% of instalation everytime I get "Critical error" message - no explanation, no error number, nothing - only sentence 'critical error '. I tried to install the printer through the USB cable and WiFi. The printer works, I have 2 other PCs in my local network and there is no problem.

    I tried all the unique solutions on the official HP - no result.

    My PC has Windows XP SP3 32-bit installed.

    Any ideas?

    No standard laser printer offers the true capacity of edge to edge - this is to avoid contamination of and/or damage to the appliance.

    Most laser printers have unprintable margins of about 4 mm.

    Some printers offer a capacity of pseudo-EdgeToEdge, which reduces this margin to about 2 mm, but with no guarantee of the quality even with this reduced margin.

    Basically, I bought that Super-imprimante and I now trying to scan to my mobile devices.

    I have an iPad 2 iOS 7 on 2 Android devices (small tablet and phone) both running Kitkat 4.4.2

    -From my iPad, the app AiO says that my printer is not compatible with the application!

    -From my 2 Android devices, the application of all-in-one remote works perfectly, except the scan function as nothing happens (well, when pressing the button 'Preview' or 'Analysis' in the Scan section, I see a button 'Cancel' for 0.1 second and I'm back to this section of the analysis)

    Could someone help please?

    The printer is returned to the seller.

    According to French support, the product page is fake, so I was waisting my time.

    I have a LaserJet Pro M1530 MFP. Recently, we had developed errors pulling the paper into the automatic document feeder. It was injury but now unable to feed all documents without error of jam & constant. I followed the cleaning instructions.

    error message... "Document Feeder mispick. Reload, then press [OK] to continue.

    I guess I need to replace the ADF file. Can I do it myself or should I pay for support (currently out of warranty)

    I'm afraid that this is not something that you can fix it if it is off. If the steps outlined in the document below did not help, then the best thing to do is to contact HP support to see if they can fix it and how much it would cost.
