Late in the movie running in the UI file

Hello

I have a TestStand sequence file that calls more than 60 different LabVIEW modules from the LabVIEW 2 project files (relative path method has been used to call modules). If I run this TestStand sequence file, TestSTand takes less than 5 seconds to load and start the steps, but if the same seq of LabVIEW user interface file to run its takes more than 2 minutes.

What could be the reason?

More information:

TS version: 4.5.0.310

LabVIEW: 2010

In the interface user run button has been linked to "CommandKind_ExecutionEntryPoints_Set" with set-point 2 (Run DUT)

Environment: development

Thank you

AP

It is a known issue that occurs when both the user interface and code modules are run with the same LabVIEW runtime engine, both are running in the LabVIEW development environment or user interface is running in the development environment and the screws are running in the same version as used development environment LabVIEW runtime engine. There are a few things you can do that should help you.

(1) If you create your user interface in an exe file so that it uses the LabVIEW run-time engine and your code modules, use the LabVIEW development environment then this problem should disappear and you should see similar to the TestStand sequence editor speeds. In this case, the user interface and the code module screws are run in separate processes.

(2) TestStand 2010 sp1 somewhat alleviates this problem for the case where you load the same time of mutiple of screws by caching information needed for labview rather than acquire them again for each step that uses the VI. This will make a significant difference only if you have a number of hitting the steps the same screws.

Hope this helps,

-Doug

Here is a good article on the type of file: http://www.sharpened.net/helpcenter/file_extension.php?qtch

    An excerpt from this article:

"Cache of an audio or video file to QuickTime downloaded or broadcast on the Internet; If the file has been created by QuickTime 6.5 or earlier, you can open it in QuickTime Player by changing the file extension to match the original file (for example . • Windows Live Mail - starts OK on initialize to top every day but disappears later in the day.

Running Windows Vista Home (Service Pack 2).  Using Windows Live Mail.

Normal daily start up, once online I have no problem running Live Mail.  I check for emails, and once completed, I normally have to close the program.  Later in the day, when I want to check for other emails, even once is not a problem.

However and on a random basis, there comes a time when I try to load Live Mail but it does not load.  Initially, the hourglass turns on and the light disc shows some activity, but Live Mail starts it.

If I do a Ctrl + Alt + Delete to check what programs are running, it shows Live Mail.

The only resolution I've found is to re - start the PC.  The model then rehearsals sometimes, but not always.

    Clues or fixes out there?

The next time you check the status in the Task Manager, when you find Windows Live Mail click the switch button to see if that move you to the program and he opened for you.

If it does not, in the Task Manager and then click Windows Live Mail and click on end task this is confirmed.  Once he is gone (give it some time), open another window, and then try to connect again.  It cannot solve the problem, but it's better than the re-start (if it works).

I would like to know if one of these workarounds help solutions.

If not, please transfer your question in Forum Windows Live Mail to: http://www.microsoft.com/communities/newsgroups/en-us/default.aspx?dg=microsoft.public.windows.live.mail.desktop where experts in this program will be happy to help you.

  • in OUTLOOK EXPRESS, I can move me is more Inbox files to remove the box. Why?

As indicated in the title.  This started after I had moved it, maybe 1000 email, delete.  I've since removed the deleted and the problem persists.  Most forms of delete not only react.  When I drag the file to delete, I have a popup saying basically, ' year error has occurred ", computer is currently low, but everything seems to work - including in and e-mail.   Thank you

Deleted items is probably damaged. On the off chance that you want messages to be saved in deleted items, (a garbage can), move them to a local folder, you create and then follow these steps.

Tools | Options | Maintenance | Store folder will reveal the location of your Outlook Express files. Note the location and navigate on it in Explorer Windows or, copy and paste in start | Run.

In Windows XP, the files of user OE (DBX and WAB) are by default marked as hidden. To view these files in Windows Explorer, you must enable Show hidden files and folders under start | Control Panel | Folder Options icon | Opinion, or in Windows Explorer. Tools | Folder options | View.

With OE closed, find the DBX file for deleted items and delete it.  Another will be created automatically when you open OE.

    General precautions for Outlook Express:

Do not archive mail in the receipt or sent items box. Create your own user-defined folders and move messages you want to put in them. Empty the deleted items folder daily. Although the dbx files have a theoretical capacity of 2 GB, I recommend all a 300 MB max for less risk of corruption.

Information on the maximum size of the .dbx files that are used by Outlook Express:
    http://support.Microsoft.com/?kbid=903095

After you're done, followed by compacting your folders manually while working * off * and do it often.

Click Outlook Express at the top of the the folder tree so no folders are open. Then: File | Work offline (or double-click on work online in the status bar). File | Folder | Compact all folders. Don't touch anything until the compacting is completed.

Disable analysis in your e-mail anti-virus program. It is a redundant layer of protection that devours the processors and causes a multitude of problems such as time-outs and account setting changes. Your up-to-date A / V program will continue to protect you sufficiently. For more information, see:

  • Windows Movie Maker does not show the extire file

original title: VOB's with Windows Movie Maker and Windows Media Player.

Ok.  I have a DVD that was made of a VHS tape.  There are several VOB files only when you open with Windows Media Player are still drop and are less than an hour long.  I want to take out of hours of video clips and post them to YouTube.  I used WIndows Movie Maker to edit my videos.  When I opened one of the videos with WMM, it will display only 14:41 the vidoes and not all of it.  I've seen the proposed changes to the MPG or WMV file extension.  I made a copy of one of the VOB files and renamed the extension to MPG.  Now when I play this copy of this file, as it is now is only 14:41.  He did the same thing when I tried to change WMV.  I need to know how to get the entire file appears in Movie Maker.  I tried to use Any Video Converter but it will show up only there as a 14:41 file as well.  I copied all the files on the DVD also.  There are two of them. BUP and two. It is of the IFO files.  Here are the videos from a friend of mine who was a boxer.  He passed away this summer and I want to download these videos in tribute to him.  Any help would be great.  Thank you.

Thanks for the info.  I was think there later that day and I was wondering why when I play all the VOB's to he it's all the same hour on video.  So I opened the first with Movie Maker and added then the following for her, there were five in total.  After you have added all the he composed the entire hour long video.  All I had to do is then save it and now it is in WMV format so now I can modify it.  Thanks for your good help.

    Hello

Run the working WSReset.exe - Win8.1 update being downloaded.

  • run the Idoc function in the data file returned by the service of GET_FILE

    Hello

I'm new to this forum, so thank you in advance for any help and forgive me of any error with the post.

I'm trying to force the execution of a custom Idoc function in a data file Complutense University of MADRID, when this data file is requested from the University Complutense of MADRID through service GET_FILE.

The custom Idoc function is implemented as a filter of the computeFunction type. One of the datafile has appealed to my custom Idoc function:
    * < name wcm:element = "MainText" > [! - $myIdocFunction ()-] < / wcm:element > *.

The data file is then downloaded with CRMI via service GET_FILE, but the Idoc function is not called.

I tried to implement another filter Idoc type sendDataForServerResponse or sendDataForServerResponseBytes, that store objects cached responseString and responseBytes, personalized in order to look for any call to my function in the response object Idoc, eventually run the Idoc function and replace the output of the Idoc in the response. But this kind of filter will never run.

The Idoc function myIdocFunction is executed correctly when I use WCM_PLACEHOLDER service to get a RegionTemplate (file .hcsp) associated with the data file. In this case, the fact RegionTemplate refers to the element of "MainText" data file with <!-$wcmElement ("MainText")->. But I need to make it work also with service GET_FILE.

    I use version 11.1.1.3.0 UCM.

    Any suggestion?
    Thank you very much

    Hello

Thank you very much for your help and sorry for this late reply.

Your trick to activate the complete detailed follow-up was helpful, because I found out I could somehow use the filter prepareForFileResponse for my purpose and I could also have related to the implementation of the native filter pdfwatermark. PdfwFileFilter .

I managed to set up a filter whose purpose is to force the Idoc assessment of a predefined list of functions Idoc on the output returned by the service GET_FILE. Then I paste the code I have written, in which case it may be useful for other people. In any case, know that this filter can cause performance problems, which must be considered carefully in your own use cases.

First set the filter in the set of filters in file .hda from your device:

1 put the tablespace contains the data offline files, copy the data index files to the new location, and then change the database rename ' old/file/name/location of the file' to 'new/file/name/locatio. put storage space online. Completed successfully, remove the file data from the old location.

    2. in the hope that these two data files belongs to 1 tablespace and tablespace that contains only the index, you can create a tablespace with its data on the new mountpoint file again, then rebuild the index of aid (dynamic script)

    change owner.index_name tablespace new_tbs_name n parallel reconstruction;

Once all the indexes have been moved to the new tablespace you can drop the previous old tablespace.

    I would prefer 1.

  • How can I move the iTunes file that keeps track of plays on a new hard drive

I added an SSD for my MacBookPro and use it as a boot drive. I finally understood how to get the entire library of music to play without moving all the music for the SSD (not enough of space for everything), but I have lost all my game account.

There must be a file that lists all these information. Where could I find it? I tried to export the library but the iTunes on the new disc he did not recognize.

Thanks for any help you can provide.

    10.11.6, iTunes 12.3.4.1

The file is the iTunes Library.itl file. This file guard track of everything in iTunes. And I mean everything. What kind of music you have, what has been deleted, playlists, play counts, ratings, date added, files, but a group which is not a lot of information duplicated in the tags attached to the media.

It is quite difficult to judge where exactly you are in this process because you don't have not said us what you did exactly. It's easy to make a mess of a library in doing things without knowing exactly how iTunes really works rather than how we think it works. You can try to copy this file .itl on the original to the new one and maybe drive he always knows that the media files are the original disk, but I'm not positive.

Just to let you know, using a library distributed in this way can lead to complications on the road and requires that begin you now learn the details of the operation of iTunes if you can avoid the problems.

On the iTunes library files - https://support.apple.com/HT201610 - does not mention that a complete library of work also includes other files and also files in the iTunes folder.

  • How to open or convert the .avi file on old mac running OS.10.6.8?

How to open or convert the .avi file on the old mac running OS.10.6.8.  We tried downloading several conversion programs as well as programs that run .avi, but everyone's message could not be opened on the mac or require a fee.  Anyone able to fix it.  We have great audio video file we need to convert.

Try to use MPEG Streamclip; You can be told to install Perian or another component, or who does not open the AVI file. AVI is a container, not a format; no single component or codec will open all reviews, and some cannot be played or converted in Mac OS X.
