  The behavior of LR, create and save a TIFF file is automatically used when LR and ACR do not run a version of equal.   The address book is a file with an extension of wab file.  Search for *.wab and then you can click on it to open it.  You can then go to file | Export | Address book, then save it as a csv file.  To import into Hotmail, as in this case: www.windowslivehelp.com because it is where are the experts of Hotmail.
