  Ah, the dreaded Hebrew Beta firmware.  This version can be improved, but the names of the firmware files must be modified temporarily, only once, in order to remove this version.

  The Hebrew version is a really cool thing, the sansa Lil' Monsta, in the start screen.  Many users have complained about feature with early firmware; If you want to upgrade, you can use either '18' version or '24', because both have a loyal clientele.  (The main difference between the two is to behavior when it is docked.)

  I can search the names of required firmware, I will post it as soon as I had the chance...

  EDIT: I feel froggy, found for you.  Download both the firmware files and decompress the.  Rename the files as follows:

  Rename pp5022.mi4 in firmware.mi4

  Rename BL_SD_boardSupportSD.rom in pribootLoader.rom

   

  Please note that these names are case-sensitive.  Be sure to name the files exactly as they appear here, look for the ceilings and the smalls.

  I just upgraded my latest e280 v2 to the new firmware and wish I didn't - is it possible to come back?  (I tried a search in the forum first, with inconclusive results.)

  Hey there, the latest publicly available of these switches firmware is 6.1.2 who has a serious locking problem, I use in two of my 3024. You got a new beta, 6.1.5, remedy that. The only way to do is to contact the dell/mods forum. So I ask desperately someone send me this firmware! Thank you very much!  I'm about to throw these switches in the trash due to frustration, but 6.1.5 totally corrects this problem of random blocking so I'd like to go this route instead!

• RV110W port forwarding issue and firmware 1.1.0.9

  I saw a reference to the date of issue for firmware 1.1.0.9 (I think it was the number) for the RV110W but if I navigate on the firmware download page I only see 1.0.1.6 available for download.  Is it available somewhere or I I confused and saw a reference to something else?

  I have a RV110W installed on a customer site that must be restarted about once a week because it stops, allowing incoming access to mapped ports.  For example, it stops transfer of connections on Port 25 for the e-mail server of the customer.  I thought for a while there was a problem with the mail server software, but after the elimination of other issues likely days, I rebooted the router and everything was fine.  Now the problem recurrs about once a week and reboot the router always fixed (it's week 3).  Shipping to ports 80, 443 and several others also stop working.

  I was hoping that this has been fixed in a firmware fix, but maybe someone has seen this problem?

  This version of the firmware will not work with earlier versions of the language pack.  When you upgrade to the 1.1.0.9 firmware version, it is recommended that you check the option "Reset to factory default.

• Is this Airport Extreme or cable provider?

  I have an IMAC (latest updates installed), an Airport Extreme (firmware updated this week) and use our local cable provider.  Suddenly lost all internet including wifi access.  Cable called - I was told it was an ipv4 vs ipv6 problem because of the Apple; has got the job of system - and then down the next day.  This happens every day; again picked up modem and installed.  Same question - every day, it works fine for a while, then the drops - no internet or wifi. must restart the modem and reset Airport. Apple called twice.  First call - no correction.  Called cable - a disconnect me the airport.  Internet worked all night.  Wait until tonight to see if it continues to operate.  I was told to work for 24 hours, the problem is the most convenient airport.

  Any comments?  Suggestions?

  Open Airport utility, select your Airport Extreme, sign in and then go to the Internet tab, click the Advanced Options button. Change the Configuration IPv6: link -local only. Update the Airport Extreme. Monitor your connection time to see if that solves your problem.

  You don't mention your ISP. Mine is Cox, and they seem to have their IPv6 implementation issues. Do the above stablizes my connection. If all goes well, it will also help you.

• Satellite A215-7422 - restore DVD gives the error "03-EEEE-0000" 'press 'OK' to restart.

  Hi all!

  I'm trying to restore my Toshiba A215 in the way that it comes from the factory, because I messed with it so that it is not worth of clean install myself if I want to do a clean install of Vista original.

  But for some reason when I booted from the DVD and then chose the "Restore Wizard" or what ever and then it gives me error and makes me reboot. The only things I changed from the factory are a stick 2 gig of ram, latest version of bios and updated firmware for the DVD drive.

  I'm starting to think that the firmware of the DVD drive can affect the DVD because it is not a material commonly updated. I guess right here, but that might be the problem.

  Any thoughts?

  Hmm... Do you have you have downloaded and used the firmware and the BIOS from the Toshiba page we?
  Satellite A215-7422 belongs to the American TV series and therefore you must use the drivers from the Toshiba driver page we.

  Have you tried to install the OS by using the original CD of Microsoft Windows?

  This allows to know if this problem could be linked to the issue of CD/DVD drive (firmware) or corrupted RAM modules.

  According to your post above, the new RAM 2 GB module has been inserted.
  Perhaps you should withdraw and should try to install the operating system using the original modules were installed in the laptop from the beginning.

  When I put on my laptop and start the boot Tecra 8200, the led of the DRIVE to continue but when starts to load windows xp this leads coming out and when the sistem of start of windows do not recognize ENGRAVER of DVD;

  Is there a method to recognize-DVD BURNER to windows, and I have to start looking for plug-and-play, after I have remove and replace the DVD burner.
  If I use this way to recognize the work of good DVD and Windows XP and everything works fine.

  The problem is that I do all this action to use this DVD burner.

  I try to install the other two-dvd burner but y at - it the same problem: windows don't recognize they must use my singolar procedure to use they; I try to update my bios to the latest version available and to update firmware of dvd writer but never.

  I just installed a Linksys WRT160N router. The signal started of good about 50 to 70 feet of the location of routers. Now the signal is part as low in many, 54 Mbps. I was wondering what options I might have to install a wireless for the expansion of the signal bridge. I configured a network encrypted with WPA2. Any advice would be appreciated to help me buy the right bridge. Also, I wonder what would be the technical difficulty to install and configure. I have configure the WRT160N myself if it means something.

  I updated the firmware on routers to the latest version. He used the firmware from 2007. I have udated the Intel wireless adapter to a newer version of the driver. I choose channel 8 in the range of 2.4 Gig for the router and choose channel 8 for the adapter.  I increased a couple of options for the adapter wireless beyond the default option. I don't have that options a, B and G for the adatper, no N option. I guess that you may not have everything. Now the signal is very good (54 Mbit/s) and I always use WPA2-Personal. Thanks for your help, it worked.

• OfficeJet 6700 problem - impossible double-sided A5

  Hello

  I bought a HP OfficeJet 6700 Premium and I want A5 double sided cards but I can't do.

  If I put the page by default A5 and nec print on both sides, either short or long the coast, I get an error on 'conflicting settings. Print on both sides works no problem for A4.

  I had a quick glance in the manual and it says it does duplex for A5. I installed the latest all-in-one driver and firmware.

  Is there something obvious that I'm missing? Do I need a specific tray (just take the bac A4) or duplexer?

  Patrick, I've reproduced that you do it myself and found that you have reason, manual, in this case has incorrect information. I'll be sure that information is shared with the appropriate people to verify this. For A5 paper, with duplex, the only right now available option is manual.

• Printing error

  Print Word or any other writer, the printer prints most of the meaningful text, but only one line, usually the third, is flawed. The line is cut in half horizontally and half superior shifted to the right by a quarter of a letter. Changing font can help but not permanently. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the printer drivers and programs. Can anyone help please?

  If you have installed the correct latest printer drivers, software and/or firmware for your printer (from the web site of the manufactuerer) and this problem occurs with all programs (not just a specific program) then it is very likely that there is a hardware problem with your printer and you need review by a professional repair m.a.n.  Contact the manufacturer and see if their technical support department can help you (they may be willing to provide at least a few options to try the tips of the ot on how to test it or how to proceed - if not by phone perhaps by online chat or by e-mail or in any other way).  If the printer is still under warranty, file a claim immediately.  Don't use Geek Squad or one of these centers of store-, but use a reputable professional (individual or company).  Check out some and compare prices, quality and guarantees.  Consider sending it to the manufacturer for repair as well (just consider that another option when you make the comparison).

  Sorry we can not help you more, but dealing with problems like this (which is quite clearly a hardware problem) is usually not in these forums.

• Tethering with Nikon D750 questions... No device detected

  I am running the latest version of Lightroom. My firmware of the device is perfectly up-to-date (see a post on this issues causing). I tried to restart all the components in every possible order. I have tried without card memory, blank memory card, filled with the memory card.

  Basically he doesn't see my camera. My computer as a whole see my camera for you. I can import pictures in Photos of Apple's application. And I can attach successfully in Aperture.
