  I'm running Vista on my HP desktop computer, with windows live mail, I get an email (from 2 different people now) that is not junk, but it's where to find the email in the junk e-mail folder. I click on the email and click then on, not junk, then read the email. Next time I get an email from these 2 people, the email goes the Junk folder again. But even if I click not junk again, the content of the e-mail is now disappeared. The Message says, "content of the email is not found.

  I solved the problem by removing the AOL IMAP email account and its replacement by one AOL POP email account  Now, all new messages go directly to the Inbox and not the trash folder.  Thank you for your help.

  How do you know that Mail is placing it there? What color are the messages and you have the option to mark as not junk?

  If Mail is marking them as spam, then they are going to be coloured Brown and you will have the icon to mark them as legitimate.

  It is possible that your email provider placed in the junk e-mail folder. If you use IMAP, then it will reflect it in Mail.

  Try going into settings, messages, contacts and calendars. Delete your account from your iPad and re-enter the info.

  Sometimes updates mess with settings and starting over is the best way to settle things.

  You access your outlook on another device messaging? I ask this question because the iPad mail app is not really control your e-mail accounts, it simply accesses the files that are there. I have too many outlook and an iPad with 9.2 and I didn't notice any spam get into my Inbox.

  I use an iMac and a relatively new Macbook Pro.  Both computers are set up the same and use the same network.  My Mail from Apple often goes offline on my Macbook Pro.  I have to turn off and then back on my wifi.  I also do when my internet (using Safari) freezes.  I have read several posts on this problem, but you have not seen a solution.  I posted about this earlier (impossible to find my post) and someone said it was a problem with my network.  Not sure why I have this problem on my Macbook Pro and not on my iMac, several air MacBook, iPad and iPhone.  Help, please.

  Thank you for using communities Support from Apple. From your post, I gathered that your e-mail account in the Mail application is taken offline and also, you have problems with Safari does not, but only on the MacBook Pro not the iMac. I want to check my email on multiple devices, so I can understand your concern. I'll be happy to help you with this. I found this support article happening on some information:

  If you cannot send or receive e-mail on your Mac.

  In particular, this section:

  If Mail indicates that your account appears to be offline
  Mail will say that your account appears to be offline due to a network problem.

  

  If you are connected to the Internet, but your account appears to be offline, your e-mail settings may not be correct. To view your current settings in Mail, choose Preferences from the mail menu, click accounts, and then select your e-mail account.
  OS X will automatically use account settings appropriate for many e-mail providers. You can use the search for Mail settings to display these settings, or receive the settings from your email provider. Then compare them to the settings that you see in Mail preferences.

  If your MacBook Pro has not been restarted recently, I recommend a reboot.

  If Safari is slow, unresponsive, which closes unexpectedly or has other issues, this article goes on some information for the Safari issue that you are experiencing as well.

  You can also test these two problems in safe mode to see if they occur. First of all, you need to add the email account in the Mail application.

  Try safe mode if your Mac does not end commissioning

  To return to your main user account after try safe mode, simply restart the Mac. To check if these problems are specific to the user or system-wide, you can always check this in another user account.

  I have a problem of spam (who didn't?). I set the preferences to enable junk e-mail filtering, and I put rules to capture messages that are trash. It works fine on my google mail server.   Try to compact and repair the database (see www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/).  In addition, go to view | Current view | Show all messages in all your folders to make sure that you are not missing read messages or those who marked them as read.  Also check part 3 interference of program such as antivirus software (see www.oehelp.com/OETips.aspx#3).  I would, too, a backup of the database messages in case it happens something even more devastating.  See www.oehelp.com/backup.aspx#wm

  All of a sudden when I open an email in the junk e-mail folder to remove or block an email get them all deleted at once. I click on one to read, then click to delete this e-mail but when I do they are all deleted instead of just this one. Help

  I m using outlook. It is no longer clear all my email when I try to delete one but now if I try to block an email it blocks all at the same time. I had to go to the red list and try to find ones that I didn't not blocked and put them on the list.
